 A few basic comments on the Navalnyi PSYOP

Dear friends,

Today I will begin by referring you to a post by my friend Andrei Martyanov about this Navalnyi nonsense which Andrei aptly named “I Wouldn’t Even Post About It“.  Heck, that was also what I decided since, frankly, the entire western narrative about him is so false, so totally out of touch with reality, that my first inclination was to “flush my mental toilet” and deal with most pressing issues.  I have very little to add to what Andrei wrote, other than restating a few basic facts:

• If “Putin”, or the Kremlin, or the FSB or any other entity in Russia wanted to kill Navalnyi, they could have easily done it.
• The notion that Navalnyi was infected with a biowarfare agent and that nobody except him was affected, including the people right next to him in an aircraft, is simply laughable.  As is the notion that a Soviet/Russian biowarfare agent apparently very rarely kills.
• Navalnyi himself is a petty crook who skipped bail.  What just happened is that since he skipped bail he now will have to spend the remaining of his sentence (minus the time he spent in house arrest) behind bars.  In other words, he was not sentenced to anything.  In fact, during his hearing, Navalnyi told the court “I don’t give a hoot about your rules“.
• Notice that the Kremlin chose to ignore Navalnyi skipping bail and even let him fly abroad for treatment.  What would have happened in the good old US of A?  You tell me :-)
• His support in Russia is close to zero.  A few thousand people in various cities for a country which has 145 million people is sub-pathetic for a person trying to impersonate a public figure (rock stars get bigger crowds).
• The EU is, as always, trying really hard to please their AngloZionist masters.  The sole fact that the EU is even considering cancelling a crucial multi-billion dollar energy contract which is vital for its future tells you all you need to know about how mediocre and lacking any agency the EU as become.
• My personal opinion about all this: it is a poorly designed and poorly executed PYSOP.  As for Navalnyi himself, he strikes me as the ultimate fake (he used to try to impersonate a nationalist) and a typical narcissistic crook.  The fact that the Empire had to use him as a Russian version of Neda really shows how desperate the AngloZionists are.

Okay, enough about all that.

To repeat, just like Martyanov, from now on I also will ignore this topic which is, yet again, something which is presented as something important and big in Zone A, but is a non-story is Zone B.  Frankly, my blog is not aimed at those mentally stuck in Zone A, so why bother anyway?

If you absolutely feel compelled to comment about Navalnyi, please do that under this post and do not pollute the rest of the blog with this non-issue about a non-entity.  Thank you!

Moscow intends to hold a ‘serious conversation’ with Washington about the stars and stripes allegations of unauthorized actions in Russia.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova spoke about this at a briefing.

The American authorities, according to their words, will not be able to “divert public views, public opinion from their own problems” with their unbridled attacks on the Russian Federation: “We mean to keep this topic in sight and have a serious conversation with Washington. I assure you, the news won’t keep you waiting.”

“I would like to appeal to Washington. I predict: their protest will not dissipate by itself. Discontent will not work under the carpet. the authorities and the media obedient to them declare, a direct quote: ‘domestic terrorists.’ Doubts about the objectivity of the US law enforcement agencies are also raised by the fact that they are essentially acting in accordance with the political order and guidelines of the current administration, which declared the events of January 6 as a mutiny, and all who were near the congress that day are almost depicted as mauraders. However, most of them are ordinary US citizens who are worried about the situation in their own country. And you know how many there are? 74 million voters. They voted for their president, as they believed necessary, they defended their beliefs,” – Zakharova emphasized.

“The United States has already announced so much lately that I want to remind them of what is happening in their country … An endless, unceasing increase in the degree of violence. This is what our partners need to pay attention to, the situation in their own countries, and not try to help rock the situation in our country,” she added.

An official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that human rights with the United States “are constantly and very hypocritically taken care of in relation to other countries, but they do not hesitate to ignore them at home.”

Zakharova is sure the United States will continue at attempts to interfere in the affairs of Russia. “But if the United States of America chooses the tactics of constant intervention in our internal affairs, which we are talking about and bringing facts, and these facts are not hard to find, they are on the surface, – we will be interested to see how they end up doing.”

“It is of serious concern of the ongoing campaign in the United States of persecution of the participants in the so-called storming of the Capitol on January 6 and, in general, all those who disagree with the results of the last presidential elections, which the authorities and the media obedient to them, have declared ‘domestic terrorists.’

