America at war with itself

Antifa violence in Portland, OR

First, from the violent Antifa protesters

From their Facebook page

Important advice from the NLG:

Portland leftists, happy #Stonewall50! To celebrate, there will be another fucking fash bash tomorrow. Proud Boys are rallying to both commemorate the year anniversary of last year’s bloody street brawl, the “Battle of Portland,” in addition to some #HimToo fuckery, organized by Haley "Rebel Barbie" Adams. There's sure to be plenty of white nationalism, as always, as well as open celebrations of violent misogyny and homophobia. Again, some things to keep in mind:

-The National Lawyers Guild's (NLG) Portland Chapter will be staffing the jail support hotline: 503-902-5340. Please write this on your body in sharpie! This is a number to call if you are arrested, witnessing an arrest (of a leftist), or if you've witnessed or experienced police violence (against someone on the left). Please do not call us to simply describe the brawls between Antifa and Patriot Prayer/Proud Boys, as our role is to support leftists subject to state violence (including policing and incarceration)

-The NLG will have legal observers on the ground, wearing bright green hats, who are there to monitor police conduct, help track arrests (of leftists), write the jail support hotline number on you if you forgot it, etc. Please note that some fash wear bright green hats to these demos, so check to make sure the folks you think are LO's have hats that read, "National Lawyers Guild Legal Observer"

-Rose City Antifa has documented numerous threats of violence toward leftists that fascists have been making on social media, so expect them to be carrying weapons that will not be confiscated by the police

-We have seen the police actively coordinating with the far-right, and are aware that they target leftists with their "less-lethal" weapons and for arrest, including after witnessing violence initiated by the far-right

-Expect random police searches and checkpoints intended to confiscate weapons (including flagpoles and banners) from leftists, that are not enforced against civilian fascists

-DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE! Even if you think you're good at it / think you can get them to quit their jobs / think the conversation is innocuous! They are trained to seek information, and they can legally lie to you! Under NO circumstances are you legally required to talk to any law enforcement agent. This includes when you're on the street, in jail, or if police or district attorneys or their investigators call you after the fact. You don't have to speak with them or call them back! If this happens, call a lawyer (the NLG does field this)! --> If you do get arrested or detained, repeat to the police, "I am going to remain silent. I want a lawyer." If they ask to search your belongings, or start searching, state, "I do NOT consent to this search (or any searches)." At no time during any street interaction with law enforcement (or in jail) in Oregon do you legally have to produce a phone number or ID

-DO NOT go alone! And make sure you have an exit strategy/off-site meeting location for you and your crew. As we keep witnessing, things can get very violent very quickly. Check in with yourself around what you can actually withstand. Leaving early (with a buddy) is ok! Stay alert and stay vigilant!

Andy Ngo Violently

ATTACKED AND ROBBED

By Antifa in Portland — As

Police Watch and Do Nothing

Quillette editor Andy Ngo was violently attacked and robbed by Antifa on Saturday while attempting to cover a protest in Portland.

Ngo’s face was covered in wounds as he did a livestream explaining what had happened.
Ngo says he was assaulted by the protesters multiple times without any help from police. They also stole his camera equipment.
“Attacked by antifa. Bleeding. They stole my camera equipment. No police until after. waiting for ambulance . If you have evidence Of attack please help,” Ngo tweeted.
The journalist reported that the suspects are still at large and that he is en route to the hospital.

Antifa is a Domestic Terror Group.

Here’s what they did to @MrAndyNgo

They falsely call themselves “Anti Fascist”

Does anyone really think Andy Ngo is a “Fascist”?

They are Fascist Cowards who cover their faces and attack ordinary Americans.

The event he was covering was promoted as “Community Self-Defense Against Proud Boy Attack,” by Rose City Antifa. Ngo had tweeted prior to the event that he was nervous about covering it.
“I am nervous about tomorrow’s Portland antifa rally. They’re promising ‘physical confrontation’ & have singled me out to be assaulted. I went on Tucker Carlson last year to explain why I think they’re doing this: They’re seeking meaning through violence,” Ngo wrote on the eve of the event.

Rose City Antifa claimed on their website that Ngo had been “participating” in protests that he had simply attended to cover and called for violence against him.

Hypocrisy At The Border: Trump Villified For Obama's Immigration Policy

29 June, 2019

If “caging kids” was okay for Obama, what makes it inhumane for Trump?
Now that the first round of Democratic debates are out of the way, it’s time to hammer down on the left’s constant caterwauling about the president’s immigration policies and caging of kids. The relentless barrage of insults aimed at Donald Trump for his cruelty and inhumane actions towards illegal aliens, families, and children is reminiscent of rabid wolves looking for their next victim. They are so far out of their minds with Trump Derangement Syndrome they can’t see the truth: These heinous tactics and polices were instituted before the Trump administration.

Democrats frequently praise former president Barack Obama but conveniently forget about his strict immigration policies, many of which they attribute to Trump today and call outrageous and cold-hearted. In a 2014 interview with ABC News, Obama talked about the impossibility of tracking all of the children who get sold into sex slavery and other nefarious endings and warns immigrants not to send their kids to America. “So, that is our direct message to the families in Central America, do not send your children to the borders. If they do make it, they’ll get sent back. More importantly, they may not make it.”

2014 is not ancient history. Can someone please explain why this was not portrayed at the time as a morally abominable statement?

Obama’s Detention Centers Vs Trump’s Concentration Camps

Recently, as Liberty Nation’s Jeff Charles reported, the dim-witted media darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) compared the migrant detention centers to the horrific concentration camps of the Holocaust. “The United States is running concentration camps on our southern border and that is exactly what they are,” she said. First, the young representative needs to learn the differences between the two – of which there are many. Second, we are using the exact same centers that were put into place under the Obama administration.
Thomas Homan was Obama’s executive associate director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for nearly four years. He confirmed that these facilities were the former president’s conception.
“I’ve been to that facility, where they talk about cages,” he said. “That facility was built under President Obama under [Homeland Security] Secretary Jeh Johnson. I was there because I was there when it was built.”
During an immigration conference on June 26, Homan cited an instance where the Democratic chairman had asked a Trump official if kids were still being kept in cages:
“I would answer the question, ‘The kids are being house in the same facility built under the Obama administration.’ If you want to call them cages, call them cages. But if the left wants to call them cages and the Democrats want to call them cages then they have to accept the fact that they were built and funded in FY 2015.”
About those cages: “It’s chain link dividers that keeps children separate from unrelated adults,” he said. “It’s about protecting children.”
While Democrats like Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) go around claiming that illegal immigrants shouldn’t be considered illegal, Obama had the opposite view.
“Even as we are a nation of immigrants, we are also a nation of laws,” he said in an address to the nation in Nov. 2014.
“Undocumented workers broke our immigration laws, and I believe that they must be held accountable. Especially those who may be dangerous.”

The left’s continued narrative of caging children and separating families is redundant and grossly exaggerated. They refuse to acknowledge any positives our president introduces, such as when he signed Executive Order #13841, ordering that detained families would not be separated unless the parents pose a danger to the child.
Democrats also ignore the very real threat of the invasion of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens trying to force their way across our border daily. The left lost their minds when Trump declared a national emergency to combat the migrant war at our southern border. Obama faced opposition when he tried to implement stricter immigration control too:
“The actions I’m taking are not only lawful, but they’re the kind of actions taken by every single Republican president and every single Democrat president for the past half century. To those members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: Pass a bill.
