Locked up in luxury: inmates paying for less painful prison stays


Prison doesn't have to be a pain — just ask around inside the facilities across California, where reportedly prisoners can pay upwards of $175 per night for extra comfy accommodations. Is this the norm elsewhere? RT's Margaret Howell examines the 'pay-to-stay' trend impacting the US prison complex as she reports from the Arlington County Detention Facility in Northern Virginia.
