The EU agreed on a mission for the preparation of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies

Recently in Ukraine there are more cases of attacks "on the Right sector of the" people's deputies and officials, which the extremists, in particular, put in trash cans. Ukraine's Parliament on September 17, adopted on second and final reading the law on lustration - cleansing power. According to the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, under this law is subject to one million various officials, civil servants, law enforcement officials, including the whole Cabinet, the whole vertical of power". Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Turchynov September 25, signed the law and sent it to the President for signing. President Petro Poroshenko later said that, most likely, will sign the law, but he still has time, and he wants to consult with the public.

The lustration of power - one of the main requirements of Maidan activists in February 2014 formulated criteria for the selection of members of the "government of the people's trust". To date the legislation of Ukraine did not provide the lustration procedure. The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Vitaliy Yarema said that the law on lustration, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, is not in conformity with the Constitution of Ukraine and international regulations.

"Over 400 Corpses Found in East Ukraine Mass Grave

Ukrainian Junta and Poroshenko murdered over 400 detained People (350 of them are peaceful Civilians) in Donbass and burried them in Massgrave

Some 400 bodies, mostly of civilians, were taken to the morgues of Donetsk and other cities in eastern Ukraine now controlled by pro-Russian rebel militias after they were retrieved from mass graves, the insurgents said on Monday.

"Currently there are about 400 bodies in morgues, 350 of which are of civilians, and many are in such a state that they cannot be identified," said the deputy prime minister of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk, Andrei Purgin. 

Purgin added that "the bodies were found in different places, now under control of the separatists, but before that they were controlled by the Ukrainian forces," a Russian news agency claimed."

A ceasefire between the Kiev government and the pro-Russian rebels in Eastern Ukraine has been in place for nearly a month now.

Despite ongoing, occasional clashes between the two factions, the relative de-escalation of tensions has eased the access of OSCE observers in the war-torn Eastern regions.

Their subsequent findings are shocking beyond a doubt: mass graves in areas recently abandoned by the Ukrainian army.

RT News elaborates:

One more mass grave has been found in a village in eastern Ukraine, say self-defense forces. The site was located days after OSCE mission confirmed the discovery of three mass burial sites in areas recently abandoned by Kiev forces.

The new site of the suspected murders is near Nyzhnia Krynka village, not far from the town of Makeevka, self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Purgin told ITAR-TASS. The number of bodies and their identities have yet to be determined.

Several weeks ago, before a ceasefire was agreed, this area of Ukraine was under the control of the Ukrainian army and the National Guard’s Aidar battalion. Earlier this month, an Amnesty International report has confirmed that war crimes including abductions, executions and extortion were committed by this particular Ukrainian battalion.

Last week RT crew went to investigate the previously discovered site where four bodies have been found buried in shell craters behind a burnt-out coal mine, days after the OSCE confirmed that three mass graves, allegedly with many bodies, have been found near Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.

This has been the fourth and likely not the last of the mass graves to be discovered in the area, as the OSCE continues its investigations in the region.

On 23 September 2014, the Ukrainian Ministry of Social Policy announced official civilian slavery, via an obscure press release, headlined "The Government has extended the list of community service under martial law"; and they announced it there, in bureaucratic phrases, that seemed crafted so as to be ignored:

In connection with the situation in the east of the country, the Cabinet meeting today amended the procedures for the involvement of able-bodied people in community service under martial law. This was disclosed by Minister for Social Policy Lyudmila Denisova.

The Minister said that the existing arrangement was approved in 2011. However, today the document needs to be improved, to meet the current socio-political challenges and necessity of liquidating consequences of possible military aggression.

Lyudmila Denisova said that, in particular, the Procedure now defines the term "labor service" to mean that the people [will be] involved without mandatory consent, subject to enforcement operations, [in work that is of a] defensive nature, as well as man-made [i.e., war-related] disaster management, natural and military nature, during mobilization and wartime. [The tortured phrasing here might be due to these drafters' desire to avoid amplifying upon that phrase 'without mandatory consent,' which refers to the key new legal feature, the legal application of slavery to regular Ukrainian civilians, to be selected according to vague criteria, which might apply to most of the civilian population.]

