A New York magistrat judge is requesting testimony from Wikileaks founder Julian Assange in a case involving slain DNC voter data director Seth Rich.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn requested the international assistance in order to get the testimony.
The parents of Seth Rich are suing FOX News and Judge Netburn wants Assange to testify on Seth’s role in the leaked DNC documents
Julian Assange has repeatedly said the documents did not come from Russia. And Robert Mueller interviewed hundreds of witnesses in his anti-Trump witch hunt but never got around to questioning Julian Assange who was the source of leaked DNC documents.
The parents of Seth Rich believe he had nothing to do with the leaked documents to Wikileaks.
They may not like what they find out.
On November 9, 2016 Ellen Ratner admitted publicly that she met with Julian Assange for three hours the Saturday before the 2016 election. According to Ratner, Julian Assange told her the leaks were not from the Russians, they were from an internal source from the Hillary Campaign.
Rich was murdered before the election in 2016 late at night in Washington DC.
A federal magistrate judge in New York requested assistance from a UK court on Aug. 5 in obtaining testimony from WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange for a U.S. civil lawsuit brought against Fox News and others by the parents of slain Democratic National Committee voter data director Seth Rich.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn requested the international assistance in accordance with the Hague Convention.
“In the proper exercise of its authority, this court has determined that the evidence cannot be secured except by the intervention of the English courts and that assistance from the English courts would serve to further the international interests of justice and judicial cooperation,” the judge wrote in a memorandum for the senior master of the Royal Courts of Justice.
oel and Mary Rich, Seth Rich’s parents, sued Fox News in March 2018 nearly a year after the news network published and retracted an article titled “Seth Rich, slain DNC staffer, had contact with WikiLeaks, say multiple sources.” The Riches claimed the network inflicted intentional emotional distress on them by slandering their son. The case was dismissed in August 2018, but the Second Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the dismissal more than a year later.
The case has since entered the discovery phase and the judge determined that Assange’s testimony is crucial for determining the central dispute between the parties—whether the article was a “sham” as the Riches claim, or “substantially true” as maintained by Fox News.
“Mr. Assange, as founder of WikiLeaks, is exceptionally suited to provide testimony that will be highly relevant to these issues. Therefore, Fox News, by and through this letter of request issued by the District Court, is formally requesting the testimony of Mr. Assange for use at trial,” the request to the UK court states.

Witness Prepared to Identify Two Killers of Seth Rich
Disclaimer: This

The
Washington, D.C. lobbyist who has been on the hunt for Seth Rich’s
killer found a “credible” witness who will identify the two men
he believes murdered the DNC staffer.
Jack
Burkman, a Washington-based attorney and lobbyist who has worked with
a private investigative team to solve the Seth Rich murder mystery,
told The
Gateway Pundit that
the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring Rich’s killers
to justice within a month.
“We
believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth
Rich murder investigation,” Burkman toldThe
Gateway Pundit in
an exclusive interview Sunday. “After two long hard years of
work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers
of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement
Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau
of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives) agent”
The
witness, who “fears for his life,” will be accompanied by armed
guards and disguise his identity as he details how two employees of
the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated
for Tuesday.

Frank
Whalen, a retired NYPD Detective Sergeant NYPD who served as the head
of NYPD Homicide for 23 years, found the witness, Burkman explained.
“We
found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who
found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this
witness and we believe in this witness,” he said. “He has
evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed
slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life – that’s why we
are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything
about him.”
Burkman,
who has viewed surveillance footage from the night Rich was killed,
says the witness’ testimony confirms two men involved in the
shooting.
“What
the witness says matches what the police say and matches what we know
from the surveillance videos,” he said. “The police let me see
the video. The police said the video clearly identifies the pant legs
of two men. So, there were two men involved in the killing that
night. I now believe that in the next 3 to 4 weeks the entire matter
will be resolved. It’s the beginning of the end.”
The
emails indicated the Democrat Party was manipulating the primary race
in favor of Hillary Clinton and sabotaged the Bernie Sanders
campaign, led to the resignation of then-DNC chairwoman Debbie
Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and
days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia,
WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.
The
witness informed Burkman that Doherty was well acquainted with the
two government employees that killed Rich, but he was unaware Doherty
worked as Burkman’s lead investigator and tried to kill him earlier
in the year.
“The
witness himself didn’t know that I had been shot by Kevin Doherty.
Before we even told him that, he told us that Doherty was friends and
palled around with the ATF agent and the DEA agent who shot Seth.
That’s why we think the witness is credible,” he said. “There
wasn’t much coverage of my shooting. The witness didn’t see the
coverage and didn’t know. We didn’t tell him, he told us before
we told him.”

