This
is what the PM of New Zealand is colluding with and giving her tacit
support to
PM
Jacinda Adern is travelling to France to hobnob with Emmanuel Macron
the man who has his police do this to his own citizens EVERY
SATURDAY along with a who-s-who list of globalists to suppress
internet freedom in the wake of the Christchurch massacre.
PM
en route to Paris for 'Christchurch Call' meeting
The
Prime Minister heads to Paris tomorrow to meet the French President
and seek ways to stop social media being used to promote and organise
terrorism.

Jacinda
Ardern and Emmanuel Macron will ask political and tech industry
leaders to take action with a pledge labelled the "Christchurch
Call", after the mosque shootings that left 51 people dead.
Facebook's
Mark Zuckerberg hailed France's efforts to regulate hateful content
online as a model for the European Union after meeting Mr Macron in
Paris on Friday.
His
comments come after the US social media giant was heavily criticized
by politicians and the public for its failure to more rapidly remove
footage of the March shooting attack in Christchurch, New Zealand,
from its network.
Fifty
people were killed in the assault, with footage of it circulating
online for days.
Mr
Zuckerberg's meeting with Mr Macron coincided with the release of a
report commissioned by the French leader recommending increased
oversight of Facebook and an independent regulator to police the
efforts of large tech companies to deal with hate speech.
"If
more countries can follow the lead of what your government has done
here, that will likely end up being a more positive outcome for the
world in my view than some of the alternatives," Mr Zuckerberg
told reporters at Facebook's Paris office after the meeting at the
Elysee palace.
"We
need new rules for the internet that will spell out the
responsibilities of companies and those of governments," he told
France 2 television in an interview. "That is why we want to
work with the team of President Macron. We need a public process."
The
French president wants France to take a leading role on tech
regulation, seeking to strike a balance between what he perceives as
the United States' laissez-faire stance and China's iron grip on the
internet.
The
33-page report, co-written by a former lobbyist for Google France,
recommends that French authorities should have more access to
Facebook's algorithms and greater scope to audit the company's
internal policies against hate speech.
The
report comes after Facebook allowed a team of French regulators to
spend six months inside the company monitoring its policies. It
represents a "half-time" assessment for their stint which
started in January.
"The
inadequacy and lack of credibility in the self-regulatory approach
adopted by the largest platforms justify public intervention to make
them more responsible," the report said.
Companies
like Facebook cannot simply declare themselves to be transparent, it
added, noting that checking the integrity of the algorithms they use
was a particularly complex task.
'Dominating
position'
However,
the convergence between French regulators and big tech companies was
criticised by some internet lobby groups.
"Up
to now, in terms of regulation, only the internet giants have been
invited to the table, while others wait for decisions to be taken to
have more visibility," Constance Bommelaer de Leusse of
non-profit group Internet Society said.
"This
only reinforces the dominating position of Web giants," she
said.
This
week, Chris Hughes, one of the founders of Facebook with Zuckerberg
while they were at Harvard, wrote in a long opinion piece in the New
York Times that he believed the company was too powerful and needed
to be broken up.
Mr
Zuckerberg declined to comment on Mr Hughes' piece when asked by
reporters in Paris, but Nick Clegg, his global communication head and
a former British deputy prime minister, dismissed it as
"melodramatic".
"For
us, the alternative to these melodramatic calls for breaking up
companies is exactly what we're discussing here, which is proper
regulation. What the tech sector needs is not to be broken up, it is
proper rules," Mr Clegg said.
France's
parliament, where Macron's ruling party has a comfortable majority,
is debating legislation that would give the new regulator the power
to fine tech companies up to 4 percent of their global revenue if
they don't do enough to remove hateful content from their network.
Facebook's
decision to allow the team of French regulators inside the company
was the first time the company had opened its doors in such a way.
Facebook's
shares fell as much as 5 percent in a single day following the
Christchurch shooting, but have since risen by about 10 percent,
helped by good first-quarter results.
OPINION Sense
and nonsense about gun control in New Zealand
Seemorerocks
I have had to totally reassess things several times over the last eight years and I am having to do so once again in the aftermath of the 15 March massacre in New Zealand.
It's a matter of who is acting decently and who is not. Who is speaking the truth.
When I found this article from Martyn Bradbury from the Daily Blog last night my disgust knew no bounds.