The Minister said that the category of persons who may be involved to perform such work, covers all individuals who are self-employed.

In addition, the list of community service performed in wartime, will include types of work that are aimed at ensuring the defense of the state (including repair work conducted at state borders, airfields, and fortifications). Also covered will be other work related to emergencies of an industrial, natural or military nature, as the need arises during the period of martial law (analysis of debris, roads, etc., and work performed in connection with the provisioning of supplies to the Armed Forces and other military formations).

Note:

Community service involves working age population, including persons who are not subject to conscription, who have no age and health restrictions preventing them from work under martial law (in addition to able-bodied persons involved in work in the defense sector and for the sustenance of the population, and enterprises booked for the period of mobilization and wartime to carry out work of a defensive nature), namely:

- Unemployed and other unemployed persons [that's what it says: 'unemployed and other unemployed'];

- Workers operating under martial law in firms that are not involved in the implementation of mobilization assignments (orders) and not enrolled in abnormal (non-military) civil protection units - in order to transfer such workers in an amount that will not lead to a complete stop [of private industrial] production;

- Persons engaged in subsistence agriculture [i.e., small farmers];

- Students in higher education, and students of vocational schools;

- Everyone who is self-employed.

Each of these categories of persons [will be] entered into fixed-term employment agreement.

The official announcement says nothing about pay, nor about labor negotiations of any sort, but only that these people will be "entered into fixed-term employment agreement ... without mandatory consent," and "subject to enforcement operations." The mystery as to how there can be 'agreement' without 'mandatory consent' (a beautiful oxymoron, for morons) is not answered, especially since it is "subject to enforcement." So, the underlying presumption here seems to be that 'consent' is not 'mandatory' in order for there to be 'agreement,' and that the Government has the right to "enforce" that 'agreement'. This seems Orwellian, but that's the way it is. America calls itself a 'democracy', and yet now imposes this type of government, and condemns Russia as being not 'democratic'. So, perhaps the Obama team has been teaching its Ukrainian stooges how to be Orwellian.

Stalin might get a belly-laugh. Today's Russia, however, has improved considerably since Stalin, and even more after it ended communism and became just Russia without the Soviet Union and their economically crippling Marxist ideology. By contrast, the U.S. has recently been heading into fascism, and outdid itself by having installed in Ukraine a regime that'soutright nazi. The U.S. now calls that 'democratic', as it spreads 'democracy' elsewhere too, such as in Iraq, Libya, Egypt, and Syria.

Then, on September 25th, the world's great newspaper, the German Economic News, (orDeutsche Wirtschafts Nachtrichten) headlined "On the way into the authoritarian State: Ukraine introduces forced labor," and reported:

"The new rules announced by the Minister for social policy of labor service would mean the introduction of forced labor, which violates the European Convention on human rights" as[serted] Andrej Hunko, Member of the Bundestag and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. ... "Yatsenyuk's attempt to set forced labour now legally, is a further step towards an authoritarian society and must be stopped. This is the exact opposite of the supposed democratic development of Ukraine, as it is written by the Maidan movement."

The German newspaper said that this is being done "to absorb the consequences of the civil war." (Here's that war.)

Another news bulletin, this one undated, came from the Latvian sitehttp://newstwenty4seven.com/en/news/ukraintsev-zastavjat-ryt-okopy. It's headlined"Ukrainians Forced to Dig Trenches"; and it opens, actually, with a photo of workers digging a ditch, perhaps for more war, or else for mass-burial (or maybe some other use). This report says:

The Ukrainian government has introduced the citizens' obligation to work, obliging them to perform tasks of a defensive nature in wartime conditions. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, with reference to the head of Department Lyudmyla Denysova.

The government, according to Denisova, made changes in the recruitment of able-bodied persons to "socially useful work in conditions of martial law". In particular, they defined the term "labor service", which involves citizens in forced execution of jobs of a defensive nature, and emergencies in time of war, without their required consent.

"Socially useful work" refers to work at the state border, airfields and military fortifications, as well as [clearing] rubble, "the performance of work-related needs of the armed forces and other military formations".

