In this interview Spiro is joined by the author of the US Biowarfare Act Professor Francis Boyle to discuss the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, the source of the virus and the corrupt interests involved.

We here at Blacktegrity University, we don't particularly care about the future of China but we do make it a point to study geopolitics. This was from a press conference that was held by U.S Attorney Andrew Lelling (the title of the video is our own theory on what happened).

The economic war that's been going on between America and China has transmutated into a bio-warfare battleground and there's no reason not to believe that China wasn't trying to smuggle 21 vials of the antidote for the Coronavirus.  

It's anyone's guess but these recent arrests made by the U.S state department aren't fooling everyone. If anyone thinks that anything on the scale of this recent version of the coronavirus actually jumped out of a bowl of bat soup in China, then you're not really astute enough about how diseases don't just jump from species to species without a little human ingenuity involved.

In this interview, Spiro's guest is Francis Boyle, who is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois, College of Law. Professor Boyle is the man who drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, which was unanimously approved by Congress and signed into law by President George Bush. 

Professor Boyle believes, he has been blackballed by the mainstream media due to blowing the whistle on the Anthrax attacks on the U.S. in the wake of 9/11, stating he believes the Anthrax originated from American BSL-4 (Biosaftey Level 4) labs, which are the highest level of labs that conducts research and development on the most deadly substances known to man. 

Professor Boyle does not hold back, as he makes his position clear on the origins of the Coronavirus and what he believes to be an ongoing coverup of a deadly bioweapon, which has escaped the BSL-4 lab in Wuhan China. 

The interview also covers the suspicious timing of the Coronavirus outbreak, following the high-level pandemic exercise simulating a global Coronavirus outbreak,. only about 6 weeks before the actual Coronavirus outbreak occurred.

Dr. Francis Boyle discusses the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China and the Biosafety Level 4 laboratory (BSL-4) from which he believes the infectious disease escaped. He believes the virus is potentially lethal and an offensive biological warfare weapon or dual-use biowarfare weapons agent genetically modified with gain of function properties, which is why the Chinese government originally tried to cover it up and is now taking drastic measures to contain it. The Wuhan BSL-4 lab is also a specially designated World Health Organization (WHO) research lab and Dr. Boyle contends that the WHO knows full well what is occurring.
