In order to understand the relationship between the foreign policy of the United States and the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) one must first understand that there has been a hidden, ongoing, and relentless effort, led by the wealthiest families on the planet, and extending over the past two and a half centuries at least, to own the globe and to enslave mankind. Bill Clinton’s teacher at George Washington University, Professor Carroll Quigley, who had a close relation with this Global Elite, was given access to secret documents of the Elite to write a sanitized history. His 1300-page book, Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time, appeared in 1966. In this tome, which was subsequently suppressed, until the internet made its appearance, Carrol Quigley revealed more than what was intended by the Elite, putting his own life in mortal danger. Carroll Quigley wrote [1]:

“The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations. . . . the growth of financial capitalism made possible a centralisation of world economic control and the use of that power for the direct benefit of financiers and the indirect injury of all other groups.”

These financial capitalists are also known as international bankers. In England they are called merchant bankers, in the U.S. they are known as investment bankers, while in France they were called private bankers. These international bankers had discovered early on that it was much more profitable to give loans to governments than to individuals, and through managed conflict between nations, recover the usury based loans given to the victor as well as the vanquished. The victors ensured that loans of both warring sides were squeezed out of the vanquished with interest. This ruthless and inhuman tactic has brought an increasing number of governments, and hence nations, under debt bondage to the international bankers. It has increasingly led to bloodier wars and to a concentration of wealth in a few hands. It has enabled the Elite to put “a choke-hold on the affairs of practically the entire human race” as observed by Professor Cleon Skousen in his book The Naked Capitalist, a critique of Quigley’s work. Professor Skousen writes [2]:

“Of course, we should be quick to recognize that no small group could wield such gigantic power unless millions of people in all walks of life were ‘in on the take’ and were willing to knuckle down to the iron-clad regimentation of the ruthless bosses behind the scenes. As we shall see, the network has succeeded in building its power structure by using tremendous quantities of money (together with the vast influence it buys) to manipulate, intimidate, or corrupt millions of men and women and their institutions on a world-wide basis.”