The
more & more I read of the irrational, wilfully ignorant &
down right malicious crap spouted by the NZ Gun Lobby
…the
more & more convinced I am these folk should have been on Police
& SIS radar from day bloody one rather than Māori, Muslims,
Greenpeace, Environmentalists, the Green Party, the MANA Party &
activists.
How
far have we collectively allowed these gun fetishists to define the
debate?…
And
if you are a gun proponent who is now using violent language or
imagery or words to insinuate threats then you should be under
surveillance by our intelligence agencies.
Responsible
farmers and hunters have nothing to fear here. Gun fetishists and
violent extremists, (from all parts of the political spectrum),
should openly know they will be under the obligation of extra
surveillance and responsibility.
The
atrocity in Christchurch has made us all question why weapons of such
enormous violence were allowed to be accessed with such ease. If it
costs a billion dollars to buy back and eradicate this tumour before
it metastasises, then so be it.
***
Is this from someone on the Left who is normally supposed to be an activist against spying and surveillance? This is something that I have always supported. Now this individual in his campaign against "hate speech' is spewing forward hatred and vitriol against people he doesn't like.
Now we see that he is advocating the SIS and GCSB spying against gun nuts while at the same time saying they shouldn't have been spying on the Left.
The hypocrisy is truly epic.
While Bradbury has found a new-found support for the security organs that he presumably didn't have before another (ex)-friend put this out the day after the shooting asking people to come forward and act as snitches and informers.
My consternation went up a few notches when I discovered that the above had not been taken down (no second thoughts) and was still up on this person's timeline. I can talk about these people because I have had personal experience with the communist movement in New Zealand in my youth - yes I was young and stupid! What I can say is that for the 'comrades' truth is a movable feast and is highly relative and fully subservient with what suits the movement and 'democratic centralism'. Once a person becomes 'inconvenient' and starts to follow their own conscience rather than the Party they are on the outside. I have a vivid recollection of a conversation with a 'comrade' about what mansion they were going to confiscate and move into after the revolution. It is clearly very possible for these people to make a quick transition to being an informer and snitch and basically support the move to a Stasi state. Whilst I am not saying that these two individual are active communists but they are well-and-truly on the Left and obviously display the same characteristics. In fact I would go so far as to say that this attitude goes across the board as is illustrated by the contention of some "philosopher" that if given the choice between the Truth and protecting human organisms (whatever he means by that!) he would choose that over the truth
Some of the discussion is about this 'gun nut' Mike Loder and his submission (one of the very few). Whilst I do not agree with Mr. Loder about everything he says he does have some very salient points about the gun culture in New Zealand.
For
what it is worth I do not think that the idea that the Jews inGermany were persecuted because of gun control. It soes not accord
with my knowledge of history. What I find totally obnoxious about this is the line of questioning from what I take to be a Labour MP (presumably because he had called Jacinda Adern a 'tyrant', especially accusing him of being a 'conspiracy theorist' for saying things that are pretty close to the truth.
This is the atmosphere of hatred that is coming from people on the Left. Apparently the PM set up a hotline so that people can do exactly what the person above exhorted people to do and its seems that is exactly what people have been doing which has meant that Vinny Eastwood has now had FIVE visits from the police now, something the cops were embarrassed about.
Does this look or sound like a white supremacist to you?!
Bradbury and a chorus of other voices have been saying that farmers, hunters and 'legitimate ' gun users have nothing to fear and the following police video seems to be saying.
But that is given the lie in this article quoting Federated Farmers who one would suspect would be supportive if all the propaganda and spin were true.
The
ban would include farmers who currently use the firearms for pest
control, however exemptions would be made for pest controllers
engaged by the Department of Conservation, or by a management agency.
Federated
Farmers is disappointed with the recommendations and said unless
further changes are made, pests will be the winners and the
environment will be the loser.
Rural
Security spokesperson Miles Anderson said the Government has failed
to deliver on its commitment to farmers and other major landowners
that they would continue to have access to the firearms they need for
effective animal pest control.
However, there have been stories about the police jumping the gun telling a young man that he was suddenly not stable enough to own an air rifle.
There have been complaints from gun users about polices trolling social media or turning up at someone's workplace to ask them questions about the guns they have.
They are still discussing the legislation!
This was posted on the internet about police search and seizure
The following was posted somewhere on Facebook
"Magazine
restrictions makes anything other than shotgun with more than 10
rounds prohibited. Collateral damage of legislation. Initillay was
removable Magazines in Order in Council, but draft first round of
prohibited says any magazine over 10, which by default includes the
tube magazines. EVERY firearm owner needs to check all of the details
as a huge number of firearms will be collateral damage."
