Federal prosecutors on Thursday announced charges against John Sullivan, a self-described left-wing activist who recorded the fatal police shooting of a Trump supporter inside the U.S. Capitol last week.

Sullivan, the founder of a group called Insurgence USA, which formed in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd, is charged with illegally entering the Capitol, civil disorder, and violent or disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

Sullivan, 26, faces separate charges of rioting and criminal mischief in connection with an incident in Provo, Utah on June 30, 2020, where a person was shot and injured during a protest against police brutality.

An FBI affidavit issued against Sullivan on Thursday cites comments he made on video he recorded during the Capitol breach.

Sullivan told FBI agents as well as members of the media that he showed up at the Capitol to document the activities of Trump supporters who were protesting the results of the presidential election. But the FBI affidavit indicates Sullivan was acting more an active participant in the riots than as a journalist.

“There are so many people. Let’s go. This shit is ours! Fuck yeah,” he is heard saying in the video, according to an FBI affidavit from FBI Special Agent Matthew Foulger.

“We accomplished this shit. We did this together. Fuck yeah! We are all a part of this history,” he also said, adding: “Let’s burn this shit down.”

Sullivan was filming as a Capitol police officer shot Trump supporter Ashli Babbit as she attempted to enter a barricaded section of the Capitol. Babbit, a 14-year Air Force veteran later died. (RELATED: Feds Charge Man Who Beat Cop With Flag Pole At Capitol)

In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper hours after the fatal shooting, Sullivan acknowledged he was not a Trump supporter, but denied instigating the rioters who stormed the Capitol.

“I don’t want to see people get hurt unnecessarily,” he told Cooper.

I woke up in the middle of the night from an absolute heartbreak over what we saw last night in downtown. Portland is officially dead. 

Everything is out of business. Only five months ago the vibrant, exciting city with people walking all over, sitting in outdoor cafes on the sidewalk, now stares at you with dark empty windows and storefronts- for lease, for lease , for lease... restaurants are gone, doughnut shops are gone, stores, dry cleaners, offices, hotels are empty, stadium is silent, hardly any cars and passers by. 

Life has been sucked out of the body of this beautiful quaint urban city partly because of the virus, partly because of the never ending riots, partly because the local government doesn’t care and doesn’t want to help. 

It will take a decade for Portland to be reborn. But for right now it’s dead. 

And I mourn.

Violent rioters ripped down plywood and smashed through the door of the Portland Police Association late Saturday night… and lit the building on fire.

Just before 11 p.m., the Portland Police tweeted that “people have broken into the Portland Police Association office and lit the building on fire.”

A journalist named Tuck Woodstock reported that they were “hearing some kind of shots.”

Earlier in the evening, the black-clad militants were marching through the streets chanting “every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground.” A stark contrast to the claims by liberals that these mobs simply want “police reform.”

Earlier this week, the president of the PPA Daryl Turner met with Department of Homeland Security Acting Secretary Chad Wolf, which sparked outrage from the city’s leftist activists — both the ones holding political offices and the ones physically destroying the streets. Mayor Ted Wheeler refused to meet with Wolf, but it is unclear if he was even invited.

“The basic idea was to go and listen to see if there were any ideas in there that were helpful for us,” Turner told the Portland Mercury.

On Friday evening, a riot organizer declared that their mission is the “abolition of the United States as we know it” and referred to our nation as “stolen land.”

Following her speech, rioters attempted to barricade federal officers inside the Portland Federal Courthouse and Justice Center while launching explosives at the building. They also allegedly tied a man to a fence and beat him and held a street preacher at gun point before brutalizing him and physically removing him from their protest, according to a witness at the scene who spoke to livestreamers.

Saturday marked the 51st night of violent riots in the city.

The city is opposed to the nonprofit Don’t Shoot Portland’s motion for a preliminary injunction, which would further bar officers’ use of tear gas and less-lethal rounds as crowd control measures.

