Activists reporting psyops and harassment from security firces

An Aussie journalist who advocates for Julian Assange and WikiLeaks is reporting home invasions, thefts, psyops and harassment akin to that experienced by myself in NZ, and TPP & Occupy campaigners in the USA

That's Weird. No, I'm Not Going Crazy

Mark Hodge

22 April, 2018

I wouldn't have the courage to write this without the support and reassurance given by Suzie Dawson, who has endured far worse than this but took the time to reassure me that I'm not going crazy. For that, I am most grateful.

Until recently, I believed that I lived in a democracy. Sure, it was tattered around the edges and there were some disturbing instances of rules not applying to sections of the upper classes, but by and large, I believed that we as Australians had the right to form and voice our own opinions.

I was naive, which is quite an achievement for someone who is viewed by those closest to him as cynical, sceptical and at times just a tad sarcastic.

I've been writing about various taboo subjects on and off for about eighteen months. By taboo, I mean CIA, Deep state, the incarceration of Julian Assange, the influence of America over Australian policy, Pine Gap, the coup of 1975, banking cartels and anything else that gets up my nose on a given day.

For most of that time, I've flown under the radar. My audience has been minimal. I've used the writing as a pressure valve release, while I worked as freelance writer providing content for small business owners. I didn't think I was worth noticing.

I probably wasn't.

Then, I accepted a challenge to write a piece about Julian Assange on Australia Day.

It wasn't my best piece of work, not by a long stretch - but it hit a nerve.

I had never seen website traffic like that article got.

My audience grew, as a result. I'm still no heavy hitter and don't expect to ever be, but my articles started to get traction and were being shared by some pretty influential and, it has to be said, subversive people.

That's when those weird little things started to happen. In isolation, they seem to be nothing, but when I put them together, I don't feel comfortable. Most of these instances seem trivial. Some of them are probably coincidental. But even so, I feel compelled to record everything.

The Telstra Guy

This stuck in my mind as being a little odd. It was a week or so after writing that first Assange article. I was sitting on the front steps talking to a tradesman who was doing some work for me. There is a telecom "pit" right outside our fence line.

It's hardly ever used. The main nodes are a little way up the street. A van with Telstra emblazoned on the side pulled up and a technician jumped out. He looked directly at us and seemed surprised to see me sitting there.

"How fast is your Internet,"he asked.

I told him it was pretty quick.

"It will be quicker when I'm finished," he replied and set to work.

I would not have given this a second thought, if it weren't for subsequent events and the fact that my Internet if anything is a little slower.

Coming Home

Shortly after this, my wife and I made a day trip to Melbourne, some three hours drive away. We returned home after dark and discovered that the front doors were wide open. We never use the front doors and yet here they were wide open. My wife freaked. We went through the house and could find nothing missing.

Lost Papers

book.jpg
I have been keeping a paper record of social media accounts in a spiral binder. The binder is kept by my laptop. I went shopping and returned to find the spiral binder left open and overturned on my desk. I couldn't remember leaving it like that, but presumed I must have. When I went to access the list of social media accounts, it was gone. There is no reason why I would tear that page out. It is not there. It s gone.

Paranoia

I spent several days in a state of disbelief. I went through that notebook repeatedly, thinking that I must have overlooked the page. I went through rubbish bins. I searched the house high and low. Slowly, I started to realize that someone had taken it. It meant nothing, but it was screwing with my head.

Lost Computer Work

I was struggling to meet a deadline for some work I had been engaged to do. I took a break and took the dog for his daily walk, before doing so, I put my laptop in sleep mode, hoping to return refreshed and with the energy to get the job done. When I returned, I switched on the computer. All the windows that were previously open were open - except all of my word documents (I had 5 separate documents open). They had been closed down. They weren't saved and they weren't recoverable. They were gone.

I needed those documents. I had spent hours on them. They had disappeared.
There was no way I could meet the deadline. I lost a day and a job. I needed the money, if I'm totally honest. I scraped together a vastly inferior document and submitted it three hours late. The clients are not happy.