According to available informaiton, the FBI has opened over 400 criminal cases, requested more than 500 permits in the courts to search and summon suspects, and also brought charges and has already arrested about 200 people. Severe pressure is carried out, including the treatment of relatives, acquaintances, coercion to give the necessary testimony. Moreover, people who have not even been formally charged are fired from their jobs, expelled from social networks, blocked or harassed.”

TEHRAN (FNA)- Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force Brigadier General Esmayeel Qa’ani denied Iran's involvement in the fire and blast on the US warship in San Diego, but meantime warned that Washington and Tel Aviv should wait for hard days ahead.

“This incident is an answer to your crimes, which has come about at the hands of your own elements,” General Qa’ani said, addressing a meeting of senior resistance commanders on Tuesday.

“God uses your own hands to punish you,” he added.

What is unfolding in the US today, specially the warship incident “is the (direct) result of the US administration’s (own) action, behavior, and atrocities,” General Qa’ani noted.

“They have been afflicted with divine wrath and retribution because they tried to skew the divine word and resorted to oppression,” he added.

General Qa’ani addressed the US and Israel, saying, “You are still experiencing your halcyon days. You have very tough days and occurrences ahead of you.”

He noted that the US military has turned into a “tired and decrepit” force, and its equipment has degraded into “scrap iron”.

Washington has to accept its dire conditions and stop oppressing the humanity and its own people, the Iranian General said.

He urged the Americans “not to waste their time looking for a culprit or leveling accusations against others” over what happened to the navy ship off San Diego.

“This is a fire they (Americans) have lit themselves,” General Qa’ani underlined, implying that the incident has been the result of the White House wrongdoings.

Fire broke out at Bonhomme Richard, an amphibious assault ship and light aircraft carrier, as it was anchored at the US Naval base in San Diego on Sunday.

The blaze was accompanied by at least one large explosion. The US Navy said the ship had been docked for scheduled maintenance between deployments.

Amid indications that the ship could continue burning for days, hundreds of American firefighters have been busy battling the blaze for two consecutive days. A large number of American sailors and civilians have been injured.

WASHINGTON – The Navy's USS Bonhomme Richard burned for the third day Tuesday at its pier in San Diego as the Navy reported progress in containing the blaze.

The amphibious assault ship, essentially a small aircraft carrier, has been heavily damaged by the fire that broke out Sunday far below its flight deck. Fire crews could extinguish the blaze in the next 24 hours, Rear Adm. Philip Sobeck told reporters at a briefing.

"Significant progress has been made," Sobeck said.

Smoke continued to pour from the 844-foot vessel as helicopters and tug boats dumped water on its decks and hull to cool the ship. Temperatures from the fire, fed by building materials, reached 1,000 degrees and have damaged the Bonhomme Richard's superstructure.

Sobeck described the ship's condition as stable and said its million-gallon fuel tanks are no longer threatened by heat or flames.

The two fires that burned Tuesday were at the front and rear of ship. The cause of the fire is unknown, although it appears to have started in a vast cargo area that is used to transport landing craft and equipment used by Marines when they assault a shore.

The ship had been in San Diego for maintenance, and duct work and other material to service it had hindered firefighting, Sobeck said.

Extreme heat and smoke have injured 61 firefighters, 38 of them from the Navy, Sobeck said. The injuries have been minor and nobody remains hospitalized.

A damage assessment will have to wait until the fire is put out, Sobeck said.

The Bonhomme Richard, which was commissioned in 1998, would cost about $4 billion to replace if it cannot be repaired, said Todd Harrison, an expert on military budgets at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

A congressional advisory board has warned that Beijing has developed at least three weapons capable of attacking the US electrical grid and intends on using them in a first-strike scenario, calling China’s “No First Use” policy “a bodyguard of lies and disinformation.”

According to a June 10 report by the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security, China has developed three kinds of specialized nuclear weapons capable of delivering a massive electromagnetic pulse (EMP) that would knock out US electrical systems as a prelude to a full-scale attack.

“China’s alleged nuclear ‘No First Use’ doctrine, like the USSR’s during the Cold War, is almost certainly disinformation,” Peter Pry, the task force’s executive director, writes in the report.

Pry argues that considering China’s defensive capabilities and methods of detection, a “No First Use” policy “does not withstand the test of common sense.”

For example, China doesn’t have the same kind of ballistic missile early-warning systems and satellites detection systems as the US that could alert it to such an inbound attack, and its small nuclear arsenal - estimated at 320 nuclear warheads this past January by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) - would suffer a large percentage of losses in such a first strike, whether it comes from the US, Russia or even India.

