Tepco unfortunately is sort of like the 3 stooges operating a nuclear power plant, Moe, Larry and Curly chasing each other around the control room hitting each other over the head. We have a bunch of incompetents running that nuclear power plant. 全くコントロールされていない、高濃度汚染水の放射能まみれの環境の中で、戦場さながらの状況ながら、余剰人員もいない、”戦闘”に参加する同意も得ていない、モティベーションもない、被爆線量もコントロールされていない。その中で、状況の進歩を期待することは難しいだろう。
