I forgot to include this in the video but it seems 'hate speech' if it is directed towards one sector of the population is perfectly OK. Similarly, whereas you can't criticise the state of Israel or Muslims ('anti-semitism' or 'islamophobia') whereas it it is perfectly OK to spit as much hatred towards Russians (and increasingly,Chinese) as you like.
Unfortunately
I have lost the exact quote but I have seen two sets of comments
saying that when it comes to a choice between Truth and the agenda of
the elite the Truth doesn't get a look in.
Have
you noticed?
Truth
is the enemy and Darkness is falling
Today
is the day I have been dreading for some time now.
I
have always seen the fate of Julian Assange as a litmus test for
where the world is headed.
I
was woken up at 1 o'clock this morning with the news that the
Ecuadorian embassy had withdrawn its political asylum given to Julian
Assange and an hour later British police went into the building to
arrest him.
I
am still trying to get my head around this outrage although I think I
know what it means for us, especially as it comes not quite one month
after a terrible massacre in my home city, Christchurch which is
anything other than what it is being painted as while meanwhile there
is hysteria everywhere and a backlash against truth tellers.
Nothing
illustrates this better than what happened to me this morning. I
managed to post one item on the arrest of Assange but when I tried to
post a second item everything stalled and, in addition to Blogger
suddenly not working. Turned out I could not even send the HTML text
to myself in Facebook Messenger or Gmail.
If
I tried sending anything else – either in Messenger or email it
worked perfectly but if I came back to the piece in question –
forget it!
The
various articles that are out there can explain the events better
than I can,but in brief….
The
visit to Julian by journo Cassandra Fairbanks was the first
indication that something was afoot when the Embassy insisted that
Julian undergo a strip search before seeing her.
Then
there was the leak from Ecuador that they were about to push Julian
out of the Embassy. This did not happen because of the actions of
those mounting a vigil outside the embassy.
Then
yesterday Wikileaks held a press conference revealing an attempt to
extort 3 million euros from Wikileaks as well as details of the
incredibly intrusive surveillance of Julian Assange within the
embassy including recordings of meetings that are supposed to be
confidential, such as with his lawyer or doctor.
The
aggressive questioning from British presstitutes – such as “what
do you think of Assange's role in the election of Donald Trump”?
Etc,
Events
moved very quickly with Ecuador announcing it had removed political
asylum and then shortly after the cops moved in to literally carry a
prtesting Assange out of the embassy into a police paddy wagon.
The
Assange we have not seen or heard of in a year has clearly not lost
his spirit even if his health has been destroyed. He gave a 'thumbs
up' signal and his first words were ones of defiance.
Immediately
a sealed indictment was unsealed that made reference to him trying to
get a password from Chelsea Manning to hack official computers. This,
apparently, carries a jail term of 5 years. Who in their right mind
would believe that the US authorities have spent so much time and
effort just for this.
No,
this is a ruse to possibly appease the British judges so they do not
have to imagine they are extraditing him to the US to disappear into
a black hole with a secret trial.
Only
fools could believe otherwise.
We
have been told by the lamestream media that all that Assange needed
to do was to walk out of the embassy and it was always implied that
he is somehow the author of his own misfortune.
I
even saw something the other day where (if I have it correct) the
British authoriites had stated they would NOT extradite Assange.
All
that was totally fake and as soon as Assange is removed from the
embassy the sealed indictment is unsealed and extradition procedures
are begun.
EVERYTHING
ASSANGE WARNED WOULD HAPPEN AND WHICH WAS POO-POOED HAS COME ABOUT.
In
the film of Assange being carried out of the embassy there is one
long-haired individual. Cassandra Fairbanks reported seeing all the
arresting police outside the embassy. When she queried them they
claimed they were customers at Harrods nearby, and the long-haired
individual claimed he had not heard of Wikileaks!
What
will follow? I suspect that Assange will be in a British jail while
extradition questions are resolved which may take some time. I have
heard that there may be a plan B with the Swedes reportedly reopening
their case against Julian Assange.
If
one plan doesn't work the other plan may do so.
Meanwhile
I have just seen a report of US lawmakers celebrating over his
arrest. The coup against Trump has gone into abeyance as the
politicians unite in their hatred of Assange just as they do over
waging war.
In
the meantime, Trump who said scores of time “I love Wikileaks”
during the campaign now claims to know nothing.
As
to what this might all mean I can hardly express my fears as to what
this means.
With
the Christchurch massacre carried out in all probability by state
actors and the ensuing crackdown that has hardly started yet and now
this Dark times have come across and the psychopaths and the satanic
forces in charge it seems that Evil is in the ascendancy.
Not
SEEMS, but IS!
Journalists
everywhere, rather than supping with the Deep State Devil should be
quaking in their boots. Now instead of choosing to be the scribes of
the Deep State will now be forced to carry out this role.