We have breaking news from sources in Seattle who tell us that Black Lives Matter terrorists have upgraded their Rules of Engagement (ROE) to actively shooting people in vehicles, and as a result of this new ROE, at least two shootings have now taken place over the last two days.

In Utah earlier today, a Black Lives Matter protester pulled a gun and opened fire on a 60-year-old man who was slowly driving a white SUV through a public intersection. The gunfire, clearly caught on video (and audio), managed to injure the driver but not kill him.

The shooter, dressed in typical Black Lives Matter garb and wearing a black-and-green shemagh, is caught in this screen grab from the video:

What many in the media are not reporting is that a second possible Black Lives Matter gunman was also captured in another still frame. This individual is wearing a short-sleeve shirt, a black backpack, and blue jeans. He appears to be aiming a pistol at the same vehicle as it speeds away:

CHAZ “security” goons open fire on a vehicle in Seattle, killing a black teen

Also on Monday, CHAZ / CHOP security goons — armed Black Lives Matter terrorists — opened fire on a vehicle, killing a black teen inside and injuring another. “A 16-year-old was fatally shot in Seattle’s CHOP early Monday morning, while a 14-year-old remains in critical condition at the Harborview Medical Center,” reports Breitbart.com:

According to callers, “several unidentified people had fired shots into the Jeep.” Marty Jackson, a volunteer medic in CHOP, said he heard the gunshots and saw a white SUV driving speedily. That was followed by additional gunshots. He arrived on the scene and witnessed others attempting to tend to the victims, one of whom was shot in the head. He said he recognized the victims, as they had appeared in the area before. “He also said the CHOP’s security are the ones who fired on the SUV after it crashed into a concrete barrier,” KUOW reported.

One of the volunteer medics provided additional details:

And so when I arrived up there, I see the guy that got shot in the head and I started doing, you know, medical work on him. The guy that I’m working on got shot in the face twice — once in temple, once in the jaw. Probably four or five times in the arm and then once on the side.”

Remember, the left-wing media continues to describe Black Lives Matter as “peaceful” protesters, even as they are shooting up vehicles in actions that have turned BLM-occupied areas of America into “active war zones,” according to eyewitnesses.

The Rules of Engagement have been escalated to kinetic engagement of vehicles

Why have multiple Black Lives Matter gunmen engaged vehicles on the same day, in two different cities? Sources tell Natural News that the Rules of Engagement (RoE) have been escalated among Black Lives Matter terrorists, and they are now instructed to open fire on “suspicious” vehicles in an effort to spark a civil war.

This is happening, we are told, because Black Lives Matter has experienced zero resistance or push back against its marxist agenda to overthrow the nation, so they believe they can succeed in a kinetic war to eliminate their political enemies. Because of this overconfidence, they are now actively upgrading the RoE for their front line militant troops, who have been heavily armed due to nearly $500 million in donations from virtue signaling corporations across America that are throwing money at Black Lives Matter, effectively funding an illegal insurrection and domestic terrorism on U.S. soil.

Corporations that openly support Black Lives Matter terrorists include Google, Facebook, Netflix, McDonalds and all the usual suspects, all of which are now actively supporting violent terrorists who shoot innocent Americans. Here’s a list of 269 corporations that actively support Black Lives Matter terrorists in America. This list includes Amazon, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Citigroup, Disney, Fedex, General Motors, Home Depot, Lyft, Merck, Target, Verizon, Mozilla and many more.

Note that even when Black Lives Matter protesters are now actively shooting innocent people, there isn’t a single one of these corporations that has denounced BLM terrorism. They apparently endorse gun violence now, as long as the gun violence is carried out by Black Lives Matter terrorists.

Black Lives Matter terrorists are even operating with the full cooperation of Democrat-run cities, which have granted BLM terrorists blanket immunity to carry out any violent crimes they wish, with police ordered to stand down no matter how violent the crime.