This is the latest from the media. Clearly the government and their friends with their new-found love for the Stasi state don't intend to listen to anyone.
Think they are going to listen to Federate Farmers?
Think again!
This legislation was sitting there waiting and scarcely any time elapsed before the decision to announce gun control legislation.
Don't get me wrong. I am not in favour of machine guns being out there. But the fact is that they are already out there as a result of actions of governments, even as late as December, 2018.
This hypocrite is using the completely fake narrative of a "lone-wolf gunman", that is demonstrably false to bring this and other changes to the country and negate all its historical political traditions of peacefulness and tolerance at the stroke of a pen and to divide society into a 'them' vs 'us' that has absolutely ZERO to do with the reasons they put forward.
Prime
Minister Jacinda Ardern responded today to speculation she could lead
an international coalition in a campaign against harmful content on
social media.
Britain
has come up with a white paper to make social media owners personally
liable for not taking questionable material off their sites, and Ms
Ardern's name was one brought up to lead the campaign.
Ms
Ardern told TVNZ1's Breakfast today she had taken an interest in
social media issues since the massacre.
"I
do think New Zealand has a role to play but I'm just working on what
that looks like because this needs to be meaningful - we've got to
learn lessons from this," she said. "Domestic law can only
take us so far."
To finish off I penned the follwing comments on Facebook this morning:
1.
A third generation of neo-liberalism that has removed people from the
workforce, from the education system etc. - all as a result of STATE
policies
2
People who are unhealthy and grossly undereducated to the extent they
cannot put sentences together are of course going to put the blame on
the outsider. Look at the educated classes, full of anger and hatred
themselves are projecting the blame out elsewhere without a single
moment’s self-reflection
3.
All of this is BY DESIGN.
Above
all, to not give oxygen to racism we would have needed to have NOT
had 18;years of rapacious, imperialist war against Muslim countries.
We
would also have needed no STATE-SPONSORED. TERRORISM.
The
people who are blaming the Muslims for everything are barking up the
wrong tree. I cannot condone this but I can surely understand them.
Over
all of this is the reality of collapse - economic, social,
ecological. People don’t understand what is happening to them and
are PISSED OFF.
There
ate plenty of people, peppered round the country who do present a
threat to the present Order. But right now, I am putting the
responsibility on state terrorists and the liberals who are
justifying the removal of human rights.
Most
of all, right now I would place the responsibility on the Left
who,one supposes, were against the Establishment but now are proving
to leading the charge to a Stasi state where citizens dob each other
to the police state.
That
is my 2 cents. Its just a viewpoint.
I shall finish off by asking if in the context of the above whether it it is any surprise that people should see red at the picture below of a police training session at what I take to be the al-Noor mosque in Christchurch.
I
pour my heart out over the outrage in Christchurch and what it means.
I also go over the evidence that shows categorically that the shoot
did not (and could not) have acted on his own.
Filling
in details of the 15 March events in Christchurch
I
wish to give what I hope are my final thoughts on the terrible
massacre in Christchurch. I say this because I am doubtful as to whether any
major revelations are going to come out.
I
deal with grief on a daily basis – the unravelling of the ecosystem
in real time is a major part of this.
The
spectre of war that is always there with every geopolitical
convulsion.
The
breakdown of every aspect of our life – economic, political and
moral is another.
But
now there is a whole new source of grief and it revolves around the
fate that has befallen (or rather, imposed) on the city where I grew
up and know (or rather KNEW) so well.
First,
THEY (and I mean the people governments of all stripes truly
represent) wanted Canterbury’s water and other resources so they
sacked the DEMOCRATICALLY-ELECTED representatives who promised to put
a spanner in their plans so they cancelled democracy and put tn their
own handpicked commissioners to facilitate this theft.
Then
in 2011 came the earthquakes in Christchurch – whether as an act of
God or by design – we’ll never know which has riped the guts out
of the city so much so that 8 years later the city is still reeling.
Whatever
the truth of the earthquakes the next bit is not subject to
speculation. All of this opened up DISASTER CAPITALISM which allowed
the continuing rape of Canterbury’s resources and destruction of
its environment and the rebuilding of Christchruch in the image of
Gerry Brownlee and the John Key government.
