Fact-Check Fail: False Kerry & MSM claims on 'Russians in Ukraine'

Pictures presented by Washington and Kiev as evidence of Russia's involvement in Ukraine have backfired on the White House & State dept. One of the photos, labeled as taken in Russia, was actually taken in Ukraine. That's what the photographer who took it says, and the U.S. State Department admits the error.