Coincidence?

I don't think so. These happenings are eerily similar to other people.

I've been encouraged to make this post as a permanent record of what has happened. Future "coincidences will also be recorded.

I won't be promoting this page widely. I just want a record.

Thanks once again to Suzie Dawson for believing me.

I'm not crazy and I'm not stupid and I find it bizarre to write this down.

Direct evidence of British spying on Donald Trump

British Intelligence Spied on Donald Trump at the request of Barack Obama

Hal Turner has written an article in which he claims to, through his contacts in Intelliogence to have got his hands on evidence that British GCHQ spied on the Trump team on behalf of the Americans

"On August 28, 2016, then-US-President Barack Hussein Obama requested that British Intelligence begin SPYING on then-candidate for US President, Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization (his business entities) and on his Presidential Campaign "Donald J. Trump for President." The spying included foreign and US DOMESTIC signals Intercepts (SIGINT). This generally includes phone taps and planting of bugs/listening devices. They did all this without a U.S. Search Warrant or Court Order."

He says that on September 15, 2016, the British Government being run by Prime Minister Thersa May approved what they called "Operation FULSOME" and began spying on Donald Trump, his businesses and his Presidential campaign and that this spying contunued for about 90 days

"On November 17, 2017, nine days AFTER Donald Trump won the Presidential Election, then Director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, requested a RENEWAL of permission to continue the spying! Hannigan KNEW that Trump had won, and still sought permission to keep spying on him"

This letter was sent to Boris Johnson, the Secretary of State for foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the operation presumbably had the approval of May.

"But this time, the continued spying wasn't sought by President Barack Obama directly. This time, it was sought by "US National Security Advisor (Susan) Rice", who told the British to continue the surveillance during the "Transition Period" before Trump was sworn-in. The reason given to the British by Susan Rice: ". . .internal US Intelligence is potentially compromised by the incoming Trump Administration." "

When none of this had any effect and Trump was inaugurated one of their men, Christopher Steele, concocted and released the phony "Russian Dossier" in an attempt to prevent Trump from being sworn-in or to wreck his Presidency before it could ever get started.

Turner gives as the real reason Trump is not going to the UK is that Britain spied on Trump inside the United States and that although he is going to Davos Trump will likely snub her.

Direct evidence for what critics have already known for some time is now coming home.

Hopefully this will not just stay as two competing narratives (one of which is full of lies and propaganda) but the revelations of the the secret memo will lead to the indictment and prsecution of some very corrupt indviduals.

Here is the top-secret document:

EXCLUSIVE: Six U.S Agencies Conspired to Illegally Wiretap Trump; British Intel Used as NSA Front to Spy on Campaign

17 January, 2018

From the beginning it was a set up to find dirt on Trump campaign insiders and if possible to topple Donald Trump’s presidential aspirations.

Before and after the 2016 election. And while this operation had many moving parts and alternating players, the mission to unseat Trump never changed. And it remains ongoing.

Paul Manafort was wiretapped. Cater Page was wiretapped. Donald Trump Jr. was wiretapped. Jared Kushner was wiretapped. Gen. Michael Flynn was wiretapped. And likely there were others.

And none of it was very legal.

In fact, most of it was very illegal, according to federal law enforcement sources who are blowing the whistle on a sweeping scheme to undermine the Executive branch and the electorate’s choice for president of the United States.

And according to high ranking FBI sources, the Bureau played a definitive role in plotting this sweeping privacy breach. But the FBI had much help from the NSA, CIA, the Office of of the Director of National Intelligence, Treasury financial crimes division under DHS, and the Justice Department, federal law enforcement sources confirmed.

The Deep State caretakers involved are familiar names: James Comey (FBI), John Brennan (CIA), James Clapper (ODNI), Loretta Lynch (DOJ), Jeh Johnson (DHS), Admiral Michael Rogers (NSA). And then-director of GCHQ Robert Hannigan who has since resigned from the esteemed British spy agency.

