Disinformation in the mainstream media.

Tucker Carlson: The Left's Far-Reaching Disinformation Program

One of the most unintentionally hilarious moments in cable news history happened last night during a lengthy segment Tucker Carlson did on disinformation in the mainstream media.

In his commentary, the popular Fox News host took aim at CNN and MSNBC in particular for peddling fake news about police shootings, pointing out how such disinformation “is an offense against this country, an attack on America and, more critically, on something called our ‘norms.'”

At one point during the segment, Carlson talked about how a research paper from the Skeptic Research Center found that a large percentage of liberals believed “1,000 or more than 1,000 unarmed African-Americans were gunned down” by police officers in 2019. The actual number, he pointed out, was 27. With that in mind, Carlson then noted he went on a search to find out where people might have gotten the disinformation about police shootings.

“So it’s worth finding out where the public is getting all this false information — this ‘disinformation,’ as we’ll call it,” Carlson stated.

“So we checked. We spent all day trying to locate the famous QAnon, which in the end we learned is not even a website. If it’s out there, we could not find it. Then we checked Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Twitter feed because we have heard she traffics in disinformation, CNN told us, but nothing there.”

“Who is lying to America,” Carlson asked, “in ways that are certain to make us hate each other and certain to destroy our core institutions?”

The answer, he said, was cable news outlets like CNN and MSNBC and Democratic politicians talking on TV and spreading harmful disinformation about police shootings. He then played clips of them perpetuating false narratives that have further inflamed tensions, which some have alleged helped motivate BLM/Antifa-led agitators to riot, loot, and burn down buildings and target federal courthouses last year.

Tucker Carlson ABANDONS Trump’s election fraud case on air

My first, uneducated impression is that he was made "an offer he couldn't refuse".

We can write him off now, along with the rest of Fox News.

He Was Insulting, Demanding and Rude and I Told Him to Never Contact Me Again” – Sidney Powell Goes off on Tucker Carlson

Gateway Pundit,

20 November, 2020

On Thursday night Tucker Carlson from FOX News told his audience he invited Attorney Sidney Powell on his show to share evidence of elections software flipping votes. Tucker said Sidney got angry and refused to provide evidence for voting software flipping votes.

On Friday morning Maria Bartiromo asked Sidney Powell how she responded to Tucker

Maria Bartiromo: How did you respond to Tucker Carlson? Did you get angry with the show because they texted you and asked you to provide evidence of what you’re alleging?

Sidney Powell: No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence in fact I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics of the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person. But he was very insulting, demanding and rude and I told him not to contact me again in those terms.

UPS miraculously finds "lost" Biden evidence

Tucker Carlson: Hunter Biden documents suddenly vanish

And from yesterday
UPS Suddenly Locates "Lost" Biden Evidence, Returning Docs To Tucker Carlson

Zero Hedge,

29 October, 2020

Authored by Jack Phillips via The Epoch Times,

Delivery giant UPS confirmed Thursday it found a lost trove of documents that Fox News’ Tucker Carlson said would provide revelations in the ever-growing scandal involving Joe Biden’s son Hunter and his overseas business dealings.

UPS Senior Public Relations Manager Matthew O’Connor told Business Insider on Thursday afternoon that the documents are located and are being sent to Carlson.

“After an extensive search, we have found the contents of the package and are arranging for its return,” he said in a statement.

“UPS will always focus first on our customers, and will never stop working to solve issues and make things right. We work hard to ensure every package is delivered, including essential goods, precious family belongings and critical healthcare.”

It came after Glenn Zaccara, UPS’s corporate media relations director, confirmed Carlson used the company to ship the materials before they were lost.

“The package was reported with missing contents as it moved within our network,” Zaccara said before they were located. “UPS is conducting an urgent investigation.”

During his Wednesday night broadcast, Carlson said that a UPS employee notified them that their package “was open and empty … apparently, it had been opened.”

“The Biden documents never arrived in Los Angeles. Tuesday morning we received word from our shipping company that our package had been opened and the contents were missing,” Carlson also remarked. “The documents had disappeared.”

