A late-night update update on events in Georgia

UPDATE

Officials in Fulton County, Georgia, said a Dominion Voting Systems mobile server crashed on Sunday, delaying a recount requested by President Trump.

"Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue," Fulton County officials said in a statement reported by WXIA-TV, a local NBC affiliate. "The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem."

Fulton County officials told the outlet that a newly purchased Dominion mobile server crash was to blame. The Washington Examiner reached out to Dominion for comment.

Dominion, a leading voting machine company whose products are used in several states, has been the focus of voter fraud claims by Trump and his allies. Sidney Powell, an attorney from whom the Trump legal team distanced themselves in recent days, has a federal lawsuit alleging widespread voter fraud in Georgia, and she claims that state officials, including Gov. Brian Kemp, were bribed to be part of a conspiracy with Dominion to tilt the election in President-elect Joe Biden's favor.

Dominion has vociferously denied "false assertions" about it being involved in such a scheme, and Kemp denounced Powell's claims as "absolutely absurd."

Officials in Fulton, Georgia's most populous county that includes Atlanta, indicated that most of the ballot-counting in the recount is complete and that it will resume on Monday morning. The recount must wrap up in counties all across the state by Wednesday.

The news from Fulton County followed a tumultuous day in court. A federal judge ordered all voting machines in Georgia not be wiped until further notice in a lawsuit seeking an inspection of the hardware, but hours later reversed the order, noting that the machines at the center of the request are in the possession of county election officials. The U.S. district judge, Timothy Batten, issued another order late in the evening to say officials are temporarily restrained from allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of software or data from Dominion machines in three Georgia counties — Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee.

Georgia already certified the election results on Nov. 20 after an initial recount conducted by hand showed Biden winning the state's 16 Electoral College votes by about 13,000 votes. The Electoral College meets in mid-December.

Dr.Birx: "Americans who gathered at Thanksgiving need to assume they're infected with COVID-19"

Naughty Americans are to be punished for gathering at the dinner table and not hiding in their basements in masks (or even better, hazmat suits.

Dr. Birx says Americans who

gathered at Thanksgiving need

to assume they're infected

with COVID-19, get tested this

week

'We know people may have made mistakes over the Thanksgiving time period'

29 November, 2020

Dr. Deborah Birx said Americans "may have made mistakes over the Thanksgiving time period," and urged everyone who attended holiday gatherings last week to assume they are infected with COVID-19 and to get tested this week. Birx, the coordinator of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, made the statements during an appearance on "Face the Nation."

"We know people may have made mistakes over the Thanksgiving time period," Birx said on Sunday. "If you're young and you gathered, you need to be tested about five to 10 days later. But you need to assume that you're infected and not go near your grandparents and aunts and others without a mask."

Birx noted, "We're really asking families to even mask indoors if they chose to gather during Thanksgiving and others went across the country or even into the next state."

Birx warned that she believes there will be massive spikes of coronavirus following Thanksgiving.

"Going into the Memorial Day weekend we had less than 25,000 a day, we had only 30,000 inpatients in the hospital and we had way less mortality, way under a thousand," Birx said. "We're entering this post-Thanksgiving surge with three, four and 10 times as much disease across the country," Birx said during the interview. "And so that's what worries us the most."

"We are deeply worried about what could happen post-Thanksgiving because the number of cases, 25,000 versus 180,000 a day, that's where- that's why we are deeply concerned," she said.

Birx said despite coronavirus cases and hospitalizations falling in the northern plains states, "we're worried that all of that will be reversed" because of Thanksgiving gatherings.

While some governors implement more stringent restrictions as the COVID-19 cases rise, Birx took aim at the freedom-embracing governors and mayors who have allowed their constituents to decide which activities they are comfortable in doing and not doing during the pandemic.

"To every American, this is the moment to protect yourself and your family," Birx stated. "So if your governor or your mayor isn't doing the policies that we know are critical — masking, physical distancing, avoiding bars, avoiding crowded indoor areas — if those restrictions don't exist in your state, you need to take it upon yourself to be restricted. You need to not go to these places. You need to protect your family now."

Birx revealed that she expects to provide a coronavirus briefing to the incoming Biden administration on Monday.

"The one thing that we will bring to the Biden administration in that discussion is to understand how they want to see the data because data isn't helpful if it's not actionable," she said. "And each group needs to see it the way it moves them to action."

Birx will continue to brief Vice President Mike Pence everyday.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that if United States experiences the current rate of infection then Americans should not hold Christmas celebrations this year.

