Big Trouble at Fuku and the world? - 10/20/13

I found the following video on one of the sites I follow, but couldn't make out what was happening.

The accompanying notes - 

Could this be it? 8 hrs since last camera hots from Tepco......tbs jnn camera showing nothing ..Radiation network showing nothing...sea creatures rarely seen washing ashore in California..
There could be big big trouble now!

did not throw much light on the matter, so I sent it on to Mike Ruppert.

 His initial comments were:  

“We know what it is. It's one of the cooling towers near Bldg 4. But all I can make out is rain. We know the tower has ripped loose from some supports and appears to be leaning”

Then I found the following video that has just been compiled and released onto You Tube.

His response to this was: 

"This explains the below video. Fukushima is being overwhelmed by rainfall and Francisco is still 3-4 days away.

"Really, really bad."

“After watching the whole thing it's pretty apparent -- to me anyway -- the the whole world watches this page. Very alarming news about rapid deployments of Japanese military and issuance of iodine tablets.

Japan is getting ready for a very near-term mass evac. Probably this week when Fuku may well be abandoned before Francisco hits.”

No doubt there will be more on this in the coming hours.

URGENT! FUKUSHIMA RADIATION ALERT!

URGENT REPORT - FUKUSHIMA COULD BE OUT OF CONTROL?!!!! ...

After very bad weather it looks as though power has been lost at the Fukushima Daiichi plant. The Fukushima web cam has now been off-line for 11hrs and a media blackout seems to be in full effect although Russian TV are reporting that control has been lost and radiation is leaking. 

From the last cam footage and the still pictures here it is obvious that something has gone very wrong. 

Please warn people as i suspect the fuel rods may have left the building and are possibly in contact with the open environment, PLEASE SHARE THIS!

UPDATE:

The webcam at Fukushima Daiichi appears to be working with normal activity.  However this can, I understand, be a loop.