President Barack Obama’s White House too could be implicated, sources said. But while evidence certainly points to involvement of the Obama administration, sources said they did not have access to definitive intelligence proving such a link.

Here is what we now know, per intelligence gleaned form federal law enforcement sources with insider knowledge of what amounts to a plot by U.S. intelligence agencies to secure back door and illegal wiretaps of President Trump’s associates:

Six U.S. agencies created a stealth task force, spearhead by CIA’s Brennan, to run domestic surveillance on Trump associates and possibly Trump himself.

To feign ignorance and to seemingly operate within U.S. laws, the agencies freelanced the wiretapping of Trump associates to the British spy agency GCHQ.

The decision to insert GCHQ as a back door to eavesdrop was sparked by the denial of two FISA Court warrant applications filed by the FBI to seek wiretaps of Trump associates.

GCHQ did not work from London or the UK. In fact the spy agency worked from NSA’s headquarters in Fort Meade, MD with direct NSA supervision and guidance to conduct sweeping surveillance on Trump associates.

The illegal wiretaps were initiated months before the controversial Trump dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.

The Justice Department and FBI set up the meeting at Trump Tower between Trump Jr., Manafort and Kushner with controversial Russian officials to make Trump’s associates appear compromised.

Following the Trump Tower sit down, GCHQ began digitally wiretapping Manafort, Trump Jr., and Kushner.

After the concocted meeting by the Deep State, the British spy agency could officially justify wiretapping Trump associates as an intelligence front for NSA because the Russian lawyer at the meeting Natalia Veselnitskaya was considered an international security risk and prior to the June sit down was not even allowed entry into the United States or the UK, federal sources said.

By using GCHQ, the NSA and its intelligence partners had carved out a loophole to wiretap Trump without a warrant. While it is illegal for U.S. agencies to monitor phones and emails of U.S. citizens inside the United States absent a warrant, it is not illegal for British intelligence to do so. Even if the GCHQ was tapping Trump on U.S. soil at Fort Meade.

The wiretaps, secured through illicit scheming, have been used by U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 election, even though the evidence is considered “poisoned fruit.”

Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who spearheaded the Trump Tower meeting with the Trump campaign trio, was previously barred from entering the United Sates due to her alleged connections to the Russian FSB (the modern replacement of the cold-war-era KGB).

Yet mere days before the June meeting, Veselnitskaya was granted a rare visa to enter the United States from Preet Bharara, the then U.S. Attorney for the southern district of New York. Bharara could not be reached for comment and did not respond the a Twitter inquiry on the Russian’s visa by True Pundit.

Replying to
Mr. Bharara, Why did you sign off a rare visa allowing Ms. Veselnitskaya into the United States? She was banned by

Federal law enforcement sources said Bharara was simply following the orders of Attorney General Lynch, who lobbied the State Department to issue the disavowed Russian a B1/B2 non-immigrant visa. This permitted Veselnitskaya entry into the United States for the sole purpose of entrapping Trump associates to use as fuel to commission wiretaps, federal sources said.

Veselnitskaya may have been paid as well by the U.S. government, FBI sources said. It was reported last week that Steele, who compiled the Trump dossier was paid at least $100,000 from FBI funds as well. But that came later, after the wiretapping was well underway.

The illegal eavesdropping started long before Steele’s dossier. Federal sources said the wiretaps on Trump insiders began in late 2015, almost a year before the 2016 election. The targets then were Flynn and Page, sources confirmed. When no smoking gun was recovered from those initial taps, U.S. intelligence agencies moved to broaden the scope through their newly-formed alliance.

Intelligence garnered from the British eavesdropping, which again was merely a front for the NSA, was then used in August 2016 to secure a legitimate FISA warrant on Manafort, Trump Jr. and Kushner. That warrant was issued on or about September, 2016, federal sources confirm.

It was the third time the cabal of U.S. intelligence agencies sought a FISA warrant for the Trump associates and this time it was approved.

FBI sources said finally obtaining the FISA warrant was important because it provided the agencies cover for previous illegal wiretapping which they believed would never be discovered.

