Is this "Harmonic Resonance Manipulation"?

I do not like to come to hasty conclusions but prefer to stay with the question. This raises alarm bells with me, especially after what I saw in yesterday’s sky here.


What the hell is this?!


Chemical nano particulate blanket in the Berkshires, Ma. This is not a natural cloud formation.. What you are looking at is "Harmonic Resonance Manipulation" from Microwaves!
