No new colour for unprecedented CO2 levels from NOAA

Carbon Dioxide for today. Note that NOAA refuses to put scales up for CO2 above 410 ppm. We should have a different color for 420 ppm and perhaps a color for 430 ppm, because we know that will be a reality after this summer