This would make for an incredible string of Senate hearings,” one federal law enforcement source said. “I don’t think they ever thought he (Trump) would win and information would come out about how they manipulated evidence.”

Suzie Dawson and Kim Dotcom in conversation with John Kiriakou

I hope you will take time to lsiten to an extended conversation between Kim Dotcom, CIA whistleblower, John Kiriakou and head of the NZ Internet Party, Suzie Dawson.

One of many things that made an impression was the statement by Kiriakou that of all the many people within the CIA who expressed strong disagreement he was the only one to go according to his conscience and reveal to the public the CIA torture program.

I am considering what I might do in the coming election when there is not s single sitting political party that I could bring myself to support in other than the most limited way.

I could do what everyone else is doing and either fall for the ‘Jacinda effect’ or vote for the ‘least evil option’ which would mean support for someone who worked in policy for Tony Blair (!) or for a party that says it is quite acceptable to lie to the public to get votes (the Green Party.

I could decide to not vote or deface my ballot paper.

Finally, I could give my party vote to a party that although it does not mention the most important “issue” facing us all it does address tha #2 issue and speaks the truth on that.

I’m inclining towards the latter

There is a class war in America

Listen to "There is a class war in America" on Spreaker.

I have extracted this audio from Suzie Dawson's discussion with Kim Dotcom and CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou as it reflects my own position perfectly.
As Kim Dotcom points out Donald Trump as outsider provides the best opportunity to challenge the Deep State.

However there is a huge BUT.

Trump is not a complete outsider. He is a billionaire who will defend his own CLASS interests first and foremost.

There is a titan struggle between two rival groups of the US elite, neither of which are acting in the interests of ordinary people.

Trump represents the POLICE STATE against the INTELLIGENCE, DEEP STATE community.

Suzie points out the disgusting (I repeat - TOTALLY disgusting) behaviour of Liberals who will defend the Clinton wing against the Trump supporters - even to the point of saying (these are "Leftists!!) "the CIA 's not that bad".

By the same token Suzie condemns the war hawkishness, police state moves as well as the small number of neo-nazis who have come into prominence inrecent days.

My personal position coincides almost completely with that of Suzie Dawson while I stand with most of what Kim Dotcom says.

I feel very sceptical that any of the hopes of Kim regarding Donald Trump be realised

5 years jail for whistleblowers in new powers given the spies

And now the Government are coming for whistleblowers

The National Government will imprison whistleblowers -if your enemy is people telling the truth, then you have deep deep deep problems.

Screen Shot 2016-08-09 at 10.26.40 am

16 August, 2016

It just got far, far worse.
The new spy powers don’t just allow the SIS and GCSB vast new access to your Government files, gives them warrantless spying for 24 hours  which allows them to break into our homes, plant cameras and spy on us and all they need is the pretence of ‘national security’ to do it all.
The SIS won’t be allowed to break into your computers remotely and the GCSB won’t be able to break into your house, BUT (and here’s the joke) if they are operating under a joint warrant, they can do all those things.
These new powers follow up the mass surveillance legislation National rammed through Parliament that allowed agencies to ask the GCSB to spy on NZers. These new powers a;lopes the GCSB to do that all on their own.
A department that has been caught being racist in private will have huge unchecked powers – but it gets so much worse.

Nicky Hager would have been prosecuted. Andrea Vance could have been prosecuted. Jon Stephenson could have been prosecuted.  This blog could have been prosecuted.
The National Government will imprison whistleblowers -if your enemy is people telling the truth, then you have deep deep deep problems.
No Government Left or Right should ever be given this level of power. Using terrorism to justify this erosion of our civil liberty is unacceptable.
Once more for the breach of data dear friends, once more for the breach.
We simply can not and must not allow this to stand, it’s a direct threat to the media’s role of holding the Government to account. Losing that would damage our democracy far more than a lone wolf fanatic going on a rampage.
Protest actions will start being planned now.

