Immigrants begin to flood into the US with Biden's open border policy

Imagine this scene replicated over a 24 hour period on each of the border crossings into the southern US.

Arizona Border Chief Warns Illegal Immigration On Track To Surpass Past 3 Years Combined

Authored by Jack Phillips via The Epoch Times,

A U.S. Border Patrol official issued a warning that illegal immigration is on track to overtake the past three years combined amid a surge of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.

“So right now we’re about a hundred percent over where we were this time, this last fiscal year,” John Modlin, the interim chief in charge of the Border Patrol’s Tucson sector, told independent journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

“We’ve already surpassed in the first four months of this fiscal year. We’ve already surpassed all of 2018. If the flow continues at the rate it is here, by the end of this fiscal year, we will have surpassed ‘18, ‘19, and ‘20, all combined.”

Modlin said the uptick can be blamed on the reversal of President Donald Trump’s immigration orders by the Biden administration, including halting construction of the border wall, ending Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy, and others.

“At the end of 2018, 2,000 immigrants a day were being intercepted at the Southern border prompting security concerns and a humanitarian crisis. In early 2019, the Trump administration invoked ‘Migrant Protection Protocols’ [Remain in Mexico] forcing those seeking asylum to wait in Mexico,” he said.

“Then in 2020, ‘Title 42’—an emergency health order—let border officials immediately turn back illegal immigrants because of COVID-19.”

Modlin said those orders had a significant impact, and as of May 2020, about 90 percent of migrants caught in the Southwest border were expelled.

“The number intercepted dropped from about a million in 2019, to roughly half that in 2020,” he said.

In recent days, a number of officials who represent or oversee areas along the border have sounded the alarm, saying a crisis is looming.

Among them, Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), issued a news release about the surge, saying, “In the last 7 days in the valley they have stopped 10,000 individuals and 2,500 individuals in the last two days and many are being released” into the country.

Meanwhile, Cuellar urged the Biden administration to listen and work with communities on the border who are facing a migrant surge.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters last week that there is no crisis at the border. President Joe Biden also issued a similar statement about a week ago, telling reporters there’s no crisis.

“The men and women of the Department of Homeland Security are working around the clock seven days a week to ensure that we do not have a crisis at the border—that we manage the challenge, as acute as the challenge is,” Mayorkas said.

The Epoch Times has reached out to Homeland Security for comment.

Migrants Show Up At Mexican Border Wearing Biden T-Shirts, Holding ‘Let Us In’ Signs

The Mental Recession,

March 8, 2021

A group of migrants crossing the southern border were photographed wearing t-shirts in support of President Biden and holding signs which read: “Biden, please let us in!”

The photographs were reportedly taken at the San Ysidro crossing port in Tijuana as the migrants were requesting asylum in the United States.

The incident was more a coordinated protest than it was a group of Biden fans rushing the border.

The Washington Examiner reports, “migrants stood next to each other and took a knee as part of a demonstration urging the president to keep his campaign promise and increase the amount of immigration into the United States.”

They also sought support from Biden to “ease former President Donald Trump’s law enforcement mechanisms.”

Migrants Wearing Biden T-Shirts Hit the Southern Border

The demonstration by migrants wearing Biden t-shirts comes as the President has faced questions about a recent surge in the number of unaccompanied minors arriving at the southern border.

The Wall Street Journal details that “2,200 children have been illegally crossing the border weekly in February” with the pace “picking up.”

That represents a “rise (of) more than 50% in February compared with the previous month.”

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas responded to this very obvious crisis by actually claiming there isn’t a crisis at all.

The migrants knocking on the door with their freshly minted Biden t-shirts suggest otherwise.

Odd that they wouldn’t take Mayorkas’ advice when he urged the migrants to wait a bit before trying to cross the border.

“We are not saying, ‘don’t come,’ we are saying, ‘don’t come now,’ because we will be able to deliver a safe and orderly process to them as quickly as possible,” he told asylum seekers.

Kids in Cages But No Crisis

The rise of unaccompanied minors getting arrested at the border is a crisis in the mind of Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) at least.

AOC recently ripped Biden for utilizing ‘migrant facilities for children’ or rather, the artist formerly known as ‘cages for kids.’

“This is not okay, never has been okay, never will be okay – no matter the administration or party,” AOC tweeted in response to a Washington Post report indicating the Biden administration was re-opening a migrant facility in Texas.

Former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan blasted Mayorkas for statements claiming DHS is working to “replace the cruelty” of the Trump administration at the border with “an orderly humane and safe immigration process.”

