UPDATE:

Looks like the relatively same course as Bolaven last year on 28 August. This one is slightly to the east so far as the projections are showing. Also, it appears, by these same projections, that it will be moving fairly slowly which will dump tons of water.

This typhoon should not impact Fukushima Daiichi directly, yet it will impact the weather there.
