At the moment rumours about Fukushima reactors having exploded are doing the rounds on the Internet. I have not been able to confirm them with my usual resources. Are they true or false? The truth is I don’t know.

What has been confirmed is that reactor four is sinking. What is even more worrying it is sinking unevenly which means the pool containing the spend fuel rods might be tilting.

I’ll try to keep you posted as the situation develops