"What we expect, unfortunately, as we go for the next couple of weeks into December, is that we might see a surge superimposed on the surge we are already in," Fauci said during a "Meet the Press" interview on Sunday. "I don't want to frighten people, except to say it is not too late to do something about this."

Dr. Fauci cautioned that the upcoming holiday season is "a precarious situation."

Are food shortages back?

My guess, from the other side of the world that if events such as we are seeing in Georgia continue there will be more of this in coming days and weeks.

When stores empty and supply chains break down COMPLETELY someone will have to listen.

I can think of some people who, despite the realities will put this all down to a single cause - climate change.

REPORTS: Truckers Strike Actually BEGINNING

https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/reports-truckers-strike-actually-beginning

There are as yet UNCONFIRMED reports coming in from several areas around the USA that truckers have BEGUN a STRIKE.

Initial efforts called for a strike to begin TODAY, 19 November 2020.

Yet according to widely published reports, the organizers allegedly gave up and called-off their efforts.

Now, it seems the strike is commencing anyway!

Video below claims  to be of truckers halting in the left lane of an Interstate Highway, today.  Location as yet unconfirmed.

UPDATE

Further reports say specific large US cities are being targetted by the strike: Milwaukee, WI, Detroit, MI, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA and Atlanta, GA because those cities are the epicenter of VOTE FRAUD during the November 3, election.

Truckers on CB radio (Trucker channel 19  i.e. 27.185 MHz AM) are saying "They think they can steal a national election?  We'll starve them to death.  No food for the cities."

Those of you who live in cities had better stock-up on food while your supermarkets still have some.  Once the general public starts hearing about this, and realizes the food supply is being cut off, your cities will become war zones within hours as people panic and try to get whatever they can!

I remember, in New Zealand when we had shortages it was all put down to excessive DEMAND and "selfish" shoppers stocking up.

FOOD SHORTAGES AGAIN -

with Bold-Faced LIES about

the cause . . .

https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/food-shortages-again-with-bold-faced-lies-about-the-cause

On a recent trip to the local ShopRite supermarket in North Bergen, New Jersey, my son and I encountered the following signs below:

WTF?

"Technology outages????" What kind of utter nonsense is this?

There's no such thing as a technology outage that lasts long enough to cause a food shortage!

This is a bold-faced lie.

Then, farther down the Frozen Foods aisle at the same ShopRite supermarket, we encountered this sign:

Notice the DATE on the bottom left of the sign? June 16, 2020.

So the shortages are back.

But why?

The farmers say they have so much crop, they have to bury it or burn it because it isn't selling.

The food PROCESSORS say they can't get enough trucking to bring the food in . . . . while the TRUCKING industry says there is no demand for trucking . . .

All of which converts to . . . no food at the supermarkets.

Somebody (very big) is playing games with the food supply.

The bottleneck is between the farms and the processing companies. The bottleneck is NOT either the farmers or the processing companies. Some "middle man" is screwing around.

That middle man needs to be identified, personally intercepted, and be dealt with in a way that prevents future interruption of the food supply.

If you know who the bottleneck is - corporate or personal - please reveal that info either via the comments area below (subscribers only) of via email.

On another continent we are seeing the same thing but is it REALLY a statement about pollinators?

Did they replenish them later in the morning?

I'm sure Ice Age Farmer was poo-pooed on this or told he is fanning panic.

Can you see anything wrong here?

The film crew seem to have overlooked one minor detail

Presumptive POTUS sprains his ankle playing with his psychic dog

Biden Twists Ankle While Playing With Psychic Dog

Zero Hedge,

29 November, 2020

Presumptive President-Elect Joe Biden slipped and twisted his ankle on Saturday while playing with his dog - which, coincidentally, telepathically told a British psychic that the 78-year-old former Vice President would make a "great president."

Per Biden's office, "On Saturday Nov. 28, President-elect Biden slipped while playing with his dog Major, and twisted his ankle.  Out of an abundance of caution, he will be examined this afternoon by an orthopedist."

Was this Major's revenge after Biden went a sniff too far?

POSTSCRIPT

78-year-old Joe Biden supposedly slipped and twisted his ankle while playing with his German shepherd named Major on Saturday.

Biden was examined by an orthopedist on Sunday where he got a CT scan for detailed imaging.

Joe Biden’s team tried to block the media by maneuvering a press van so that reporters and photogs couldn’t see Biden as he entered the building.

