Serious developments in Ukraine

Once again this indicates that serious activity is underway in Ukraine on the eve of the possible false flag in Syria.

Serious "Developments" in Ukraine . . . armed forces moving

ASSASSINATED: Alexander Zakharchenko
31 August, 2018

UPDATED 6:25 PM EDT (SEE BOTTOM) --  Over the past 24 hours, the unstable situation in eastern Ukraine has gotten demonstrably worse.  A high ranking leader of break-away province Donets'k, Alexander Zakharchenko, was assassinated via Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detonated in a cafe where he was eating breakfast.
Officials in Donets'k are blaming the Ukraine federal government in Kiev; so are neighboring Russians.
The Speaker of Russia's Duma said today, "The Minsk Agreements (which tried to bring peace to the area) are (now) pointless."  Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his personal condolences over the death of Zakharchenko, and Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) stated ominously "Kiev has now chosen the way of bloody conflict."
As this story is published, armed forces are on the move and things appear to be SEVERELY escalating.
More trainloads of Russian tanks have arrived near the border of eastern Ukraine and are being swiftly unloaded.
Troops from Russia's Eastern and Central Military Districts have been diverted from the upcoming Military Exercise Vostok2018 and are being sent to the Ukraine Border.
Further developments will be reported below in updates.

DPR leader Aleksandr Zakharchenko assasinated

BREAKING NEWS: DPR LEADER ZAKHARCHENKO ASSASSINATED

31 August, 2018

The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, has been assassinated, the method was a bomb explosion targeting him in a cafe in the center of Donetsk. This is reported by TASS with reference to the security agencies of the republic.

It has been confirmed that Zakharchenko was mortally wounded.

The explosion occurred in a cafe located in the center of the city, located near President Zakharchenko’s house. According to preliminary data, there was one victim, and three others were injured.

The military conflict in Donbass continues from 2014. Then the self-proclaimed republics of the Donetsk Peoples Republic and the Lugansk Peoples Republic and opposed the new Ukrainian authorities and declared their independence.

On August 22, the contact group for the settlement of the situation in Ukraine on the eve of the academic year decided to conclude a new “school truce” from August 29.

Alexander Vladimirovich "was a true people's leader, a brave and resolute person, a patriot of Donbass

Note: Several have been detained and it has been confirmed that the assassination of Alexandr Zakharchenko was an attack from Ukraine. FRN itself is under attack, and when the staff can reach our site, we will be posting updates.

We read in Novorosinform: “Russia is with you”: Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the Donbass on the assassination of Alexander Zakharchenko, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Kremlin official website reported.

The President noted that Alexander Vladimirovich “was a true people’s leader, a brave and resolute person, a patriot of Donbass.”

The vile murder of Alexander Zakharchenko is another evidence: those who chose the path of terror, violence, intimidation, do not want to seek a peaceful, political solution to the conflict, do not want to conduct a real dialogue with the inhabitants of the southeast. And they make a dangerous bet on the destabilization of the situation, to put the people of Donbass on their knees. This is not going to work,” Putin said.

I hope that the organizers and executors of this crime will bear the punishment they deserve,” he added.

I want to once again express my condolences to the relatives and friends of Alexander Vladimirovich Zakharchenko, all residents of the Donbass. Russia will always be with you,” Vladimir Putin stated.

Recall that today in the center of Donetsk near the cafe “Separ” an explosion occurred, as a result of which the head of the People’s Democratic Republic Alexander Zakharchenko perished.

Later, law enforcers of the DNR detained suspects in the murder of Zakharchenko.

Also, as a result of the explosion near the cafe “Separ”, the Minister of Income and Duties of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Timofeev was wounded.

The administration of the head of the Democratic People’s Republic of Ukraine called the explosion in Donetsk a terrorist act.

The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova said that the Ukrainian authorities are behind the murder of Zakharchenko.