“Don’t tell me this is compassion!” Homan fired back. “Putting your children in the hands of criminal cartels is inhumane, is dangerous, and it’s just bad.”

Perhaps they can get a free t-shirt for their troubles.

The number of child migrants crossing the U.S. southern border from Mexico is now overwhelming government resources.

Leaked HHS Documents: U.S. Has Lost Control Of Southern Border

Hal Turner,

5 March, 2021

Internal documents from the Department of Health and Human Services show the number of child migrants crossing the U.S. southern border from Mexico is now overwhelming fedgov resources.  Tens-of-thousands of ... are literally pouring across the border into the US each week since Joe Biden became illegitimate President through rampant election fraud.

In the week ending March 1, the U.S. Border Patrol referred to HHS custody, an average of 321 children per day, according to documents leaked from the Department of Homeland Security. That’s up from a weekly average of 203 in late January and early February — and up from just 47 per day during the first week of January.

The same documents, dated Tuesday, say the shelter system is at 94% occupancy and expected to reach its maximum today, March 5, 2021.

Allow us to put this 321-children-per-day number into perspective. During the 2019 border crisis under the Trump administration, there were nearly 12,000 children crossing the border monthly at the peak in May. In April of that year, there were over 9,200, which was slightly down from the previous month:

https://halturnerradioshow.com/images/2021/03/05/BorderPatrolDocument-BorderCrisis-Biden.jpg

Extrapolating the numbers based on the average above, Biden is already over 9,600 children per month, which is just a tad more than what it was in 2019 where even the mass-media was calling it a "crisis."  And Biden's own people are projecting 13,000 children in May, which is much higher than what we saw in 2019. That was a crisis year for border crossings and this year looks like it’s going to be worse, especially given that Biden has undone the protections Trump put in place to keep this from happening.

But hey, there’s no crisis. Nothing to see here. Don’t believe your lying eyes!

Was Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez crying over an empty parking lot

His politics are VERY DIFFERENT to my own but for all that I enjoy Paul Joseph Watson because he often shines a light on the hypocrisy and double standards.

The other side of the argument doesn't seem to be very interested in what is true or not.

Photos Reveal AOC Was

Crying Over An Empty

Parking Lot

27 June, 2019

Newly uncovered photos from the border protest attended by a tearful Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez show that she was crying over an empty parking lot.
Many have accused the Congresswoman and her supporters of staging a photo-op after the images, taken during a 2018 event outside a migrant “tent city” in Tornillo, Texas, went viral earlier this week.
The photos show an emotional AOC holding her face and appearing to cry. Her attention appears to be directed towards whatever is on the other side of the fence.

However, a photo from a different angle shows there is nothing there aside from an empty parking lot and some police officers.
Another image shows a photographer being careful to capture AOC’s reaction as she gets emotional over what appears to be little other than a vehicle and a tree.

As we previously reported, Ocasio-Cortez attended to star-studded “protest” wearing a pristine white outfit, bright red lipstick and a $600 dollar watch.

This prompted many of her critics to accuse the Congresswoman and her supporters of staging the photos, arguing that the images did not show a spontaneous, authentic reaction.

Africans Coming Across The
Southern Border Have "Rolls

Of $100 Bills"

ZeroHedge,

17 June, 2019

Authored by Kyle Olson via The American Mirror,

The “poor huddled masses” coming across the southern border may not be so poor after all...
Swiss journalist Urs Gehriger recently visited African migrants who breached the border and hung out on the streets of San Antonio, Texas, waiting to go elsewhere in the country, and he met hostility from people who didn’t want to share details about their experiences, conflicted each other, and had rolls of $100 bills.

In a recording played on Fox News, Gehriger asks a migrant from Congo how she got to America.
She refused to say.
“We are here now in the United States. Why do you ask about Ecuador?” a woman said, referring to the reported country they passed through.
As Gehriger continued to ask simple questions, he said they backtracked and “were not answering at all.”
“They wouldn’t tell me anything about how they got here, and then they started to get aggressive and they were contradicting each other,” he told Laura Ingraham.
“One said they ran through the forest, and another said no, there was no forest, and they were actually arguing among themselves,” Gehriger said.
He said they started to get “aggressive” after questions about money and help.

Gehriger believes the illegals were coached on giving answers to authorities.
“I had the impression that somebody told them not to speak about it,” and acting like “now we’re here, you have to help us, give us money.”
“What I found from an aid worker there, they actually do have money. Quite a few of them, because he spotted them under a tree, right in front of the shelter, counting a roll of money with hundred dollar bills,” Gehriger told Ingraham.

