A scathingly worded new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that within hours of General John Hyten, Commander of the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), outrageously claiming that Russia is “the only existential threat to the country right now”, and reports emerging that the United States is preparing its European allies to begin nuclear strikes on Russia—President Putin spoke to the entire nation warning that if attacked with nuclear weapons, Russia would not hesitate to respond in kind—with his further warning that he would, also, regard nuclear attacks on the nation’s allies as an attack on Russia, too—with his grimly detailing Russia’s ability to reduce America to nuclear ashes with its invincible new hypersonic nuclear armed Sarmat ICBM—and his replying to Washington ignoring Moscow’s previous warnings by stating: “You will listen to us now!”  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

President Vladimir Putin reveals his nations goals vs. w:st="on"America: “Russians have different far lofty ambitions; more of a spiritual kind. It's more about your relationship with God.”

According to this report, being kept from the American people by their propaganda mainstream media organs is the fact that Russia poses no “existential threat” to the United States whatsoever—with the greatest dangers threatening the United States being those of its own making—and as stunningly detailed last year in a Pentagon study that declared “the American empire is collapsing”—and whose analysis of warned:  

An extraordinary new Pentagon study has concluded that the U.S.-backed international order established after World War 2 is “fraying” and may even be “collapsing”, leading the w:st="on"United States to lose its position of “primacy” in world affairs.

The solution proposed to protect w:st="on"U.S. power in this new “post-primacy” environment is, however, more of the same: more surveillance, more propaganda (“strategic manipulation of perceptions”) and more military expansionism.

The document concludes that the world has entered a fundamentally new phase of transformation in which w:st="on"U.S. power is in decline, international order is unraveling, and the authority of governments everywhere is crumbling.

Having lost its past status of “pre-eminence”, the w:st="on"U.S. now inhabits a dangerous, unpredictable “post-primacy” world, whose defining feature is “resistance to authority”.

The “resistance to authority” the Pentagon speaks of, though, this report details, is in actuality a world grown weary of the United States and its European allies using their military power to force demonic liberal social change 

(homosexuality/child sex/gratuitous violence as entertainment, etc.) upon nations seeking to adhere to traditional values of home, family and religion—and whose right to destroy themselves as “social melting pot experiments” is, most certainly, their own to choose—but with every passing day is being stood up against by nations seeking to control their own lives—and which the Americans have responded to by arrogantly dividing up the entire world into military spheres they mistakenly believe they control.

With it being the fact that the American people prefer a functioning country, and not an empire, this report continues, their wishes, however, have long been ignored by both the Democratic and Republican Partyorthodoxies—but whose national gestalt—something that is made of many parts and yet is somehow more than or different from the combination of its parts—rebelled against their empire seeking rulers to elect as their leader President Donald Trump—and who, last summer, went to Poland to deliver one of the most important defenses of Western Civilization ever voiced in modern times and wherein he denoted the true crisis:

The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive. 

Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them at any cost?  Do we have enough respect for our citizens to protect our borders?  Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it?

Our citizens did not win freedom together, did not survive horrors together, did not face down evil together, only to lose our freedom to a lack of pride and confidence in our values.  We did not and we will not.  We will never back down.

To who President Trump vowed never to back down to against, this report explains, are the demonic anti-Christ globalists who control America’s shadow government “Deep State”, and their supporting mainstream propaganda media supporters, who are seeking nothing less than the total destruction of the United States—and whom about, 57 years ago, in 1961, the revered American general who saved the world from Nazi fascist tyranny, President Dwight Eisenhower, likewise, warned his nation about by his stating:

Until the latest of our world conflicts, the w:st="on"United States had no armaments industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all w:st="on"United States corporations.

This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence – economic, political, even spiritual – is felt in every city, every Statehouse, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

Failing to heed President Eisenhower’s warning, though, this report details, the American shadow government “Deep State”, over the past 50 years, has unleashed total chaos upon the entire world killing millions of innocent peoples, and destroying countless nations, in its quest for global empire—and that today now sees its staggering multi-billion military budget outstripping that of China, Russia, United Kingdom, France, Japan, Saudi Arabia and India combined—while at the same time, the United States has allowed its once majestic cities and infrastructure to decay into third-world conditions, while tens-of-millions of Americanpeople remain homeless and reduced to debt slaves forced to live in abject poverty.

At the same time the American people are forced to live in poverty in their crumbling cities and towns for the sake of their “Deep State” overlords dreams of empire, this report notes, the same cannot be said of even their most liberal shadow government leaders—such as US Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren, who champions herself as a defender of the downtrodden, but who is worth millions and lives in a $5 million mansion—US Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who always claim’s she’s poor, but who is able to afford buying a $4.3 million mansion—and, most astoundingly, US Democratic Party Congresswomanleader Nancy Pelosi whose worth is estimated at over $193 million, and that she’s been able to accumulate while making a salary of $193,000 a year.

To why the American people came to be ruled over by these “Deep State” empire builders enriching themselves through war profits, this report explains, was due to their deliberately being turned into basic idiots by their thoroughly corrupted Democratic Party controlled national education system—but whose effects were not enough to prevent Trump from being elected in a national gestalt moment by tens-of-millions of people wanting to be free—and as evidenced by top Hillary Clinton campaign official Bill Ivey who one of whose Wikileaks revealed emails stunningly said: 

And, as I've mentioned, we've all been quite content to demean government, drop civics and in general conspire to produce an unaware and compliant citizenry.  The unawareness remains strong but compliance is obviously fading rapidly.  This problem demands some serious, serious thinking -- and not just poll-driven, demographically-inspired messaging.

With new statistical evidence showing that World War III is coming soon, and another anonymous US intelligence officer warning that these “Deep State” globalists are attempting to start a massive war, and who gravely warns “the world has no idea what’s coming”, this report concludes, President Putin was left no choice but to issue his war warning—but that should it not be heeded, will, without a doubt, see Russia ending this demonic American empire lest it destroy the entire world.