Aleksandr Zakharchenko has been murdered today

Saker drawing from community
It has now been confirmed that Aleksandr Zakharchenko has been murdered today.  You can read some of the details in this RT article here:
This murder really breaks my heart, but also worries and sickens me.  Just like the murders of Morotola or Givi, this murder proves that there is a major, massive, problem with the DNR/LNR security services.  Whether this is pure incompetence or treason I don’t know, but what is sure is that while murders of charismatic leaders happen in all conflicts this is the exception, not the rule (how many leaders were killed during, say, the Bosnian civil war?).  It *is* possible to protect commanders and officials (there are special forces and services which can do that very well).  When it is the rule, then most certainly something is very wrong.
Two years ago I wrote an article entitled “The Murder of Motorola – questions which must be answered” for which I was hysterically criticized by some ignorant amateurs, but the questions which I asked then remain unanswered today.  Frankly, I very much doubt that they will be answered this time around either.
In my 2016 I asked the question cui bono in reference to the murders of so many DNR/LNR leaders.
Now I ask the same cui bono about the systematic denial that there is a major problem with the DNR/LRN security services.
Two years after the murder of Motorola the Novorussians have clearly not solved their security problem.  This is why I can only offer the same conclusion as I did two years ago:
Ideally, the Russians should send some smart and ruthless patriot, like General Shamanov, to go to Lugansk and Donesk and read the locals the riot act (Russians generals are very good at that kind of stuff) and if they offer any resistance, just toss them out of their office (Russian generals are also good at that kind of stuff).

By now pretty much all the key Novorussian leaders and heroes have been murdered and it is too late to do anything about this.  But somebody will have to take their place and it is them that the Russians need to protect now.
Living in deep denial, cheerleading and flag waving are all very good, but not when people get murdered as a result.
With the Saints give rest, O Christ, to the soul of Your servant Aleksandr where there is no pain, nor sorrow, nor suffering, but life everlasting.”

Donetsk PM Zakharchenko : " Minsk agreements are torn apart, Kiev will attack us soon"

Kiev Gathers Huge 65,000-Strong Army on Frontline Near Donetsk

With the Minsk ceasefire agreements formally still in force, the situation in eastern Ukraine's Donbass region remains extremely tense amid reports about Kiev's mass troop deployments in the area.

Sputnik News,
19 August, 2015

In violation of the Minsk ceasefire agreements, the Armed Forces of Ukraine has deployed heavy weapons and a large number of troops to the frontline in eastern Ukraine's Donbass region, Russian media outlets said.

The reports came amid intensified artillery shelling exchanges between the warring sides in the area, including near the city of Mariupol.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine has deployed a considerable number of men along the entire frontline, estimated to comprise of about 65,000 soldiers and officers of different subordination, level of training and motivation.

This number includes between 68 and 70 battalions, comprised of 26 battalion groups plus separate company units.

The Ukrainian army's General Staff finally shifted to the battalion group tactics, reshuffling various kinds of troops after defeat in Debaltsevo.

Given this development, the army's recent shelling of the village of Sartana on the outskirts of Mariupol can be seen as nothing more than an attempt to drill the interaction of these battalion groups.

Right now, several army brigades remain on the frontline, including the 24th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade and the 92nd Motorized Infantry Brigade, armed with eighteen Grad multiple launch rocket systems and self-propelled artillery platforms, as well as six tanks, ten armored personnel carriers, six howitzers, anti-aircraft guns, plus lots of small arms and anti-tank weapons.

The army's air assault troops are represented by the elite 80th brigade, which suffered heavy losses during fighting near Lugansk airport last year.

These troops also comprise the 122nd separate battalion and the 95th separate airmobile brigade and the 25th brigade, which is equipped with mothballed armored personnel carriers, including the BTR-70.

The battalion groups include a whole array of company units related to tank, artillery, marine and National Guard troops as well as special units of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

All of these brigades form a 65,000-strong army, which includes more than 400 tanks, about 2,400 armored vehicles, 132 Grad multiple launch rocket systems and over 800 guns and mortars.

The current situation is reminiscent of autumn 2014, which also saw heavy shelling between the conflicting parties and the massive deployment of troops near the frontline.

Compared to last year, however, the situation on the current frontline remains more stable despite a spate of hot spots in the area and the increasing accumulation of troops and heavy weapons there

East Ukraine's Donetsk Republic Will Hold Referendum To Join Russia

Following the 2014 Crimean referendum which saw the Black Sea peninsula join Russia shortly after the Ukraine presidential coup and ensuing territorial conflict between pro-Kiev and pro-Moscow regions, many speculated it is only a matter of time before the Donetsk region, subsequently elevated into People's Republic status, which has been engaged in constant warfare with the Kiev army (which is in such bad shape it recently drafted a disabled man without arms) would follow suit.

We now have the answer.

Having waited for over a year for the Ukraine civil war/conflict to be relegated to back page status, if that, Putin has finally given the green light, and as Xinhua reportsleaders of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" are planning to hold a referendum on seceding from Ukraine and joining Russia, the Donetsk-based Ostrov news agency reported Wednesday.

