Is the Belgian government about to collapse?

Premier Michel goes by without the N-VA ministers
Premier Michel gaat door zonder N-VA-bewindslieden

NOS,
7 December, 2018

The Belgian prime minister Michel with his cabinet to go on without the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA). At a press conference, he announced that the N-VA ministers will be replaced.

Earlier in the evening suggested to N-VA president De Wever already weeks ongoing conflict about the migratiepact of Marrakesh on alert by demanding that Michel not tomorrow to Morocco and flies to the agree to sign. If he does, get the N-VA out of the coalition, said The Weaver.

The prime minister repeated later at a private press conference that he'll go to Marrakesh. "A word is a word. I shall be there in the name of the government, and I will be in Belgium to defend."

He suggested that the N-VA is ran away from the council of ministers. "I take note of the clear position of the N-VA. I want them to thank." On return from Marrakesh, he will see how he and his cabinet continue. This is done in consultation with the european parliament.

As a first measure, he will have two secretaries of state promotion to a minister. It is an opportunity to minderheidskabinet by going to the elections in may, with the N-VA as gedoogpartner, says a correspondent Sander van Hoorn. "The N-VA is not responsible for the migratiepact, and there it was for them to do."

Last consultation

Chairman Weaver gave the blame to the other parties in the cabinet, the christian democrats and the liberals. "I find it very regrettable that the other parties us not give room to find a compromise," he said at the press conference earlier in the evening. "One prefers is apparently a political crisis over a compromise."

This morning let The Weaver know that he is a "final agreement" means the migratiepact. That announcement came after a week of high tension, where everyone suspected that the government would fall, but none of the responsibility wanted to get for that trap.

It led to a stalemate, especially when Michel, in the parliament, but an alternative majority is found to support the migratiepact. Constitutionally, it is for Michel impossible to behalf of the Belgian parliament for the pact to adopt; for this he has the support of the whole government. But that permission would the N-VA will never give.

Hard hit

The credibility of the Flemish nationalists received this week hard hit. Other politicians have pointed out constantly that the N-VA the migratiepact long time supported and at the very last moment that support withdrew. In addition, threatened the party already several times from the government, but that threat was never realized.

The crisis in Belgium arose when several other countries, the pact would not draw. The United States withdrew, just as European countries such as Austria, Poland and Hungary.

Belgium Begins Free Distribution Of Iodine Pills

Belgium Begins Free Distribution Of Iodine Pills "In Case Of Nuclear Disaster"

Zero Hedge,
7 March, 2018

As part of the government's new nuclear safety policy, as of today, every Belgian citizen can come to a pharmacy and get free iodine pills.
Belgium has two nuclear plants, Tihange and Doel, with a total number of seven reactors, and is one of the world's most nuclear-reliant nations...

In 2017 alone, there were seven incidents at the facilities.

Free distribution of iodine tablets has started in Belgium as a precautionary measure in the event of a nuclear catastrophe, the Belgian Pharmaceutical Association told Sputnik on Tuesday. Before

So how would a population react to their government offering iodine pills - just in case... Fear, of course!
Scared people are not rational, they’ll buy virtually anything that promises to alleviate their fear. Every totalitarian, every proponent of curtailing freedom, knows this. It’s the equivalent of the smoking hot babe: fear sells government.

"Not reassuring"

March 6, only those living within 20 kilometers (12 miles) from nuclear sites were entitled to receive the medication free of charge.

As SputnikNews reportsBelgium's neighbors, Germany and the Netherlands, are concerned over the safety of the kingdom’s ageing nuclear reactors.
In 2016, Germany requested Belgium to shut down its two reactors because of defects found in their pressure vessels, but the kingdom refused. In September 2017, citizens of Aachen, a western German city located 70 kilometers (43 miles) away from the Belgian Tihange, started getting free iodine tablets.
In 2016, the Netherlands started distributing the pills to people who lived within a 100-kilometre (62-mile) radius of the neighboring Dutch Borsselle and Belgian Doel plants.

An alternative view...

Belgium Distributing Iodine Pills; NUCLEAR FEAR

As part of the government's new nuclear safety policy, as of today, every Belgian citizen can go to a pharmacy and get free iodine pills. This sudden decision to distribute such pills, to protect from Thyroid cancer in the event of a nuclear incident, comes as the US and NATO move even more missiles toward the Russia Border.

While the government says this distribution of iodine pills is in case of an accident at one of the country's two nuclear plants, the actual truth is that NATO expects to attack Russia, and they know that a nuclear weapons exchange is not only possible, but likely.

Belgium has two nuclear plants, Tihange and Doel, with a total number of seven reactors, and is one of the world's most nuclear-reliant nations.

Before March 6, only those living within 20 kilometers (12 miles) from nuclear sites were entitled to receive the medication free of charge. Now, the whole country is getting them. What does that tell you?

US deploys missiles just MILES from Russia border as WW3 fears grow

President Donald Trump deployed the defensive devices just 60 miles away from the border.

Head of Russia’s defence committee – Vladimir Shamanov – said the country was set to do the same in response.

He said: “This situation is, of course, under control, and mirror measures have been undertaken, or would be undertaken without delay."

Shamanov added: "The threats are high. Given the short flight-in time, they [the US] make us address certain tasks, some of which have been settled, but some are still due.

"Of course, it is a difference when they [anti-missiles] were thousand kilometres away, and it is different when they are hundreds kilometres away."

At the weekend it emerged the US had deployed more than 400 anti-missiles targeted on Russia.

In California and Alaska it placed more than 40 silo-based long-ranged interceptor missiles.

Another 180 Standard-3 anti-missiles are operational on US Navy guided missile warships within the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets, as well as at the U.S. bases in Japan and Spain.

Another 24 Standard-3 anti-missiles are on duty in Romania.

This comes as UK Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson called for Britain to “wake up” to the threat posed by Russia.

He said the country needs to “match what Putin is doing with Russian forces”.

His warning comes as Vlad revealed new super-nuke the Satan 2 in a fierce speech last week that laid down a gauntlet to NATO.

Russia made these changes because NATO opened anti-missile radar sites in both Poland and Romania. Apparently it wasn't sufficient that NATO created bases which virtually surround Russia, now they have to be able to first-strike Russia too. NATO is in the wrong here, but you won't read that reality in any mass-media.

Operation Gladio

Belgium Redux? A History of European Bombings

21st Century Wire says…

In the wake of the recent Brussels Attacks this week, readers should be aware of Europe’s very real and sordid history of NATO intelligence carrying out terror attacks on European soil – against its own citizens.

This is historically referred to as Operation GLADIO.

It’s crucial that we understand what happened, in order to consider what might also be happening today…
Before the complete lockdown of the Anglo-American news media, occasionally some good stuff made it to air.

Then it was made to disappear. That’s the case with this video. But someone recorded it off the TV (thank you VCRs!) and uploaded it to YouTube. How long this important document will last is anyone’s guess, but this is the mother lode. It shows how the CIA organized an army of terrorists from among right wingers and organized crime (often the same people) to stage false flag terror events through Europe (and the world) to undermine regimes it didn’t like.

Note: “Staged” violence does not mean that people don’t die. It means that the source of the violence is deliberately obscured. Hundreds of entirely innocent people were killed in these operations.

Anyone who thinks modern America is immune from this kind of sick double-dealing is living in a dream world.

The last time there was a wave of bombings in Europe, they were conducted not by “terrorists” but by European governments and fascist allies of the US.

Operation Gladio… Belgium figured significantly in these operations.

Note: The video starts with a little bit of French and Italian, but there are subtitles. Stick with it. This is a very important film.
