More on the UNSUCCESSFUL Israeli attack on Syrian positions near Homs

What is different about this was that the Israeli attack was succesfully repulsed and that there were Russians present at the airbase.

In the meantime there seems to be an operation going on at Yarmouk Palestinian camp near Damascus which is held by ISIS.

BREAKING: Syrian air defense fires missiles at suspected Israel warplanes

Minutes ago, unknown warplanes entered Syrian airspace from Lebanon, raising the Syrian Air Defense’s alert levels, a military source says.

According to the source, the Syrian Air Defense fired several missiles at these suspected warplanes in the eastern part of Damascus.

The source added that the Syrian military believes these are Israeli warplanes, as they entered from Lebanon’s Beqa’a Valley.

8:11 PM EDT -- Syrian State TV is reporting missiles over Homs. Explosions and Anti-Air heard from people on the ground.

 Syrian State Media has confirmed strikes on al-Shayrat airbase in Homs. #Syrian military officials confirmed it was Israeli strikes.

The Syrian military announced the Israeli Air Force fired several missiles towards the Shay’rat Airbase and its surrounding area in the Homs Governorate.

According to the statement, the Syrian Air Defense managed to intercept several of the missiles, but there was no mention as to whether or not the Israelis scored any direct hits.

This attack by Israel tonight marks the second time in seven days that they have targeted the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate.

No further details have been released. 

EDITOR: I guess Trumps missile attack of Syria was not enough.; did not kill Assad or get rid of Russia, Iran, and Hezbolliites. So now Israel will start WW 3 for us as a favor so the last of the White Christian nations ( U.S. & RUSSIA) will kill each other off.

8:17 PM EDT -- BREAKING: Russian Air Force now highly active above Tartous just after attempted Syria missile attack

Reports that 5 Israeli missiles fired by warplanes over Lebanon have been shot down by Syrian Air DefenSes while targeting the Shayarat Airbase and 3 Missile shot down near Dumayr Airbase, also reports of explosions near the IRANIAN REVOLUTIONARY GUARD CORPS area in Homs T4 Airbase.

8:22 PM EDT -- Just got more info: Russians are present at the Dumayr Airport that was targeted by Israel. 

The Russian soldiers there are part of a reconciliation team that was negotiating with the rebels in the town of Dumayr.

Unconfirmed reports from local sources of an ‘Explosion’ in the Golan Heights, working to confirm now.

CONFIRMATION: 2 missiles managed to hit Dumyar AB near the ammo depots north east of Damascus where Russia has a presence.

Reports on blasts heard near Bekaa Lebanon on border with #Syria .

ISRAEL HAS PLACED GAGGING ORDER ON ALL JOURNALISTS

Yes, you read that correctly: Freedom of action in SYRIAN airspace.  These people are so unschooled.  No couth. No common sense.  They're going to start World War 3, and when Russia slaps down their planes for attacking Syria, Israel will come crying to the US claiming they've been "attacked."  What a bunch of crap.