New law targets people who leak classified information

NZ Herald,
16 August, 2016

People who leak Government information will be targeted with a new offence that carries a maximum sentence of five years in jail.

Prime Minister John Key has announced legislation that will also let the Government Communications Security Bureau spy on New Zealanders' private information.

The bill comes in the same week that information leaked by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden resulted in media reports about the GCSB's monitoring of a Fiji democracy activist.

The Government denied the new power to target whistle blowers was related to the Snowden leaks.

Its introduction is a response to a broad-sweeping intelligence review by Sir Michael Cullen and Dame Patsy Reddy, released in March with 107 recommendations.

A new offence will be created for people who hold a government security clearance, or those given access to classified information, who wrongfully communicate, retain or copy it.

Intelligence agency employees who encounter evidence of wrong-doing can make a protected disclosure to the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security.

But if they give information to others or the media they face a prison sentence of up to five years in jail.

The new legislation will cover both the SIS and GCSB, and accepts one of the most controversial recommendations - allowing the GCSB to spy on Kiwis.

That breaks a longstanding split between the SIS and GCSB, under which the GCSB could only spy on foreigners and the SIS on New Zealanders.

The current law already allows the GCSB to spy on behalf of other agencies, with an approved warrant.

However, in releasing his review in March, Sir Michael said the GCSB had become hesitant to legally assist other agencies in such spying.

That happened after it was found to have possibly unlawfully spied on New Zealanders due to confusion over its powers when acting on behalf of other agencies.

The review recommended a single warranting regime that would have resulted in the SIS and GCSB having the same powers to collect intelligence.

The new legislation does not go quite that far - it will limit the GCSB to conduct remote searches of a computer, for example, while the SIS will be permitted to carry out a physical search of a private property.

If the agencies are operating under a joint warrant they will both be able to carry out all activities, including interception of communications, searching including of private premises, seizure and surveillance.

The new law would establish a single warranting framework for both agencies.

New Zealanders will be targeted only to protect national security or where they are an agent of a foreign power.

A "Type 1" intelligence warrant would be needed to target New Zealanders using otherwise unlawful activities, such as intercepting phone calls.

It would need approval from the Attorney-General and a Commissioner of Intelligence Warrants and will be subject to review by the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security. This has been called a "triple lock" process.

There will also be new flexibility in terms of getting warrants, including allowing warrants for classes of people and "purpose-based" warrants.

The Government gave the example of the intelligence agencies being alerted to a group of unidentified New Zealanders in Syria. A group warrant would allow them to target those people without having exact information on their identities.

A purpose-based warrant would specify the type of information sought - for example, a warrant to intercept communications to find out if New Zealanders are fighting with Isis in Syria.

Finally, urgent warrants can be sought in special cases, including where someone's life is at stake or there is a serious threat to New Zealand's national security.

In such cases, a warrant must still be applied for within 24 hours and if it is not authorised all information collected would be destroyed.

While allowing the GCSB to spy on New Zealanders, the Government says both it and the SIS will only be allowed to do so on the grounds of national security.

Labour leader Andrew Little said the definition of national security was too broad and "must be narrowed down to actual threats to security and government".

The party will support the legislation at the first hurdle, but wants that and other changes before it would support it further.

Little said it was also concerning that the legislation appeared to have ignored recommendations related to protections for personal information.

"These are vital and must be a part of the legislation. In today's world it is too easy to ignore privacy concerns and we have seen what happens in the past when protections aren't clear."

Under the legislation, intelligence agencies would have direct access to other Government database information including birth, death, marriage, name change, citizenship, immigration and Customs information.

A warrant is needed to access IRD records, numbers assigned to tertiary students and driver licence photos.

The SIS wants to access private student numbers so they can catch spies posing as international students.

Key, who cited the threat from terrorism during a press conference on the changes, said political parties needed to think carefully about opposing the changes.

"It is going to be very difficult for political parties if they don't vote for this legislation and there was ultimately an issue in New Zealand, then clearly fingers would be pointed about whether we could have done more to stop it."

The legislation will be introduced to the House on Thursday.