It
is not only journalism, especially the alternative media that is
gravely threatened but it is now everybody although,
as in all tyrannies the life of the silent majority, the
passively-accepting will be largely unaffected, I would imagine –
FOR NOW.
NZ
has had its very own 9/11 and we are likely to see our version of the
Patriot Act in short order. Meanwhile, the ability for journalists to
speak out and for the public to get the truth about the sorts of
crimes as Wikileaks has provided for about 9 years – will disappear
and along with a destruction of the internet as we know it we will be
thrust into the dark.
In
the meantime I am going to continue as best I can with interference
and declining health to bring the truth as best I can.
I
don't know if I am being paranoid but I can imagine a rude knock at
the door sometime in the not so distant future.
When
Alex Jones’ InfoWars was taken down and all the unthinking
automatons on Facebook celebrated because they don’t ‘like’
Alex Jones.
I
warned at the time that it wouldn’s stop there. ‘Be careful what
you wish for’
The
real targets (along with Jones who partially fits into the category)
are the anti-war voices of Left and Right as well as credible voices
who oppose the machinations of the Deep State.
When
people refuse to oppose the real fascism and are manipulated into
rushing off into a quagmire we know we are in trouble.
Even
the majority of people who think they oppose these things are
pretty-much mind-controlled.
Five
examples that show internet censorship is as much a threat to the
left as the right
The
banning of right wing controversialist Alex Jones from multiple
social media platforms last week was a cause of celebration for many
liberals, but should those on the left really be so complacent about
creeping censorship?
So
far, the evidence suggest that there is indeed plenty for the left to
worry about when it comes to corporations like Facebook and Twitter
and their alliances with government censors.
In
May, Facebook partnered with the Atlantic Council in an effort to
weed out “inauthentic
content” on
the platform. This organization is funded
by various
NATO governments and a slew of arms manufacturers like Raytheon,
Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. Its board includes names like
Henry Kissinger and former CIA director Michael Hayden — and it has
consistently lobbied for regime change in Syria and, you guessed it,
Venezuela, where it has funnelled large amounts of money
into pro-opposition
groups for
years.
So,
it’s no surprise that weeks after Facebook partnered up with this
less-than-objective group, it deleted from its platform the page
belonging to top English-language, left-leaning Latin American news
outlet Telesur without any explanation at all. The page was restored
two days later, with Facebook citing vague “instability
on the platform” as
the cause of the block.
Telesur
just so happens to be one of the only major outlets reporting on
events in Venezuela in a manner that goes against the US government
position and US mainstream media perspective — so obviously, out
with Alex Jones it must go.
It
wasn’t just Telesur, though. Facebook deleted the pages belonging
to independent grassroots Venezuela
Analysis and Haiti
Analysis,
which are also leftist websites highly critical of US foreign policy
in Latin America and the Caribbean region.
2.
Facebook complying with Israeli deletion orders
Last
year, journalist Glenn Greenwald reported that
Facebook met with Israeli government officials to determine which
Palestinian activists should have their accounts deleted. The Israeli
government threatened to enact laws forcing Facebook to comply with
its deletion orders if it did not do so voluntarily.
Of
course, Facebook capitulated immediately and set about deleting
accounts owned by Palestinian activists. Of some 158 requests
submitted (over just four months) by Tel Aviv to Facebook asking for
the removal of Palestinian content, 95 percent of them were granted.
According to the same Intercept report, Facebook hasn’t been
overly concerned about what Israelis themselves are saying on
Facebook and even calls for murder can be ignored by the social media
giant.
3.
Google and Facebook censorship of left/socialist websites
The
World Socialist Web Site reported last year that changes to Google’s
algorithms had seriously negatively impacted left-wing socialist and
anti-war websites. An analysis by WSWS found that 13 such websites
had seen their traffic plunge by a whopping 55 percent in the six
months since Google had changed its algorithms. WSWS itself
experienced a 74 percent drop in traffic between April and July last
year. The changes also affected sites like Alternet, which saw its
traffic plunge by 71 percent between April and September, Democracy
Now (50 percent drop) and Truth-out.org (49 percent drop).
Similarly,
Police the Police (a page dedicated to exposing US police brutality)
and the Free Thought Project (which focuses on government
transparency) also saw their Facebook page traffic
tank in
2018 after Facebook made changes to its newsfeed and search
algorithms in an effort to combat “fake
news”.
PTP traffic dropped from between 12-15 million people per week to
about 4 million — and the website had to fire its writing staff as
a result. “The
left is cheering this on, when historically the left is usually the
side cheering for free speech,” PTP
founder Jason Bassler told Mic.
Amidst
all of the celebration over the banning of Jones, some on the left
cautioned that in fact, the left may indeed be the“real
target” in
all of this — and that those celebrating while people like Jones
are banned are in fact being “conditioned”into
accepting further censorship down the road.