The referendum is scheduled to take place some in early to mid November, or specifically two to four weeks after the Oct. 18 local elections, said the news agency.

The ballot papers for the referendum designed in the colors of the Russian flag have already been printed, it said.

And while neither the rebel leadership nor the Ukrainian authorities have commented on the report yet, the modus operandi is strikingly familiar to what happened in Crimea.

Should Donetsk indeed proceed with a popular secession vote, the result is virtually assured but the bigger question is just how would Europe react considering this would result in another territorial expansion of Russia which would be accused of annexing a region that Kiev has largely given up even pretending it has control over.

In July, leaders of pro-independence insurgents in Donetsk region said they would hold local elections on Oct. 18 without Kiev's supervision as they believed that the Ukrainian government has not fulfilled its obligations under the Minsk peace agreement.

Last week, violence in eastern Ukraine has sharply escalated after several weeks of relative calmness. On Sunday night, at least 11 people, including nine civilians, were reportedly killed in Donetsk region, marking the worst casualties in the conflict since early June.

Then again, after the recent referendum farce in Greece in which a substantial majority of the population voted for one thing just to get the opposite, maybe history is about to rhyme a few hundred kilometers northeast of Athens

Donbass citizens to become Russians

Donbass citizens to become Russians. Donbass
''Ukrainian structures closed everything long ago. There is nothing there. And the new Republics are recognized only by some states. That is why any Republican documents even notarized and certified with LPR or DPR seals will not pass in Russia. I believe Ukraine faces collapse and a parade of sovereignties in the near future. Then these new entities will be recognized by other states.

Donetsk and Lugansk regions are historical territories of the Russian Federation. They even used to be part of the Rostov region. So, we'll have to carry out a referendum once again. Then it will be not only possible to enter Russia, but to adhere to the Rostov region.

Donbass may also enter the Russian Federation as a single entity. It is evident that about 95 per cent will vote for at the referendum, as it was shown in the Crimea. Present Ukraine demonstrated that it can only annihilate people.

Those living in Donbass are very hard-working people, hard labour in metallurgy, coal and chemical industries have been present there for generations. Donbass will boost Russian economy, as it used to be a fount of minerals and ore minerals in the former Soviet Union. Ukraine just did not have money and technologies, as well as any desire to develop Donbass. In Russia it is possible.

From the very beginning people were sure 300 per cent that they would go after the Crimea, but it did not happen, the Americans hindered them. Nevertheless, people still believe that the militants will liberate Donbass from the Nazis, then the referendum will take place, and they will return back home to their Motherland. And their Motherland is Russia, this territory just was passed to Ukraine, and people living there were not asked of their opinion.

At the beginning of the XX century, when there was famine in Russia, Lugansk people called for collecting and sending aid. There are even appropriate posters of those times in the Russian museums. Donbass rescued poor, starving and struggling regions. It was in 1915, just 100 years ago. We have always been a part of Russia and lived for Russia.''

Is Ukraine On The Cusp Of A Real Uprising?

It’s been discussed since the civil war first began last spring, but Ukraine might finally be on the verge of a legitimate people’s uprising against the government. The Color Revolutions in 2004 and 2014 were organized from abroad (despite the misleading mass media representation that they were popular movements) and aimed to achieve concrete geopolitical objectives on behalf of the West, thereby discrediting them as real grassroots actions and exposing their ulterior nature. Although Ukraine has thus far not experienced a single genuine (as in organized by Ukrainians and for Ukrainians) revolution to date, it doesn’t mean that one couldn’t be forthcoming, as all the proper ‘ingredients’ are currently in effect. Three recent developments indicate that the country is a lot closer to a real revolution than most observers might believe, and if the people take the initiative in seizing the opportunity in front of them, they might have a chance at reversing some of the regime’s most disastrous policies before it’s ultimately too late.

Minsk-2 is over before it began: 17 volunteer battalions refuse to obey Kiev

February 12, 2015
Translated by Kristina Rus
RIGA, 12 Feb - RIA Novosti

Defense Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic Vladimir Kononov said that 17 territorial battalions involved in the fighting in the South-East of Ukraine pulled out of control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and went under the control of the Right Sector.