It is also pertinent to mention that long before international spying was begun by governments the international bankers had their own espionage and assassination apparatus set up.  As Eustace Mullins wrote [3]:
“International intelligence, or, as it was formerly known, espionage, was not founded by either Donovan or Dulles, who were merely employees of the World Order. The Order founded international espionage to protect their far reaching investments and dealings in slaves, drugs and gold, the commodities on which their wealth was built.”
It is well known that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) controls the U.S. State Department. In fact, Paul Hellyer, former Defence Minister of Canada and an author, has recently remarked that after WWII a merger of the U.S. State Department and the CFR took place. What he means is that the U.S. Foreign policy is controlled absolutely by the CFR. The CFR was established as an American extension of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) in 1921 by the international bankers led by the Rothschilds.  This was revealed by Carroll Quigley in his seminal work. RIIA was to serve as the real think tank that took decisions on global affairs, war and peace, making and breaking of countries, on global business, etc. which were also passed on to the CFR. Eustace Mullins has remarked [4] that the “founders” of the RIIA were “one and all, Rothschild men.” The reason for the dominant position of RIIA lies in the fact that the real financial control of the U.S. is through the Federal Reserve, a private bank whose ownership can be traced to the City District of London, the den of international banking families for a few centuries. The City, as it is called, has its own laws, and is not subject to British rule just as the Vatican is not subject to Italian rule. RIIA is connected with the City bankers who control it.
It is also important to note that the four largest banks of the world own the four largest oil companies of the world as pointed out by Dean Henderson in his book Big Oil and Their Bankers in the Persian Gulf.  Dean Henderson has also established, by studying SEC records, that members of the families that own these banks and oil companies are among the top ten stockholders in each of the top 500 corporations of the world, the so called Fortune 500 companies. The goal of these families is to have a One World Government through abolition of traditional religions, cultures, and nation states, and to transform the entire world into a single slave state. This is the New World Order, first openly mentioned by the stooge of the international bankers, President Woodrow Wilson in 1917. Professor Carrol Quigley named the following families as the foremost banking families: Rothschild, Morgan, Lazard, Erlanger, Warburg, Schroder, Selingman, the Speyers, Mirabaud, Mallet, Fould, Baring. One could add the Rockefellers at this point in time also, although Professor Quigley did not include them in the list when the book was written. One wonders how many people have ever heard all these names. These families generally remain hidden from view by design. Secrecy is of the utmost importance to their survival and to the continuing consolidation of their sinister grip on the globe.
Col. L. Fletcher Prouty, the mysterious Col X (played by Donald Sutherland) in Oliver Stone’s movie JFK, occupied a desk in the White House from 1954-1963, and served eventually as Chief of Special Operations with the Joint Staff during 1962–1963. Prouty has made a very important observation: the Elite regards the entire globe as real estate, and believes in a Malthusian philosophy – weeding out large portions of humanity violently [5]. Ordinary human beings are sometimes referred to as “useless eaters” or “human garbage” by the Elite and its agents to justify their killing in millions. The Elite has, since 1800, hired scholars who have prepared a continuous inventory of all global resources and populations. The first person charged with the task of preparing this inventory was the Head of the Economics Department at Haileybury College. This college had been established by the East India Company in order to train its employees in business, in military arts, and as missionaries i.e. to produce trained manpower for colonising the globe, and managing India in particular. The man who was tasked with the preparation of a global inventory was named Thomas Malthus.
With these preliminary remarks let us now come to the secret origins of terrorism. Terrorism in its modern garb grew out of decisions taken very secretly by a small coterie of individuals who were deeply loyal to the international banking fraternity and operated on their behalf.  In order to comprehend the current global scenario with reference to the so called Global War On Terrorism (GWOT) a review of the first phase of Operation Gladio is indispensable. Despite the enormous cover up and disinformation apparatus employed by NATO agencies, and despite the highly questionable role of the so-called “mainstream” media, dedicated researchers in the West have been able to expose the holes in every official and “mainstream” media narrative about all major acts of terrorism that have afflicted the West, and increasingly, the rest of the world [6-10]. The discovery of the existence of secret stay behind armies in West European countries in the aftermath of World War II remains the key to all acts of blind terrorism, murder of leaders, and general subversion in the West, in South America, and in Turkey in its first phase, essentially the pre-9/11 phase.
The ostensible purpose of these stay behind armies, commonly known in literature as Gladio units, was to offer resistance to the USSR in case it invaded a West European country. These armies were setup as a result of an understanding between a few members of the US military and espionage hierarchy who were deeply loyal to the international bankers, without the knowledge and approval of the US government. These men were agents of international bankers, Gen. Donovan, head of OSS, the Office of Strategic Services and the Wall Street lawyer Allen Dulles, a loyal agent of the Elite, a 33rd degree Freemason and a future CIA chief.  Both brought Gen. Reinhardt Gehlen, the anti-Communist German intelligence official, to Fort Hunt, Virginia, where he was “wined and dined” and it was agreed that secret stay behind armies would be set up throughout Europe, ostensibly to offer resistance to the Soviet Union, in case it invaded Western Europe. The initial funding of $200 million came from the banksters – through the Rockefeller and Mellin Foundations [11]. This amount was allocated in 1945! It is highly disturbing to note that these international banking families had funded and instigated the Bolshevik Revolution and now were funding secret armies against the Communists! Subsequently the Gladio units were funded through drug trafficking. But increasingly these stay behind armies have been used to subvert European democracies. In particular, in the first phase, the goal was to prevent the left wing from being elected to office and to prevent these countries from pursuing a foreign policy independent of the Anglo-US-Israel group. During the heyday of USSR, all such acts of terrorism, which were always carried out by secret stay behind armies (called Gladio units), were, as a matter of strategy, routinely blamed on left wing elements.
An example might help in convincing those unaware of this CIA backed terrorism. An Italian court ruled that the Piazza Fontana bombings in Milan in 1969, that killed 17 people and injured 88, and many bombings that continued into the 1980s were the combined work of the CIA and the Gladio units. The Italian Prime Minister had to admit in the Parliament that secret government stay behind Gladio units were involved in all these incidents of terrorism.  In 1984 a bomb explosion in the Bologna train station killed 84 people, wounding 200.  In fact, Judge Guido Salvini issued arrest warrants for a number of CIA officers in connection with murders in Italy. The former Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro was also killed by Gladio operatives on CIA directions. Giovanni Pellegerini, President of the parliamentary commission investigating Gladio terrorism stated that between January 1, 1969 and December 31, 1987, a total of 491 people died and 1181 were injured in Italy.  Similar terrorist activities took place in Germany, Sweden, and many other European countries. All these were routinely blamed on left wing elements when in fact the real perpetrators were CIA backed secret left behind army elements.
After the USSR was dismantled and 9/11 staged, the communist bogey has been replaced by Islam (current phase of Gladio).  As Richard Cottrell wrote in the Author’s Preface of his book [12]:

