Indian media asks if floods in Wuhan are deliberate

This could be construed as part of the propaganda war between India and China. However, there are questions here that should be asked.

I would count it quite possible that the Chinese authorities might sacrifice lives and communities to save the Three Gorges Dam.

Has China deliberately flooded Wuhan to whitewash all evidence on the origin of the Coronavirus? Wuhan is flooded with water and conspiracies.

Here are some other views that put the emphasis on the Dam. I remember this from the 1990's. it was regarded as a disaster waiting to happen.