With Black Lives Matter now being ordered to escalate kinetic engagements with innocent Americans, the next phase of this will see BLM terrorists gunning down people like the McCloskeys. And CNN will report that gunfire from BLM is “peaceful” gunfire, of course.

And you are racist to not want to be shot.

Suddenly, the entire mainstream media and corporate icons of America are all pro-gun, pro-terrorism and pro-violence against (White) women. Interesting how quickly they flipped the script on America, isn’t it?

Now, if you don’t agree with Black Lives Matter terrorists raping, pillaging, looting, burning and murdering, you are espousing “hate” and will be fired from your job or de-platformed from Facebook and Twitter. Don’t you get it? You must love the Black LIES and the terror. You are required to signal that you openly welcome being Burned, Looted and Murdered (BLM) by left-wing terrorists who are operating with an endless stream of corporate funding.

And if you’re driving a car that BLM decides to target with a new shooting, you must open your windows and scream, “I love being shot by Black Lives Matter!” or they will shoot you twice for being a racist.

Oh wait, they’re already shooting you multiple times. The black teens in Seattle were shot half a dozen times each. And they were “people of color.” Imagine how many times they shoot you if you’re White?

Lock and load, America. Check your mags and red dot sights. What Dave Hodges calls the Black Lives Matter “TET Offensive” is about to be initiated, and if you don’t own a rifle and know how to shoot terrorists in self-defense, you are going to be murdered in cold blood while CNN claims your murderers are “peaceful, oppressed people” who can do no wrong.

Joe Biden is hiding in his basement, but maybe that's because the rabid-left looters, rioters, and protesters are carrying out his presidential campaign just fine for him.

What else can be concluded but that, given that President Obama has cynically admitted that the civil unrest covering the U.S. is "tailor-made" for electing Joe Biden?

Here's a report from National Review:

Former President Barack Obama told aides this month that the nationwide protests following the death of George Floyd are "a tailor-made moment" to help his former vice president Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump in November.

According to a New York Times story based on interviews with more than 50 Obama confidants, the former president was made anxious after riots and looting rocked many American cities in the days following Floyd's death and Trump began trumpeting "law and order" in response.

"Let's not excuse violence, or rationalize it, or participate in it. If we want our criminal justice system, and American society at large, to operate on a higher ethical code, then we have to model that code ourselves," Obama wrote in a Medium post earlier this month.

But Obama's confidence has since grown as the protests have continued and Trump's polling numbers have dipped. 

So in other words, more riots, more votes for Biden.  Perhaps the idea is to beat the public down to such an extent that it feels that only a Democrat can solve it.  Perhaps he sees in the polls that the public is blaming Trump.

The New York Times reported just a couple days ago that Obama is obsessed with ousting President Trump.  That being the case, it's not unlikely that he will continue with his old Alinsky training, to oust Trump by any means necessary.

If riots will do it, Obama and his Democrats will be happy with more riots.  Even the New York Times admitted that the riots excited him:

That calculus, though, may be changing in the wake of George Floyd's killing by the police in Minneapolis. As America's first black president, now its first black ex-president, Mr. Obama sees the current social and racial awakening as an opportunity to elevate a 2020 election dictated by Mr. Trump's mud-wrestling style into something more meaningful — to channel a new, youthful movement toward a political aim, as he did in 2008.

Opportunity?  Elevate?  That sounds a lot like "tailor-made."

This ought to be a wake-up call to voters, who are the only ones who can stop this cynical, diabolical plan on property-owners.  Obama has a stake and interest in perpetrating riots and lootings, regardless of the cost to the little guy, because it advances his political aims.  That's in characters, from the words of his former chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, to "never let a crisis go to waste."

It's also amazingly cynical, given that nobody should be rooting for rioters as a means of benefiting politically.  Yet here we are, and Obama is being lionized.  It calls to mind that the Obama legacy can't be hosed out soon enough by Trump in his second term.