The
entire face of Canterbury changed in the ten years of the John Key
government – changed beyond recognition.
A
new government has not reversed but CONTINUED the agenda.
Next
came the massacre in two mosques.
This
has hit me once again
Firstly,
because because 50 people died and 50 were injured in an outrage that
one would not imagine even possible in this remote, peaceful city.
Secondly,
this has, as I have already said, dealt a terrible blow to the city
that I grew up in and loved. It is terrible to hear the names of
streets that I know so well mentioned and associated with a crime as
terrible as any other that has been committed anywhere in the western
world.
Yes,
this was carried out by a 28-year-old from Australia only newly
arrived in the country.
But
he COULD NOT and DID NOT carry out this act on his own and I hope
to,once again, demonstrate this.
But
first I have a message that I want to direct at the powers-that-be –
the government, police, spy agencies and the lamestream media.
You
have made both the “livestream” video of the murders and the
manifesto illegal so I am not going to refer to either. I’m
nobody’s fool so don’t believe for a single moment, not for a
single instant the reasons you give for this action.
So
I will rely on interviews that come straight out of television an
point out things that directly contradict the lies of the official
narrative and on the research of others that are a bit more free to
fllow the evidence.
I
have done little PRIMARY research of my own and rely on the words of
others along with my own powers of observation and of discrimination.
I
have not looked at the video since the second day of this when the
authorities decided to arrest and make an example of a couple of
young people who shared the video.
I
have not looked at, no am I interested in the manifesto which I
regard as a fake.
You
may want to shut down all discussion of this and lead people to
passively accept what you have in mind.
But
I assert these rights that are enshrined in the NZ Bill of Rights
Act”
“You
have the right to think what you like
“You
can say what you like and share information and ideas with people”
I
can imagine a time very soon (and why not after recent events?) when
there will be anther “terrorist” attack (perhaps committed by
Muslim extremists – ISIS – imagine what sort of confusion that
will create in the people! - and there will be cross-party consensus
for rescinding the Bill of Rights – and in the twinkling of
an eye all our hard-earned rights will be out the window.
The
news last night and this morning is that gun laws that were probably
waiting in the wings, they have come so quickly, will result in harsh
penalties for possession of a semi-automatic gun.
If
the John Key government’ s main defining characteristic was
CRIMINALITY then the main defining characteristic of this government
is HYPOCRISY.
Nothing
illustrates this better than revelations that not 5 months ago – in
December last year, our PM chaired a parliamentary committee that
brought in unbelievably lax gun regulations.
Since
then they have taken the unprecedented step of trying to remove the
traces by taking down the official notification of these regulations.
What
is worse is that despite our regulations the country is absolutely
awash with automatic and semiautomatic weapons.
I
have been told by someone I trust who is in the know that in the late
80’s the army released a whole heap of weapons onto the open
market.
In
addition, an unknown quantity of weapons has been made available on
the black market through graft and corruption at the ports of entry.
And
then there remains the question of how a Brenton Tarrant, an
Australian only recently arrived in NZ who as an Australian was not
eligible for a license, got a license for all his weapons.
Perhaps
he did not need to because the country is so awash in weapons – I
don’t know.
Now
lets look at evidence that points to the fact that I regard as
incontrovertible, that the gunman, Brenton Tarrant, did shoot and
kill 50 people BUT THAT HE WAS NOT ACTING ON HIS OWN.
NO
WAY!
I
will give as evidence three interviews that are open-source and come
from television media.
Finally,I
will finish off with sharing information from an article, written
about a week ago, that sheds much light on what went down.
What
strikes me is that there were actions all over Christchurch on
the day which have been whitewashed from the narrative.
All
the street names and locations are painfully familiar to me.
Well,
folks, that is the evidence.
At
the very minimum, if you take the simple evidence I brought forward
the government and authorities is lying to you about their “lone
wolf” narrative.
I
would call it a conspiracy theory were it not for the fact
that if it involves just ONE person it can’t be a conspiracy.
If
we take into account the evidence I have just shared the truth is
far, far more dark and undermines whatever faith one had in
government – government of any political stripe.
I
cannot tell you in all honesty who did it – no one can and if they
claim to they are playing into the divide-and-rule game of the
authorities.
What
I am sharing (to paraphrase Max Igan) these are not my opinions
but this is where the evidence is heading .
Wherever
the ultimate truth lies this is New Zealand’s 9/11 and nothing will
ever be the same again.
