Hurricane Dorian miscellany

John Bolton's timely advice

Ambassador John Bolton has some timely advice for surviving in hurricanes with wind gusts of up to 220 mph.

Go for your promenade. Even sip your coffee.

Just keep out of the surf!

People were dubious about the cyclone in the Arctic because Nullschool showed low wind speeds. Just have a look at what it says for Hurricane Dorian!

Hurricane Dorian?

What a perfect name!

In Oscar Wilde‘s play by the same name the character Dorian Grey is someone who is very different from what he portrays himself.

Whilst he APPEARS to be ageless a painting in the attic reveals him to be the distorted, evil person he is.