On Tuesday night, Carlson interviewed former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski, who claimed that the former Democratic vice president could be compromised by the Chinese Communist Party due to Hunter and brother James Biden’s business dealings in the country.

Joe Biden has not responded to Bobulinski’s allegations. Last week during his debate with President Donald Trump, he said he had “not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.”

Biden’s campaign earlier this month said Biden never had a meeting with an executive at a shady Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Holdings, while he was the vice president and his son sat on the board of the firm. A report from the New York Post, citing alleged Hunter Biden emails, suggested Hunter Biden had arranged a meeting between him, the executive, and Joe Biden.

It’s now possible that a special counsel will investigate Joe Biden should he win the presidency.

You know, I am not a big fan of special counsels, but if Joe Biden wins the presidency, I don’t see how you avoid one,” Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) said. “Otherwise, this is going to be, you know, tucked away, and we will never know what happened. All this evidence is going to be buried.”

UPS did not provide further details about the apparent mishap.

Lt. Bobulinski talks to Tucker Carlson

MASSIVE! Tucker Carlson,

"Plausible Deniability":

Whistleblower Describes

Brazen Biden-China Dealings

In Explosive Interview With

Tucker Carlson

Zero Hedge,

27 October,2020

Former Biden insider Tony Bobulinski - a registered Democrat who's donated to Democrats - just gave a smoking gun interview  to Fox News' Tucker Carlson on Tuesday, where he described his dealings with the Biden family in their bid to do business with China.

Bobulinski says that "Joe Biden and his family is compromised," after describing dealings that included purchasing a portion of a Russian state-owned energy company.

In May, 2017, Bobulinski agreed to spearhead a deal between the Bidens and a CCP-linked Chinese company - meeting with Hunter Biden and Rosemont Seneca partner Rob Walker "multiple times," and meeting with former Vice President Joe Biden twice.

Bobulinski described a May 2nd meeting at the Los Angeles Beverly Hilton with Hunter and Jim Biden. A short while later, Joe Biden reportedly showed up to the meeting "because they were sort of, wining and dining me, and presenting the strength of the Biden family to get me more engaged" in their China deal with CEFC "both in the United States and around the world."

Plausible deniability:

"There was no other reason for me to be in that bar meeting Joe Biden then to discuss what I was doing with his family's name and the Chinese."

Adam Schiff

When Hunter Biden's laptop became national news - Rep. Adam Schiff suggested it was Russian disinformationimplying that he was a Russian asset. Bobulinsky made it explicitly clear that he would go public if Schiff didn't retract his Russia smear - to which Biden family adviser Rob Walker said "You're just gonna bury all of us."

More:

-Joe Biden gave "an emphatic no" to "putting proper governance in place."

- "I think Joe Biden and his family are compromised..."

Tucker Carlson: NYT planning to dox him

Things are getting pretty bad when "the paper of record" is preparing to publish a fellow journalist's home address so he can be targeted by Antifa mobs.

Even the biggest scumbag of a presstitute does not deserve to be treated like that.  Tucker is a decent person.

This was 2018. I don't see rival networks condemning this now.

TUCKER CARLSON CLAIMS
NYT IS PLANNING TO
EXPOSE LOCATION OF HIS
HOME
In A Matter Of Hours, His Army Of Fans Had Doxed The Reporter Working On The Article.

21 July, 2020

Tucker Carlson closed out the final segment of his FOX News Channel program last night with the startling revelation that the New York Times is planning to “dox” him in a bid to silence his dissent.

He began by noting reporters for The Times began working on their story last week. He said that “as a matter of journalism,” there isn’t any conceivable justification for the story, adding that his family hasn’t done anything wrong to warrant the expose.

Carlson then continued:

The paper is not alleging we’ve done anything wrong and we haven’t. We pay our taxes. We like our neighbors. We’ve never had a dispute with anyone. So why is the New York Times doing a story on the location of my family’s house?

Well, you know why. To hurt us, to injure my wife and kids so that I will shut up and stop disagreeing with them. They believe in force. We’ve learned that.

