Those who call themselves Russian opposition, perhaps for the first time, made their brainstorming public on how to democratize Russia and "save her from the Putin regime". In detail we present the main statements.

"The last hundred years, and maybe even more, Russian history regrets that the nation is sick, she suffers from some form of schizophrenia, she thinks some images, which in reality do not exist: it seems there is a great history here, which doesn't exist, some extremely good doings which don't exist," said Alfred Koch.

"We have to create exactly a State that will be viable. If this is due to the loss of territory, well... in the end, the USSR collapsed - nothing terrible has happened," said Garry Kasparov.

"We can't guarantee that the country will continue. And even if in this territory then there will be several States, the integration process will still be launched, only a bit later," - said Ilya Ponomarev.

A dismantled country, Crimea belonging to Ukraine and Maidan in Moscow, is a price that the participants consider possible to pay for a "Free Russia". But on the scene there is the worry that it's still impossible to inflame the situation in the country.

"They'll be lost as soon as things get squirrelly. The fact that the roast doesn't smell is because we don't set fire to anything," protested Yevgeny Chichvarkin.

"The Maidan revolution was successful because there were hundreds at the Maidan, and then there was the volunteer battalions. Need to learn this important lesson", - said Andrei Illarionov.

The question of election is out of consideration, it's either cancel it completely or allow only those who pass a special examination to vote.

"We need to make some kind of self-occupation. The election campaign, under the absolute control of international organizations, carrying out functions of the electoral Commission, must convey PACE, and the functions of the constitutional court to transmit to the Hague," said Koch.

"The solution - only external forces", - believes Konstantin Borovoy.

"Мы не можем гарантировать, что страна сохранится. И даже если на этой территории потом будет несколько государств, все равно интеграционный процесс будет запущен, только несколько позже", - отметил Илья Пономарев.

Распад страны, Крым - украинский, в Москве - Майдан - цена, которую, по мнению участников, вполне можно заплатить за "свободную Россию". На сцене переживают, что ситуацию в стране все никак не удается воспламенить.

"Они удерут, как только запахнет жареным. Дело в том, что жареным для них не пахнет, мы не подожгли ничего", - возмущался Евгений Чичваркин.

"Революция Майдана оказалась успешной, потому что у Майдана были сотни, а потом появились добровольческие батальоны. Нужно выучить этот важный урок", - считает Андрей Илларионов.

Вариант выборов не рассматривается, их предлагается либо вообще отменить, либо допускать к голосованию только тех, кто сдаст специальный экзамен.

"Нужно осуществить некую самооккупацию. Функции избиркома передать ПАСЕ, саму избирательную кампанию проводить под безусловным контролем международных организаций, функции Конституционного суда передать в Гаагу", - сказал Кох.

"Решение проблемы - только внешние силы", - полагает Константин Боровой.
