"We must place our hearts in the fire with those in danger"

Now is not the time for cynicism and criticism but a time to stay in our hearts,

I can't think of anything better to say than these comments of Mike Ruppert's on his Facebook page

Mike Ruppert on Hurricane Sandy

It is time to stand up to our spiritual responsibility as human beings and bear witness. We must place our hearts in the fire with those in danger.

Hurricane Sandy is a storm like no other that has been seen in our lifetimes or in the recorded history of this continent. I would like to ask all of my friends to join me in standing aware in the realization that a hundred million or more of our brothers and sisters are in peril, and to be humble enough to recognize that all of our lives are about to change forever.

Spiritual warriors will stand with me in silence, bearing witness and focusing our hearts and consciousness on the eastern seaboard, being emotionally present with those about to get slammed... many of whom will die in these next days. What happens to one of us happens to all of us. There are something like 26 nuclear reactors that are going to be threatened with flooding and many of them will be overwhelmed, just like Fukushima was.

We have had all the warnings -- all the opportunities to change course -- we're going to get. Mother Earth has begun to cleanse herself. Pay close attention to what happens and how it unfolds. Find your own strength, direction, pain, fear and compassion from these events. Be present and listen to your hearts.

If you can do that they will lead you well and you will help everything. I mean Everything.

There is nothing else worth talking about or doing today”
