The heating oceans

This year I swam in the ocean in NZ well into May because the water was so warm. I only knew that anecdotaly, now Harold you have given me proof. "Some of the hottest places on Earth this summer included New Zealand, which was the hottest its been since 1909, and southwest and southeastern Greenland."

When are governments especially ours in NZ going to wise up?