"I have data that 17 territorial battalions withdrew from subordination to UAF and came under the jurisdiction of Yarosh. This is the "Right Sector". "Right Sector" never fulfilled any agreements and in fact they constantly provoked further clashes," - said Kononov on Thursday on Latvian TV show "Tonight" on channel LTV7.

"Right Sector" - is a Ukrainian union of radical nationalist organizations. In January and February 2014 the militants of the movement were engaged in clashes with the police and the seizure of administrative buildings, and since April - in the suppression of protests in the East of Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly called on Kiev to disarm illegal armed groups, including the militants of the "Right Sector".

On Thursday in Minsk ended peace talks in "Normandy format" with the participation of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany. Following the talks, it became known that an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in some districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine should start from 00: 00 (Kiev time) on 15 February 2015.

The withdrawal of heavy weapons must begin no later than the second day after the ceasefire and be completed within 14 days specified in the Minsk document. The security zone for the heavy artillery in Donbass should be from 50 to 140 kilometers.

Coincidentally, Kolomoisky also controls 17 battalions

Kristina Rus:

The Minsk-2 agreement was the end of Poroshenko, and the end has begun. Crimea and Donbass uprisings were a defensive response to the threat of armed ultra-nationalists, which originally formed the Right Sector, and later - the various volunteer battalions. The Russian South-East is fighting not against the Ukrainian people, but against the raging ultra-nationalists, for whom the latest agreement was a shameful capitulation, and they had just declared they are not obliged to follow it. For them Poroshenko is a traitor, Russian-Ukrainians are subhumans, who should be annihilated and/or chased from the Ukrainian lands.

The union of ultra-nationalists and liberals which made Maidan of 2014 a success as opposed to the Maidan of 2004 stands upon the ultra-nationalist ideology, which is incompatible with any attempt to reconcile the divided Ukraine. The conflict between the East and the West is woven into the fabric of today's Ukraine, pumped with nationalist propaganda. The only chance for peace is a military victory of one of the parties. Or else, the Kiev regime needs to cleanse itself of the brown plague, of which it was born. This is what Minsk-2 attempted to achieve.

If indeed these are the battalions controlled by Kolomoisky, then he is keeping his bet on the neo-nazis, who would help him get rid of Poroshenko and increase his clout. In a way he is out of options as they are his only fighting force. Where this all will lead is looking more and murkier by day.

The question is how will Europe and USA try to save face by enabling the "pro-US" neo-nazi forces who just wiped their bottoms with the latest agreement? Will they still be able to turn the tables and blame the "separatists" for everything?

As for whether this was a success for Putin: the ultimate measure of victory in Ukraine is denazification and building of a state friendly to neighboring Russia. In order to do it, Ukraine needs to surgically remove the cancer that is eating at it from inside. That means entering the stage of open confrontation within itself.

Poroshenko throws 800 people and thee battalion groups into battle to deblock the Debaltsevo cauldron and save himself

February 12, 2015

Translated by Kristina Rus

Kristina Rus: Now it becomes clear what Poroshenko was talking about on the phone in those early morning hours from Minsk. He was preparing a last ditch massive surprise attack to deblock the Debaltsevo cauldron, which he maintains "does not exist". He had hoped that by the end of the day he will be able to pull off a victory and say, look - I was right, there is no cauldron! But all those Ukrainian lives were lost in vain...

My friends, in short, the situation is this: from the early morning until almost 17 o'clock there was intense fighting for Logvinovo. Ukry threw all of their reserves for a breakthrough - no less than
three battalion tactical groups numbering up to eight hundred people, with the support of not less than forty tanks. According to the militia, fresh, well-armed and well-trained battalions went in the battle.

Despite the fact that they had to advance practically in the open, in full view of the heights held by the militia, under crossfire, they rushed forward with exceptional persistence, ignoring the losses, skillfully using terrain folds and maintaining tactical order.

According to intelligence, these were shock battalions, which the Ukrainian command was saving for a decisive offensive. These battalions have completed a full course of study under the guidance of American and Polish instructors on Yavorovsky base and were recently covertly relocated to the area of the ATO.

But despite the surprise attack, and its strength, the Ukrainian storm-troopers failed to break through the defense of the militia. Having suffered huge losses at the stage of advance and deployment, the attackers failed to break into Logvinovo and the attack chocked on the approaches to the village. The last two tanks were burned just a few hundred meters from the positions of the militia.

But the defenders of the village also suffered heavy casualties from enemy artillery fire. The second attack was repulsed by militia counter tank attack, whose tanks, moving to the village, immediately joined the battle with the advancing enemy.