Two years ago, a left-wing journalist publicized our home address in Washington. A group of screaming Antifa lunatics showed up while I was at work. They vandalized our home. They threatened my wife. She called 911 while hiding in a closet.

A few weeks later they showed up again at our house. For the next year, they sent letters to our home threatening to kill us. We tried to ignore it. It felt cowardly to sell our home and leave. We raised our kids there in the neighborhood and we loved it. But in the end, that’s what we did. We have four children. It just wasn’t worth it.

But The New York Times followed us. The paper has assigned a political activist called Murray Carpenter to write a story about where we are now. They’ve hired a photographer called Tristan Spinski to take pictures. Their story about where we live is slated to run the paper this week.

Editors there know exactly what will happen to my family when it does run. I called them today and I told them, but they didn’t care. They hate my politics. They want this show off the air.

If one of my children gets hurt because of a story they wrote, they won’t consider it collateral damage. They know it’s the whole point of the exercise, to inflict pain on our family, to terrorize us, to control what we say. That’s the kind of people they are.

They’ll deny this, of course, and claim, ‘It’s just journalism! It’s just the facts!’ Really? So how would Murray Carpenter and his photographer Tristan Spinski feel if we told you where they live, if we put pictures of their homes on the air?

What if we publicize the home address of every one of the soulless robot editors of The New York Times who assigned and managed this incitement to violence against my family? What about the media editor, Jim Windolf?

We could do that. We know who they are. Would that qualify as journalism? We doubt they’d consider it journalism. They’d call it criminal behavior if we did it, and that tells you everything.”

The Times issued a statement several hours later denying Carlson’s claim that it planned to publish any articles about his new residence:

While we do not confirm what may or may not publish in future editions, the Times has not and does not plan to expose any residence of Tucker Carlson’s, which Carlson was aware of before tonight’s broadcast.”

That didn’t stop a few of Carlson’s biggest fans from doxing Carpenter. They tweeted out his home address, his email address, and his Twitter handle. They urged others to “give him a taste of his own meds.”

So far, Carlson has made no further comment about the matter.

FNC’s Carlson: McCloskeys

Threatened with Another Attack;

Police, Private Security Decline

to Help

4 July, 2020

At the opening of Thursday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson revealed Mark and Patricia McCloskey, a St. Louis couple who defended their home as so-called protesters threatened their person and their property, are being threatened with another attack.

According to Carlson, the attack is set to come over the weekend, which he said was told to him by Mark McCloskey in a phone conversation shortly before his broadcast.

However, the McCloskeys have been unable to procure police protection nor protection from a private security firm.

After appearing on the show, Mark McCloskey and his wife were bombarded with death threats, many of them credible,” Carlson said. “Today they learn of another coordinated attack on them that’s planned for the weekend. They immediately called police. The dispatcher put them on hold and then finally transfer them to an officer. The officer didn’t seem to be listening to anything the McCloskey said. We’ll call you back, police said, and they never did. Desperate, the McCloskey called a number of different private security firms, but not one of them would take the job of protecting them. The owner of the last company the McCloskeys called advised them to flee immediately. Quote, ‘The only advice I can give you is abandon the house. Run. Let the mob have its way. let it burn.’

Carlson criticized Missouri Gov. Mike Parson (R) for being unwilling to lend the McCloskeys any help at the state level and declared if the McCloskeys face an attack without police protection, it is a sign the mob is winning.

But the McCloskeys are not running,” he added. “They’ve spent 32 years rebuilding their home, and they plan to defend it themselves. They have no choice. They’re completely alone. No one will come to their aid. Their governor, Mike Parson, is a Republican. He is also a former sheriff. Parson could fix their problem immediately. Parson could send state troopers to St. Louis to make to protect the McCloskeys, but he hasn’t done that. Parson hasn’t picked up the phone to speak to them. He doesn’t care, obviously. Nobody cares. About an hour ago, Mark McCloskey called us to tell us all this. He was panicked, understandably. His wife sobbed in the background as we spoke. American citizens trapped in their home by a violent mob, knowing that something awful could happen to them very soon, totally undefended. This is your country. The mob is winning if things like this happen.”