Every NATO state, and some that were not, had such a secretive force. As the prospect of an attack from the East receded, so did the fear of the Soviets. To preserve the myth of the Red Peril, these secret or sleeping soldiers were released in a wave of synthetic violence against innocent European citizens. It lasted two decades, the years remembered by the Italians as the anni di piombi – years of the lead.

The modern day manufactured war on terror comes from the same staple of synthetic violence. With the communist bogey exhausted, we are told of an insidious new peril in our midst: the fearful prospect of minarets and Sharia law marching across the European landscape, destroying Christian civilization. But for fear to work in tangible form, as was discovered in the years of lead, we must have the visible impact of terror all around us. That is where we are now.

In the new phase of Gladio, called Gladio B, first disclosed by the FBI whistle-blower Sibel Edmonds in her book Classified Woman – The Sibel Edmonds Story: A Memoir, the range of terrorism was extended to Central Asia, and then the entire world. The United States of America has also been targeted by its agencies. Acts of terrorism committed by the deep state are now routinely blamed on Muslim extremists. 9/11 itself was a deep state covert operation which has, by design, spawned worldwide terrorism that is used to generate Islamophobia, dictatorial legislation, and a pretext for military intervention abroad.
The whole situation requires a dispassionate analysis and, whenever an act of terrorism is committed, the question “Who benefits,” must be the first to be raised and addressed. It is highly significant that the “mainstream” Western media never raises this question when acts of terrorism are now committed. The question of who benefits is asked as a matter of routine in all homicide cases.  But not so in the case of terrorism. The acts of terrorism committed in the West and elsewhere are the only exceptions in which the question of who benefits is not asked. As soon as the act has been committed the mainstream media places the blame on Muslim extremists, even before any analysis whatsoever is done. In fact, the media Wurltizer turns reality into conspiracy theory and false narrative becomes reality.
What Bush aide Karl Rove told the New York Times reporter Ron Suskind with utterly shameless arrogance illustrates the deception and falsehood created by the U.S. government. Suskind writes [13]:
“The aide (Rove) said that guys like me were in ‘what we call the reality based community,’ which he defined as `people who believe that solutions emerge from your judicious study of discernible reality.’ . . . `That’s not the way the world really works any more,’ he continued. `We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you are studying that reality –  judiciously, as you will – we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors  . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.’”
Kevin Barrett Ph.D. has made a most pertinent observation on Karl Rove’s statement. He wrote [14]:

“What does Rove mean by `creating reality`? Clearly he is referring to 9/11. On that day, Rove and his colleagues created a new, false reality – a fantasy world in which America was under attack by a dangerous foe. This paranoid fantasy world was engineered to become the new consensus reality, while actual reality was demoted to the status of `conspiracy theory.’”