As we have been trying to tell you the real target for neoliberal corporate censorship was always the left. Now that they have conditioned public to accept it as a result of Russiagate, the left is in their crosshairs. https://goo.gl/6sj6tU

4.
Legitimate left-wing protests targeted?
A
particularly strange example of Facebook’s commitment to
banning “fake
news” and
promoting a nice, cozy atmosphere for everyone online is its decision
to delete event pages for anti-racist and anti-fascist protests
happening in Washington D.C.
The “No
Unite the Right 2-DC” event
(a counter-rally against a previous white nationalist event in the
city) was taken down after Facebook decided it displayed
some “coordinated
inauthentic behavior” (the
kind of random phrase that can no doubt be arbitrarily applied to
anything without explanation).
The
event organizer said in a statement: “This
is a real protest in Washington, D.C. It is not George Soros. It is
not Russia. It is just us.”
5.
Twitter suspending and banning anti-war activists
Twitter
has come under fire recently for “shadowbanning” conservative
accounts, making them harder to find on the platform and having their
tweets appear less prominently in people’s feeds in an effort to
limit their audience. But again, it’s not just the right.
Twitter
recently suspended the accounts of Daniel McAdams, the executive
director of the libertarian and antiwar Ron Paul Institute and Scott
Horton, the editor of the AntiWar.com website. Explaining what
happened, McAdams said that
he and Horton were suspended after defending former US diplomat Peter
Van Buren who had just been banned permanently
from Twitter after heated exchanges with journalist Jonathan M. Katz
over what Van Buren said was his “unwillingness
to challenge government lies”.
In one of his tweets to Katz, Buren sarcastically commented: "I
hope a MAGA guy eats your face".
Katz reported him for "promoting
violence" and
Twitter later caved and removed Buren's account.
A note from Peter Van Buren @wemeantwell and a screenshot of the boo hoo little bitch who tattled on him.
In
explaining his suspension, Twitter told McAdams that he could
not “promote
violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of
race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender
identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious
disease” —
none of which he accepts that he did.
Perhaps
the really amazing thing about all of this is that it is happening in
front of our eyes and the powers that be are not even bothering to
lie about it. Elected US officials are openly promoting this kind of
censorship as a way to prevent the"sowing
of discord" among
populations. At a Senate Judiciary Committee last year
about “Extremist
Content and Russian Disinformation Online,” Democratic
Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono called on social media platforms to prove
their commitment to preventing “the
fomenting of discord” online.
Working
hand-in-glove with governments, corporations like Facebook have been
handed enormous power to decide what constitutes free speech and
which opinions are worthy of being heard. How long will it be before
people realize banning Alex Jones wasn’t really a victory at all?
Controversial
right-wing commentator Alex Jones has been banned from tweeting after
he posted a link to a video of himself calling on President Trump to
“take action” against tech companies censoring his content.
Infowars
Editor Paul Joseph Watson tweeted a screenshot of the notification
sent by Twitter staff to Jones. According to Twitter, a tweet by
Jones one day earlier was considered to be “targeted harassment,”
and, as a result, the Infowars host would have his access to the
social-media platform restricted for one week. Watson described the
situation as “truly, monumentally, beyond stupid.”
Alex Jones has been suspended by Twitter for 7 days for a video talking about social media censorship. Truly, monumentally, beyond stupid.
On the same day that the Infowars website was brought down by a cyber attack.
Will this madness ever end?

Twitter
To "Suspend Accounts For Trying To Evade Suspension"
Having
seemingly distracted the world, briefly, from being caught
'shadowbanning' conservatives (or should we say "using quality
filters"), by outright-banning other right-leaning individuals
(Alex Jones and Peter
van Buren forever; and Candace Owen and Ron Paul Institute's Daniel
McAdams temporarily),it
appears Twitter's CEO Jack Dorsey has a cunning plan for purging the
rest of the world's naysayers from his platform.
This week, we are suspending accounts for attempting to evade an account suspension. These accounts were previously suspended for abusive behavior or evading a previous suspension, and are not allowed to continue using Twitter.
We will continue this work in the coming weeks as we identify others who are attempting to Tweet following an account suspension. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please let us know.https://cards.twitter.com/cards/1kzukj/635kd …
He
concludes that the real interference in "US democracy"
comes not from Russia, but from some of its most powerful
corporations which now yield more power in some cases than the
government itself:
"This
isn’t “liberal democracy” as they keep pretending. It’s
autocracy."
"...for
those that don’t take issue with the latest censorship of
right-wingers by big social media -- unless
we take a stand now, who knows where it could end."
New
terms of censorship: Facebook bans news outlets critical of US
establishment
The
Latin American news channel Telesur has been banned from Facebook for
the second time this year. And the outlet is not alone in being
sidelined by the social media giant.
