NYPD use informants to 'bait' Muslims

The New York Police Department's shady tactics have been under question for a multitude of things from spying on Muslims to executing police work outside their jurisdiction, but this time one individual has stepped forward and confessed that the NYPD paid him to "bait" other Muslims to talk about jihad. The 19 year-old informant said he was paid one thousand dollars a month to talk about terrorism with others. Cyrus McGoldrick, NY Council on American-Islamic Relations, joins us with his take on the NYPD's procedures and the legality of it.