“We
believe that Kevin Doherty may have been a plant in my organization,
to kill me and stop my investigation,” he added. “He was
carefully playing the role.”
Despite
nearly getting killed while investigating the Rich case, Burkman says
he doesn’t “live in fear”and neither should the witness.
“I
now have armed guards all the time. And we will have even more armed
guards at the press conference the place will be surrounded with
private armed security,” he said. “But once we start living in
fear we might as well have Adolph Hitler in power. Once you live in
fear, there’s no reason to have won World War II.”
Following
the press conference, Burkman will hold a candlelight march to the
spot where Rich was killed.
“I
promised the Rich family that I would find their son’s murderer.
Their son was a great patriot and a great young man and it is for
that reason that I want to solve this murder,” Burkman said. “His
heart was in the right place and I want to honor him. We are one big
political fraternity. This could have happened to any of the young
people who work for me, Republican or Democrat, I employ both. This
could happen to anyone of those young people.”
Burkman
has created, paid for and erected billboards in the neighborhood
where Rich lived and died; built the website WhoKilledSeth.com and
canvassed the neighborhood with Seth Rich’s parents. Last year,
he sued
the Democratic National Committee for
the release of the hacked DNC server he claimed will reveal key
information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
The
DC-based attorney has also offered a $130,000 reward of his personal
money for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killer.
WikiLeaks is offering $20,000, One America News Network $100,000, the
D.C. Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and Businessman and
investor Martin Shkreli $100,000.
The
DNC has yet to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest
of the murderer of its own young staffer. The DNC honored its
murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters
to Rich’s memory.
The
press conference will be held at the Key Bridge Holiday Inn in
Arlington, Virginia at 1:00PM
Lisa
Page, the former FBI attorney who exchanged anti-Trump messages with
former FBI special agent Peter Strzok, has been subpoenaed to appear
in front of a joint panel of the House Judiciary and Oversight
committees, according to CNN, citing
two congressional sources.
House
Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, a Virginia Republican, subpoenaed
Page to attend a deposition on Wednesday, the sources said, one day
before Strzok is slated to testify publicly before the two House
panels.
Page's
attorney Amy Jeffress said in a statement to CNN that she has been
working with the committee staff to arrange for her client's
"voluntary appearance."

THE

The
parents of murdered Democrat National Committee (DNC) Staffer Seth
Rich confirmed to family friend Ed Butowski, it _was_ their
son who provided WikiLeaks with a trove of DNC E-mails to expose
cheating by the DNC against Bernie Sanders.
There
were NO Russian Hackers.
The
DNC knew this from the beginning and concealed it so they could
launch a charade upon the nation about non-existent "Russian
Hackers" for over a year, with the sole purpose of
destabilizing the Presidency of Donald Trump.
Right
after Seth Rich gave the emails to Wikileaks, Hillary called in
FireEye's Cyber Foreinsics team to 1) figure out who was the source
of the leaks and 2) create an "independent" report that
would say Russia hacked the emails.
FireEye's
Cyber Forensics team, made up largely of former law enforcement
agents, identified Seth Rich as the source of the leaked emails to
Wikileaks.
A
short time later, Seth Rich was killed in a "robbery."
Except
unlike any other Robbery ever committed, the Robbers took nothing
from Seth Rich. Not his phone, not his cash, not his credit cards...
NOTHING.
Normally,
if police find a person who's been shot and killed in a bad
neighborhood, they check to see if belongings are missing. In the
case of Seth Rich, the cops declared the case a botched robbery
despite the evidence. I wonder why?
Private
Investigators have attempted to look into the Seth Rich case. Many of
whom are experienced and well-networked within DC law enforcement
circles. One by one, they've been stone-walled—met with cease and
desist orders or leaks to the press the compromise them.
We
still don’t know who pulled the trigger on the gun that killed Seth
Rich, and we still don’t know who is running cover by attacking any
PI who looks into the case. We need to find out.