In order to deliver such an attack, China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has at least three methods, according to the report. One is a “Super EMP,” or a nuclear warhead designed to maximize the electromagnetic shockwave, rather than its raw destructive power. Such a weapon could be detonated high in the atmosphere - the US knows because it tested just such a weapon in the 1962 “Starfish Prime” test - and disable electronics devices for a large radius around it, from computers to power grids to aircraft in flight.

A second delivery method mentioned in the report is a hypersonic weapon, either a glide vehicle or cruise missile capable of traveling so fast that enemy air defenses cannot intercept it. China is believed to have created at least two hypersonic weapons.

The third kind of weapon is more theoretical, and Pry presents it as a logical possibility that China is technically capable of doing: mounting EMP nuclear weapons on satellites in orbit.

“The US should be very concerned about a scenario where China uses nuclear space weapons, perhaps ICBMs [intercontinental ballistic missiles] and IRBMs [intermediate-range ballistic missiles] with specialized warheads, to quickly sweep the skies of US satellites, even at the risk of losing PRC [People’s Republic of China] satellites, which could then be replaced with a surge of satellites launched by China to capture the ‘high frontier’ and cripple US military capabilities,” Pry said.

According to the report, Chinese hackers have stolen the technologies for all these weapons from the United States. 

The Trump administration has based arguments underpinning the creation of the US Space Force (USSF) on a response to moves by other nations, which have ostensibly already militarized space.

USSF Vice Commander Lt. Gen. David Thompson told the Mitchell Institute Space Power Forum last month, “It was not our choice to make space a warfighting domain. Our adversaries have made it very clear that they intend to limit or remove our use of space in crisis and conflict, and just as in every other domain, we will not allow that to happen, we can’t allow that to happen in space.”

It’s not clear how either Russia or China have done that, as even Pry’s argument is theoretical, but what is clear is that the US has long explored how to do so. As Sputnik has reported, the potential use of offensive satellite-based weapons goes back decades, to the testing of a particle beam in 1989, the testing of an anti-satellite missile in 2008 and even “Project Thor,” a kinetic energy concept weapon that would have dropped tungsten rods from satellites onto unsuspecting targets below, delivering the force of a nuclear strike without the radiation or the possibility of being intercepted.

Interestingly, Pry misses the obvious points that these horrible weapons would not exist if the US had not created them, and that the US was clearly just as much of a threat when it developed such technologies as he alleges China to be now that it’s stolen them. Moreover, Pry twists China’s obvious steps to avoid a nuclear arms race by keeping a small nuclear stockpile into proof that China somehow intends to use it. 

The only conclusion is that Pry believes that US possession of 5,000 nuclear weapons somehow makes it less likely they will be used. But if anything, that just feeds the argument made by Chinese nationalists that Beijing should dramatically expand its nuclear stockpile - something Pry would undoubtedly twist into yet additional proof of China’s aggressive intent.

Communist China, which has now achieved complete control of Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other tech giants, is planning on launching an “EMP Pearl Harbor” attack on America that would kill an estimated 90% of the U.S. population, warns a truly alarming new report from the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security.

The report, shown below, is authored by Dr. Peter Vincent Pry and warns that China now possesses three key technologies — mostly derived from stolen intellectual property — that are being prepared to launch a first strike attack against the United States of America.

Those technologies are:

1) EMP warheads mounted on missiles which can be launched against naval ships as well as U.S. cities or battlefield targets. These weapons destroy all modern electronics, disabling the U.S. power grid and sending cities back to the 19th century. They can also disable naval vessels. 2) Hypersonic missiles that travel at multiples of the speed of sound, bypassing modern anti-missile defenses, allowing China to achieve precision kinetic strikes on targets deep inside the U.S. mainland (such as military installations or even the White House).

3) EMP satellite weapons, which are satellites armed with nuclear weapons that are fine-tuned to unleash EMP explosions in orbit, intended to wipe out U.S. satellites that are key for military communications.

Information superiority has already become central and crucial to achieving victory in warfare…If the communications equipment used for the transmission of battlefield information were attacked and damaged by an opponent’s EMP weapons, then the one attacked would face the danger of disruption in battlefield information transmission. EMP severely restricts the tactical performance and battlefield survivability of informatized equipment.