To forced labor, it is planned to bring, in particular, the unemployed, students, farmers and individual entrepreneurs.

The background of this Ukrainian Government decision is that Ukraine is now bankrupt. It was so, even before the civil war, but the additional $17 billion that was recently lent to that Government by the IMF, in order to enable them to pay their soldiers and buy weapons and bullets to slaughter the people in the regions that didn't accept the legitimacy of the coup-imposed government, has only placed the Government even deeper into hock. The cost to Ukraine in order to achieve 'democratic' electoral stability by mass-murdering the population in the regions of the country that oppose the Obama-installed group and that had voted overwhelmingly for the man Obama overthrew, has turned out to be too high for it to be continued. Perhaps that's part of the reason why slavery is now being resorted to -- to cut costs, so that the Ukrainian Government can repay at least a portion of the money they were loaned by the IMF, U.S. and EU.

So, that's why the civil war that was started by Obama's February 2014 overthrow of Ukraine's President, toppling a man who was democratically elected in Ukraine's final nationwide vote, produced a new Government that is now collapsing. Since the West won't continue lending it money, the Government there will, it seems, now be enslaving some of its own citizens, in order to get done what the appointed rulers want to be done, such as to continue killing people who won't vote for them. If the enslavement of their own civilian population becomes too big and widespread to ignore, then perhaps The New York Times, Washington Post, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc., will report about it, because they'll then be forced to. What's particularly interesting at the present early stage is that the people whom the Obama team placed in charge of Ukraine, want to do this, and that they think that by using such tortured vague language, very few people in the U.S. and EU will get to know that they're doing this. But already it's news on a German site, and also on a Latvian site. Perhaps the American public will be the last to find out, except for the few individuals that read about it here. At this news site, it's part of the "News That's Fit To Print," regardless of whether Big Brother feels that way about it, or maybe even because Big Brother doesn't feel that way about it.

Ok, this is a big deal, we think.

This video seems to very convincingly positively identify a man brutally beating people who were lying prostrate who had just fallen 3 stories out of a burning building during the Odessa massacre.  

It has English subtitles.

Its important because this massacre was a major flash point and became a catalyst for the entire Ukraine conflict, galvanizing public opinion in East Ukraine and Russia, horrified by what had happened.

Here's the background:

On May 2 there was a grisly massacre in Odessa when 42 pro-Russian demonstrators were burned alive in a building after being set upon by pro-Ukrainian activists.  

Here is a wikipedia description of the event.   We can't vouch for its objectivity, but at least it gives a sense of what happened.

The pro-Russian side says that they were unarmed, were viciously attacked by heavily armed pro-Kiev, neo-nazi activists, from which they fled, seeking refuge in a trade union building.  They claim the activists then set fire to the building, where many of the pro-Russians died in the flames, and that even when trying to escape the building, they were shot at and physically attacked.

The pro-Kiev side says that after street fighting with the pro-Russians, they barricaded themselves into the building, and that the fire started accidentally, and denies continuing to attack the victims in the building.

We don't know which version is closer to the truth, but find it interesting that to this day, the western media has not made much of an effort to investigate the story.  Seems a bit of an oversight to us, considering the tragic results and the possibility of a major atrocity having transpired.

There was a major uproar in Russia in the weeks following the tragedy, because the mainstream Western media mentioned it only in passing, and showed little interest in the story, mostly presenting the pro-Kiev version of events.  

To this day it is probably Exhibit A for most Russians that the western media is biased against Russia.

A few days ago, this video surfaced on the Russian internet.  We haven't had time to look in to who made it, because we wanted to rush to get it out ourselves.  We will keep you posted on what we find out, and will write more about the event, and the controversy surrounding it, in the coming days.

Later in the video he is identified as an organizer of the anti-Russian militants involved in the skirmishes that day.  The information about the video on the Russian youtube page identifies him as Seva Goncharevskii, and says he has a Facebook profile, but it no longer exists on Facebook.

This is a big deal because whether or not he is found or captured, an investigation into who he is will likely implicate others involved in the events that day.

Watch the video yourself, its a shocker.  (Warning: It contains grisly scenes.  Not for children or faint of heart!)

