At least 18 of 23 states in Venezuela have been affected by the blackout, and power is out in the capital Caracas. The metro system in Caracas was shut down and commuters had to walk home for work. The government is blaming the power outage on sabotage by opposition forces, and President Nicolas Maduro said the blackout was directed by America.
