CCP puts out instructions for air-raid shelters

Posters are put up in Beijing informing citizens how to quickly get into underground air-raid shelters in case of an alarm

This is from Jennifer Zeng, relayed by Hal Turner.

The series of posters instruct where to take shelter (when in homes and buildings) and what to have in that shelter so as to be prepared.

In the video, viewers can see there are a total of three panels with posters.   The first shows people going downstairs, presumably into basements.  The second CLEARLY shows a NUCLEAR DETONATION and warns people not to look at the flash!   

There is only ONE possible conclusion to this development:

China is preparing to be ATTACKED.

Hal Turner's conclusion is:

If China believes the US is going to attack Beijing, and is warning their citizens about how to take shelter in an air raid, the ONLY other possibility is because China already knows they are GOING TO ATTACK THE UNITED STATES and therefore KNOW they will be attacked back.

Personally, I doubt it but it does indicate where Sino-American relations are.