These weapon systems follow in the footsteps of the Wuhan coronavirus bioweapon which was funded in part by Obama’s NIH, allowing China to build a deadly biological weapon that was released onto the world in late 2019, devastating world economies. Now, China is looking to follow up its bioweapons release with an EMP attack.

China intends to launch a surprise attack on America

As the report states, many U.S. military leaders are well aware that China is not merely taking a defensive stance but intends to launch these weapons as a “Pearl Harbor” first strike offensive weapon. From the report:

Chief of U.S. Strategic Command, Admiral Charles Richard, testified to the Senate Armed Services Committee in February 2020 that he could “drive a truck through China’s no first use policy.”

China’s unprecedented rapid expansion of its nuclear and missile capabilities is not consistent with a belief in “Minimum Deterrence” and “No First Use” but looks imitative of Russia’s policy seeking escalation dominance for nuclear diplomacy and nuclear war fighting. Lt. General Robert Ashley, Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, warned in 2019: “China is likely to at least double the size of its nuclear stockpile in the course of implementing the most rapid expansion and diversification of its nuclear arsenal in China’s history… China launched more ballistic missiles for testing and training than the rest of the world combined.”

The EMP weapons that China is perfecting would destroy the power grid, collapsing the United States of America into mass starvation, chaos and economic collapse. Although this seems to be exactly what Democrats want for America, it’s obviously a very dangerous scenario. This achieves China’s goal of eliminating the American people without destroying the natural resources and farmland through the use of nuclear weapons, which contaminate soils for three centuries with radioisotopes.

As Pry explains in the report, “a highly computerized open society like the United States is extremely vulnerable to electronic attacks from all sides. This is because the U.S. economy, from banks to telephone systems and from power plants to iron and steel works, relies entirely on computer network.”

Once the American people begin to die off in large numbers, China will stage a military invasion to occupy America and kill any remaining resistance. At that point, China will claim America for itself and begin a mass migration effort to colonize America with communist Chinese.

One day after the Chinese press roundly mockedTrump's unsolicited tariff delay as proof the US was losing the trade war with China, with the Global Times saying that "Chinese experts said the sudden postponing of impending tariffs showed that the maximum pressure tactics of the US are losing their bite when it comes to China", a suddenly emboldened Beijing - perhaps sensing that it is indeed dealing with a weaker opponent - called planned U.S. tariffs on an additional $300 billion in Chinese goods a violation of accords reached by Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping, and warned it would take all necessary measures to impose new tariffs on its own.

Echoing what Global Times editor in chief Hu Xijin said overnight, a short Thursday statement from the State Council Tariff Committee said the new 10% tariffs have taken the U.S. and China off the track of resolving their dispute through negotiation, and noted that China "has no choice but to take necessary measures to retaliate," without specifying what the nation would do. The committee has overseen tit-for-tat retaliatory tariffs on American products.

The statement indicates that it won’t take long for China to reveal its own retaliatory tariffs, according to Tu Xinquan, dean of the China Institute for WTO Studies at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. The response is about expressing China’s stance even though policy makers know the impact on the U.S. economy will be limited, he told Bloomberg.

That said, according to an analysis by twitter China watcher, Trinh Nguyen, the amount China has left under tariffs is about USD10bn (already imposed 110bn) "so not much ammunition & will need curb investment/FX deval/UST/rare earth curb. But what is far more troubling, is that contrary to Trump's implied expectation that China would respond with an olive branch of its own and according to Steven Englander, "will expect China to reciprocate by buying US agricultural products in the coming weeks", not only does China not plan on doing so but - as we warned yesterday - will send relations between the two nations into even greater turmoil with escalation of its own.

As far as I know, the Chinese side requests that both sides respect the consensus reached at Osaka summit, which is removing all additional tariffs, not delaying some. I doubt Chinese side will resume large-scale purchase of US farm products under current circumstances.

In kneejerk response to the apparent escalation, European stocks declined and U.S. equity futures pared a gain of almost 1%. The Stoxx Europe 600 index fell while the three main American equity contracts trimmed an earlier jump after China’s move.

And with the ball no longer in China's court now that Beijing has spat at Trump's coy attempt at quasi-appeasement, all eyes are back on Trump's twitter feed where the US president has two options: either offer even more concessions to China and be seen as even weaker and more desperate to get some concessions out of Beijing (unlikely), or go back to square one and/or escalate tensions even more and potentially eliminate the proposed tariff delay, sending stocks plunging (and the Fed that much closer to the coveted emergency rat.
