in case you were wondering how many more prisoners per 100.000 Iran
has or that other evil country Russia compared to that beacon of
liberty and reason the US, here is a list
of countries by the number of prisoners.
It
turns out that Iran has about 333 per 100.000 and Russia about 502.
High numbers to be sure but nothing compared by the 730 the US
incarcerates and allows to be exploited
by the privatized prison system.