his parents have kept that hidden this long and in fact let it be

the most shocking revelation contained in the excerpts from former
DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile’s book was, unsurprisingly, buried in
a Washington
Post overview
of the various allegations (and frankly, we’re surprised thePost,
given its status as a protector of the Washington establishment,
deigned to publish it).
In
the aftermath of Wikileaks’ decision to publish a cache of emails
stolen from the DNC’s servers, Donna Brazile says she became
increasingly paranoid about both possible Russian efforts to sway the
election. Surprisingly, she says top Democrats initially instructed
her not to discuss her concerns with others.
But
even more than the Russians, Brazile says she feared possible
retribution from shadowy elements within the campaign and the
Democratic Party who might blame her for the leak.
Her
fears only intensified, she says, after the mysterious shooting of
former campaign staffer Seth Rich, who the authorities said was
killed during a robbery, though many so-called conspiracy theorists
have speculated about a possible Democratic plot to kill Rich for his
role in leaking the stash of DNC emails to Wikileaks. Brazile's
anxiety eventually spiraled out of control, to the point where she
feared for her own life while serving as interim chairwoman of the
DNC.
Brazile
describes her mounting anxiety about Russia’s theft of emails and
other data from DNC servers, the slow process of discovering the full
extent of the cyberattacks and the personal fallout. She likens the
feeling to having rats in your basement: “You take measures to get
rid of them, but knowing they are there, or have been there, means
you never feel truly at peace.”
Brazile
writes that she was haunted by the still-unsolved murder of DNC data
staffer Seth Rich and feared for her own life, shutting the blinds to
her office window so snipers could not see her and installing
surveillance cameras at her home. She wonders whether Russians had
placed a listening device in plants in the DNC executive suite.
At
first, Brazile writes of the hacking, top Democratic officials were
“encouraging us not to talk about it.” But she says a wake-up
moment came when she visited the White House in August 2016, for
President Obama’s 55th birthday party. National security adviser
Susan E. Rice and former attorney general Eric Holder separately
pulled her aside quietly to urge her to take the Russian hacking
seriously, which she did, she writes.
While
she doesn’t elaborate on her reasons for suspecting that Rich’s
death may have been a homicide, just the fact that Brazile says she,
too, suspected that something nefarious might’ve been afoot is
reason enough to take a second look at Rich’s death.
Of
course, if it’s true that Rich was killed as punishment for leaking
the emails, then that would of course invalidata most of the evidence
supporting the Russia interference narrative that has been propagated
by the Democrats and their partners in the intelligence community.
Donna
Brazile Says Clinton Campaign Officials Made Her Feel Like "Patsey
The Slave"
The
Democratic Party's nominal support for "identity politics"
has once again been exposed as little more than hollow
virtue-signaling...
By
now, it’s become clear that the Democratic party establishment
installed Donna Brazile has the head of the DNC expecting her to be
an obedient stooge who would turn a blind eye to the endemic
corruption and mismanagement inside America’s oldest major
political party. Unfortunately for them, Brazile had no intention of
keeping quiet when she discovered that Obama’s negligence had left
the party in debt, effectively allowing the Clinton to play a
deciding role in doling out resources, setting strategy and myriad
other issues.
A
year after Trump’s upset victory over Clinton poleaxed the
Washington establishment and smug Democratic elitists who felt it was
their candidate’s god-given right to effortlessly slide into office
despite being one of the most unpopular major-party candidates in
recent memory, Brazile is speaking out in a new book, excerpts from
which have been published in Politico and the Washington
Post.
In
one detail printed today by WaPo, Brazile recounts how Clinton’s
top aides repeatedly disrespected and demeaned her, which she equated
to being treated like a slave.
Brazile
alleges that Clinton’s top aides routinely disrespected her and put
the DNC on a “starvation diet,” depriving it of funding for voter
turnout operations.
As
one of her party’s most prominent black strategists, Brazile also
recounts fiery disagreements with Clinton’s staffers — including
a conference call in which she told three senior campaign officials,
Charlie Baker, Marlon
Marshall
and Dennis Cheng, that she was being treated like a slave.
“I’m
not Patsey the slave,” Brazile recalls telling them, a reference to
the character played by Lupita Nyong’o in the film, “12 Years a
Slave.” “Y’all keep whipping me and whipping me and you never
give me any money or any way to do my damn job. I am not going to be
your whipping girl!”
Over
the past two days, Brazile has revealed how former DNC Chairwoman
Debbie Wasserman Schultz effectively ceded control of the party to
the Clinton campaign, which looted funds from state party
organizations and restricted the money flowing into the DNC after
agreeing to pay off most of its debt.
She
also revealed that she considered replacing Clinton with Joe Biden
after she collapsed during a ceremony at the 9/11 memorial. But most
shockingly of all, she said that she feared for her life after the
murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich, which she feared may have been
planned by nefarious elements from within the party.