Advancing across open countryside, Ukrainian infantry suffered heavy losses and was forced to retreat, then the fight turned into an artillery duel. Simultaneously with the attack on Logvinovo, the Ukrainian divisions tried to attack the positions of the militia in the area of Donetsk airport under Chernukhino, Redkodub, and the key heights.

It is obvious that the high command of the armed forces of Ukraine received the strictest orders for the two days remaining until the ceasefire at all costs to turn the tide and to achieve significant tactical victories, recording a victorious termination of another stage of the armed conflict.

In this case, the deblocking of surrounded at Debaltsevo UAF formation is a matter of honor for the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who announced to the whole world that there is NO CAULDRON. Therefore, it is clear that, in the remaining two days, the Ukrainian command will, disregarding any losses, throw all its available forces for a breakthrough, to prove that Poroshenko is right, which will become a kind of "Verdun" for this campaign by level of severity and one-time losses, and for the Ukrainian command - a test for the future stay in office.

Simultaneously with information about deblocking advance near Debaltsevo information appeared on a number of Ukrainian forums,
and was removed by administrators, about a "black night", which the Ukrainian command wants to throw as a final good bye for the rebellious population of Donbass.

According to this information, in the last hours of the war the Ukrainian artillery should cause the most massive for this entire campaign strike on cities and towns of Donetsk and Lugansk Republics. As mentioned on one of the forums: "Leaving, loudly slamming the door, so that this bang will be remembered in each separatist family, in each of their homes!"

This cynical campaign of the Ukrainian Nazis could claim hundreds of lives...

Kristina Rus: Meanwhile all those deaths were not necessary, because the offer for safe passage through green corridors has already been on the table, and was again reiterated at Minsk, but saving the lives of Ukrainian soldiers is not "victory" for Poroshenko ...

Russian fifth column panics over Putin's triumph on the Minsk agreement

Hollande and Merkel's betrayal! "Minsk conspiracy" in the eyes of the enemy

It is interesting to see the commentary on the Minsk agreement by our enemies. Today appeared an article of staunch Russophobes Illarionov and Piontkovsky, the general point of which is "Hollande and Merkel's betrayal", "everything is lost, the client is leaving, the cast is removed" [as in a popular Russian comedy "The Diamond Arm"], and so on. Take a look:

A. Illarionov, A. Piontkovsky. Minsk protocols

  • Their only positive result is possible ceasefire.
  • As for the rest Putin got almost everything he wanted.
  • Meanwhile he did not take on any commitments.
  • All commitments were assumed by Ukraine.
  • Moreover, these Ukrainian commitments are now supported by by the commitments of Germany and France.

The only significant positive result of the adopted document is the agreement on a ceasefire and separation of the warring parties. This gives a chance to end the bloodshed, the deaths of Russians and Ukrainians, civilians, volunteers, military personnel. However, the date of the armistice - February 15 - is alarming. Do not rule out that the remaining three days available to Putin can be used for provocations, including in the area of Debaltsevo. For example, same as the events during the exit of the Ukrainian military from the encirclement under Ilovaisk, through corridors proposed in August.

The main content of the adopted documents.

- Increasing since Brisbane G20 Summit, international isolation of the Kremlin regime is broken.

- Putin has again become equal participant in international meetings and now together with the leaders of democratic States can sign joint documents.

- Russia is not considered a party to the conflict.

- Russian aggression against Ukraine is not recognized.

- The presence of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine is not condemned.

- Demand for the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine is missing.

- Possible supplies of defensive weapons to Ukraine are disrupted.

- Occupied Crimea is not mentioned in the adopted documents.

- Possible imposition of new economic sanctions against the aggressor is cancelled.

- Demands for the investigation of terrorist acts (MH-17, Volnovakha, Mariupol, other) and punishment of terrorists is missing.

- Terrorists and bandits are guaranteed pardon and amnesty.

- There are no guarantees of conducting on the occupied territories of free elections in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation.

- Ukraine is obliged by the end of 2015 to implement constitutional reform with actual guarantees of preservation of terrorist regime of Lugandoniya [Russophobic term for LPR, DPR].

- Ukraine is obliged to reform the Constitution and to discuss issues of local elections with the current members of the terrorist regime of Lugandoniya.

- Ukraine is obliged to guarantee the powers of local council deputies and officers elected in early elections, these powers cannot be dismissed prematurely.