Hundreds of migrants Congo and Angola were transported to San Antonio the week before, and city officials say they received no warning from the feds that they were coming.

KENS published a story showing dozens of people milling around downtown, saying they arrived at the southern U.S. border by way of Ecuador.

For those of you following along on the Congolese migrant influx in San Antonio, this is what made air on Thursday. A lengthier write-up including the struggles Catholic Charities is facing can be found here: https://www.kens5.com/article/news/local/parle-francais-city-searches-for-french-speakers-as-hundreds-of-congolese-asylum-seekers-head-to-sa/273-0c015995-05b2-4a0e-959b-fdc1d2991d6f …@KENS5

All told, 350 Africans arrived that week.

City officials say CBP told them another 200-300 would be arriving later.

Refugees with infectious diseases will not be denied entry into Canada: Health minister

Health Minister Jane Philpott says refugees will be offered health checks, mental health counselling upon arrival.

The mayors of Halifax and Kitchener say their cities can handle the arrival of Syrian refugees.

The scrum panel discusses the arrival of Syrian refugees, the Paris climate change summit and the return of Parliament this week.

Health Minister Jane Philpott says Syrian refugees with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis will not be denied entry to Canada.

Philpott told CTV’s Question Period that Syrian refugees bound for Canada who are found to have infectious diseases may face delayed entry until they are healthy enough to enter the country, but won’t be turned away.

“We would make sure they get appropriate treatment. It would not lead to a denial as a cause in itself of being able to be accepted as a refugee to Canada, but it may delay somebody’s travel,” said Philpott.

“And, of course, as people arrive in Canada, there will be further screening and we’ll make sure that everyone is healthy.”
Philpott, who worked as a medical doctor before entering politics, emphasized that most of the infectious diseases that Syrian refugees could have are “quite treatable.”
The minister said all Syrian refugees will undergo an “international medical examination” before travelling to Canada so that the government is fully aware of their health condition before entering the country. Officials will be looking for physical as well as mental health problems, according to Philpott. She said the government will make sure that the healthcare system is prepared to offer counselling services to Syrian refugees who need it.
“These people have experienced the very difficult circumstances of conflict in Syria,” said Philpott. “Having said that, my suspicion is that these people are incredibly resilient and courageous folk who have managed to endure these circumstances and we will be impressed by their resilience.”
As the government prepares to welcome tens of thousands Syrian refugees, Canada is facing a major family doctor shortage. According to Statistics Canada, 14.9 per cent of Canadians 12 or older -- about 4.5 million people -- did not have a regular doctor in 2014.
While Philpott admitted that the Canadian healthcare system is already stretched, she said believes it can handle the arrival of Syrian refugees. She said she has been “overwhelmed” by expressions of interest from healthcare providers and other Canadians to help refugees.
Speaking to Question Period, Halifax Mayor Mike Savage also acknowledged that municipal social systems are under pressure, but said that the resettlement of 25,000 refugees spread across the country is “manageable.” He emphasized the fact that no community will ever be 100 per cent ready for the arrival of hundreds or thousands of refugees, and that now is the time to act.
“I think this is something that is going to pay off, not only from a humanitarian and compassionate point of view but from a growth point of view within our communities, and I think most people understand that,” said Savage.
Despite the community will, Savage admits there are still questions about how the municipalities are going to pay for the influx of Syrian refugees.
“I think we need to know certainly where the money is going to come from, what money is available. I fully expect that provinces and also municipalities will have to look at their own budgets,” he said.
Both Savage and Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic said their communities are developing plans to address any areas of concern as the refugees begin to arrive. According to Vrbanovic, that could be as early as next month for Kitchener.
“My understanding is, at least in the December numbers, we’re likely to see more of the privately sponsored ones (refugees) coming forward.”
Vrbonovic will head to Ottawa this week for a forum at Rideau Hall on welcoming Syrian refugees. Gov. Gen. David Johnston will host the meeting on Tuesday with more than 100 leaders from the public and private sectors, as well as representatives from civil society, to “strengthen our national response to the Syrian crisis.”
Vrbanoic hopes the meeting will allow leaders to share ideas on how they can support Syrian refugees arriving in their communities.
“I think what we want to do is hear what are some of the best practice ideas from some of the other municipalities and community organizations from across the country, so we can adopt those and not reinvent the wheel.”
Rather, the Liberals expect 10,000 to arrive by Dec. 31, with 15,000 more landing in January and February, and at least an additional 10,000 later in 2016. That makes for a minimum total of 35,000 Syrian refugees.
