URGENT: Ukrainian president Poroshenko say "I support the decision to impose martial law and declare state of war in Ukraine.
He also urged the MPs of Rada to vote for the decision Monday.

Secretary of the #NSDC of #Ukraine, Oleksandr Turchynov, said: "We are convening the Ukrainian NSDC to declare a state of #war” between Ukraine and #Russia. At the meeting the introduction of a state of #MartialLaw was proposed and a final vote to be held in parliament tomorrow.