- Ukraine is obliged to recognize the vertical of power of Lugandoniya - "prosecutors and judges, people's militia units", being created by the terrorist regime of Lugandoniya.

- Control of internationally recognized Ukrainian-Russian border at present is not transferred to the Ukrainian side. Its transfer is postponed "to the end of 2015, subject to fulfillment of point 11, in consultation and in coordination with the representatives of different districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the framework of the Tripartite Contact group", provided local elections and the constitutional reform in entire Ukraine. That is - either never or after the recognition of the political regime of Lugandoniya and the change of the constitutional system of Ukraine.

- Release of Savchenko and other prisoners/hostages, located on the territory of Russia, is not provided.

- Continued penetration into the territory of Ukraine of Russian humanitarian convoys guaranteed.

- Commitments for funding pensions and other payments to Lugandoniya is the responsibility of Ukraine and partly Western countries.

- Anti-Ukrainian Law of Ukraine "On the temporary procedure for local government in some areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions" is reanimated.

- Established commitments of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to define "areas subject to a special status" (i.e. the territory of Lugandoniya).

- Ukraine guarantees the exclusion of Lugandoniya from the national implementation of foreign economic relations.

- Ukraine and the West guarantee the start of negotiations between the EU, Ukraine and Russia on the practical issues of implementation of signed by Ukraine Agreement on free trade zone with the European Union (i.e. actually passing the key to the process of European integration of Ukraine to Putin).

Again, the main thing:

- Russia has not taken any commitments.

Second most important:

- Ukraine has taken on a huge number of commitments, primarily for the recognition of the terrorist regime of Lugandoniya.

Third thing:

- All obligations of Ukraine are now guaranteed by obligations of the leaders of Germany and France.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P.S. As for my humble opinion, I do not really understand what the big deal is about. These documents were signed, let me remind you, with representatives of Ukraine - a failed state whose leaders are known for having never completed a single contract in their life. This is approximately the same as to sign a contract with Mavrodi stating you are a partner just for fun. Europeans, who were present there, previously had deceived Yanukovych, and their predecessors simply killed Qaddafi, to not have to pay back the debt. That is, their word is not worth much more then Poroshenko, Fox or Sonka the Golden hand. Putin and Zakharchenko with Plotnitsky, and any old grandma on a bench are well aware of this. Well, this is hilarious.

I believe that Putin hung around there for so long to once again try to improve relations with Hollande and Merkel on the eve of another round of war with the United States. People sat around, had long conversations, common hard work brings people closer. Putin can easily demonstrate his charm, especially against such a pig, as Poroshenko, and if there is a chance to somewhat increase the rift between the United States and Europe, then who cares about a sleepless night? Well, I think, that's how he thought about it. And to go to war against someone you like is more complicated than against those you hate - the fighting spirit is diminished.

The duration of ceasefire (if it ever starts) will be determined by the general situation on the fronts and the readiness of the parties to continue fighting. We are talking not only about the Ukrainian front, but also the degree of readiness of our missile defense, for example, to repel missile attacks or readiness of the Navy to confront American forces; about the readiness of the financial system for another round of war; by the situation in other regions of global confrontation - Syria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Latin America and so on. That is, there are many nuances, which we do not know about, because  we are staring only at one point on the map, and the Commander In Chief sees the entire map. And he is addressing the issues, which don't even exist for us yet, because they are not yet released into the media space.

Regarding the remains of Ukraine, the time of their final burial will probably come when the Nazis will overthrow Poroshenko. Then it will be immediately announced, that Nazi criminals came to power, instituted terror, there are nuclear power plants, it is extremely dangerous, we cannot quietly watch this, and so on - after that the failed state, foolishly created by grandpa Lenin, will cease to exist and its territory will be divided between Russia and Poland. Perhaps Romania and Hungary will also be thrown a small piece or an independent Transcarpathian Republic will be recognized. And, as they say - no body, no case. Everyone is happy, everyone is gone. This is my channeling.

Of course, such a partition will happen if it will not be preceded by direct military confrontation between Russia and NATO. In this case, we, in the end, will take everything, and even Poland to top it off, and Putin will have to form a new, post-war world order and the new boundaries considering there is no need to share with anyone. But this option has its negative - there will be a lot of blood, millions of people can be killed, including each of us. So I'd rather peacefully divide this territory, quickly grab the Baltics and forget about all the contradictions.