We think this video could go seriously viral around the world, and could cause a major shift in western public opinion about what is going on in the Ukraine.

A member of Ukrainian Parliament, Nestor Shufrich, was severely beaten in Odessa by a small crowd of Right Sector thugs. This deputy is a member of the former governing Party of Regions, and this is how the "new Ukrainian democracy" approaches the parliamentary elections process.

It is notable that local police was almost idle during the beating up process.

This is not the first time, when Nazi mobsters attack members of parliament. Another Ukrainan Parliament Deput - Oleg Tsariov - was badly beaten in Kiev by a crowd of Maidan militia, who arrived right to the doors of the TV studio, where Tsariov expressed some views contradicting the Maidan ideology.

Despite all claims to be a European country, Ukraine is rapidly degrading to the state of a third-world anarchy run by masked armed gangs.

Freelance correspondent of "First Crimean" TV channel, Anna Mokhova, spent nearly a month being a captive of Ukrainian security services. The journalist was released on September 22 as part of exchange of prisoners. She said after her release that she was beaten in Ukrainian captivity, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the journalist.

"We were prisoners of war. During the first five days, they would beat us. They would treat us fairly tough, but correctly, given the war time," said Mokhova. She also said that during the captivity, she received different threats, including the threat of execution.

Mokhova noted that the status of a journalist complicated the conditions of her captivity, as the Ukrainian side said that Russian journalists were biased in covering the events in Ukraine.

She also said that she was going to return to the south-east of Ukraine to participate in the exchange of prisoners. "I hope to participate in the work of the commission for POWs, as I have seen the situation from inside," she said.

The journalist also said that, when in captivity, she witnessed tortures of civilians by Ukrainian security forces. "I saw that with my own eyes. During the whole time, we were staying in a basement chamber. Closer to the end, a civilian was thrown to us, who was never a militia. He was from Sloviansk, but they just made him testify against himself, so he became a prisoner of war ... The man had his legs and ribs fractured. I bandaged him myself," says Mokhova.

According to her, the man was accused of having ties with militia fighters. Using contacts in his mobile phone, Ukrainian soldiers found a friend of his in the town. They beat them both and then tortured the men to testify against each other, said Mokhova.

"At this example, I can say that the Ukrainian military were often doing the things that did not fit into international norms," she said.

The journalist also said that the Ukrainian troops were running business to sell prisoners of war. "This business booms forever. Working as a military correspondent for the People's Republic of Donetsk, I am aware of the situation. They took a boyfriend from a young Crimean woman and threw him into a basement somewhere in Sloviansk. Then they called her back and said that she would have to pay 50 thousand dollars ransom. The woman could collect only $20,000. She came to Sloviansk, where she was told to go to Kiev, to Maidan - the riots were still going on at that time. She was told to find a tent there. So the woman came to Kiev, found the tent, where they took her money and gave her a paper saying that her boyfriend could be released. She then returned to Slaviansk, and the man was released," Mokhova said.

Mokhova disappeared on August 24 during a trip to the war zone in the Donbass. The journalist was detained along with her colleague on a highway between Donetsk and Makeyevka. Later, it became known that the journalist was held by Ukrainian Security Service in the Kharkiv region. She was suspected of crossing the border of Ukraine illegally "to execute the tasks of Russian secret services."

Mokhova was released on September 22, as part of a prisoner exchange between representatives of the breakaway republics and the Ukrainian military.

In the beginning of August, another Russian journalist went missing in eastern Ukraine - MIA Russia Today photojournalist Andrei Stenin. A month later, it was established that the journalist was killed. On September 5, Stenin was buried in Moscow on Troekurovsky Cemetery next to his colleagues, who were also killed in the Ukrainian conflict - Igor Kornelyuk, Anton Voloshin and Anatoly Klyan.

In Kharkov, a man was found impaled on a church fence, his body attached with electrician's tape to the fence. Medical gloves were found on the site. According to witnesses, he was killed by Right Sector activists on suspicion of being a sympathizer of Novorussia. According to official police reports, this man impaled himself and, presumably, having done that, found the time and energy to securely attach himself to the fence with tape