One photographer captured feeble Biden as he hobbled out of the orthopedic office.

Now this…

Biden fractured his mid-foot and will “likely require a walking boot for several weeks.”

Georgia: Judge Blocks, Then Unblocks Georgia From Wiping or Resetting Election Machines

Judge Blocks, Then Unblocks Georgia From Wiping or Resetting Election Machines

BY IVAN PENTCHOUKOV AND PETR SVAB

Epoch Times,

29 November, 2020

A federal judge presiding over a major election lawsuit in Georgia on Sunday issued and then reversed an order directing the state to cease and desist wiping or resetting election machines.

Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the court,” Judge Timothy Batten wrote in an emergency order issued Nov. 29.

The judge reversed the order not long after, explaining that the defendants are not in possession of the machines.

Plaintiffs’ request fails because the voting equipment that they seek to impound is in the possession of county election officials. Any injunction the Court issues would extend only to Defendants and those within their control, and Plaintiffs have not demonstrated that county election officials are within Defendants’ control. Defendants cannot serve as a proxy for local election officials against whom the relief should be sought,” the judge wrote.

The change of course by the judge drew a flabbergasted response from Lin Wood, an attorney associated with the Trump campaign.

What??? Judge reversed order based on Defendants’ claim that GA Counties control voting machines,” Wood wrote on Twitter, adding that the machines are owned by the state and that the Georgia secretary of state administers elections.

Why are GA officials determined to wipe these machines clean [by] resetting them?”

The plaintiffs in the lawsuit on Sunday filed an emergency motion which included an affidavit featuring a Nov. 25 message from an election official stating that the ballot-counting machines would be reset to zero on Monday, Nov. 30, before performing a recount.

The process will begin with an L & A – resetting the machine to ‘zero’ to begin the recount,” the text of the message stated before describing the specifics of the recount process.

The affidavit was written by a GOP poll worker who says he or she addressed concerns about wiping the machines to the election manager.

Because the plan on Monday is to wipe the voting machines clean, and start from 0 so that we can recount using those machines, I’m concerned by what I am reading online,” the poll worker wrote, according to the affidavit. “I am seeing lots of notices from lawyers about possibly impounding the machines. Lawyers are now saying that the machines should be confiscated immediately before this happens to protect forensic data. They are saying those machines need to be impounded ASAP. Yikes. Maybe I’m being overly paranoid but let’s be sure this is what we’re supposed to be doing.”

The supervisor responded, “It’s what we are supposed to do. It will take a court order to stop this process—so I guess we need to keep watching the news. If we get a court order to stop, we will see it in our SOS information. The issue is, the Atlanta area has already started,” the elections manager wrote.

When the poll worker asked if the reset will wipe the forensic info from the machines, the manager said that “Atlanta already did it.”

The lawsuit in question is being litigated by Sidney Powell, an attorney who defended former national security adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. President Donald Trump pardoned Flynn earlier this week. The Trump campaign has said that Powell is not part of its legal team.

Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer wrote on Twitter after the judge issued the order that election officials in Fulton County were updating the software on voting systems earlier the same day.

Our Republican recount monitors at the World Congress Center waited today for four hours while Fulton County elections officials ‘updated the software.’ The explanation given to me—‘just the usual Fulton County incompetence’—is completely unacceptable,” Shafer wrote on Twitter.

It is outrageous that we cannot rely on Fulton County elections officials to do their jobs without unexplained four hour delays, interventions by private attorneys and federal court orders.”

Voting Systems

The lawsuit makes a number of allegations regarding the voting machines and software supplied by Dominion Voting Systems, which is used in Georgia and many other states.

The lawsuit cites an affidavit written by a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, who testified that the software used by the Dominion machines was accessed by agents of malicious actors, such as China and Iran, “in order to monitor and manipulate elections,” including the 2020 election.

The suit further alleges that the machines are connected to the internet, even though they aren’t supposed to be, and are easily hacked, based on multiple expert declarations. The machines have built-in functions that allow operators to manipulate the results, several experts cited in the lawsuit said.

Dominion has vehemently denied that its machines were used to manipulate vote counts.

Servers that run Dominion software are located in local election offices, and data never leaves the control of local election officials,” the company’s website states.

All U.S. voting systems must provide assurance that they work accurately and reliably as intended under federal U.S. EAC and state certifications and testing requirements. Dominion’s voting systems are certified for the 2020 elections.”