Whenever the government agencies engineer a “terrorist attack” against their own people, the people, who are in a state of shock, and are therefore in a highly suggestible state, are deeply influenced by the pre-thought false narrative fed immediately through the “mainstream” media.  This is psychological warfare aimed at the nation by its agencies after they attack the nation. The nation is a target of a false flag attack and a false narrative unleashed in unison with each other. At the same time draconian legislation or measures are taken, and civil liberties are targeted, leading to warrantless surveillance, warrantless arrests, etc. As a result of these operations the United States is now almost a police state. So much so that former Seattle police chief Norm Stamper was compelled to state [15]:
“Policing is broken . . . It has evolved as a paramilitary, bureaucratic, organizational arrangement that distances police officers from the communities they’ve been sworn to protect and serve. When we have shooting after shooting after shooting that most people would define as at least questionable, it’s time to look, not just at a few bad apples, but the barrel. And I’m convinced that it is the barrel that is rotten.”
One may add that this is by design.   Herman Schwartz writes [16]:

“The Fourth Amendment was designed to stand between us and arbitrary governmental authority. For all practical purposes, that shield has been shattered, leaving our liberty and personal integrity subject to the whim of every cop on the beat, trooper on the highway and jail official.”

Constitutional lawyer John W. Whitehead states [17]:
“Our freedoms—especially the Fourth Amendment—are being choked out by a prevailing view among government bureaucrats that they have the right to search, seize, strip, scan, shoot, spy on, probe, pat down, taser, and arrest any individual at any time and for the slightest provocation. Forced cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans, forced inclusion in biometric databases: these are just a few ways in which Americans are being forced to accept that we have no control over our bodies, our lives and our property, especially when it comes to interactions with the government. . . . we are now guilty until proven innocent.”
This is what the United States of America has become so rapidly since 9/11. The government no longer is, as Whitehead puts it, a “government of the people, for the people and by the people.” The U.S. government is plunging headlong into an explicit and overt dictatorship so that it may not only set up a model for other Western countries to “emulate”, but to use the people of America as cannon fodder, for establishing a global slave state controlled by an oligarchy with the international bankers at its core.  Thoughtful Americans perceive this steep descent into tyranny but the majority has been, to use, a phrase from Catherine Austin Fitts, former Assistant Secretary for Housing and Urban Development, “dumbed down”. She has written a very important book on how American school curricula have been gradually amended to produce workers with little or no ability to think. The book is titled The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America.  John Whitehead states that when the” judiciary acts as court of order and not justice”, when the government thinks itself superior to its citizenry, violates its rights and commits violence against it routinely at a level that surpasses the violence committed by the criminal class, when there is no accountability of government spending, when “the people ae no longer able to peacefully reform their government” and when the government is not bound by the Constitution, then [18]:

“What we have is a Government of Wolves. Worse than that we are now being ruled by a government of scoundrels, spies, thugs, thieves, gangsters, ruffians, rapists, extortionists, bounty hunters, battle-ready warriors and cold-blooded killers who communicate using a language of force and oppression.”

This transformation is a well thought out operation which is now almost irreversible unless a critical mass of the American public miraculously wakes up to the danger. The banksters and their intellectual slaves have done their homework and have covered the possibilities of their plans being derailed and taken steps to counter any possible derailment. They and their vassals own the media, control educational curricula, textbooks, libraries and major publishing houses, control the higher judiciary, own the Congress and the Senate, have penetrated the Church, and engage in assassination whenever required. Above all they control the money line of the U.S. through the Federal Reserve that they own.
Dictatorship in America and taking away guns from freedom loving Americans is an important ingredient of this strategy of acquiring complete and absolute  control of the American nation. The so called “lone-nut”, mind-controlled gunmen who kill Americans every year are, in general, not acting alone. Time after time reports of more than one gunmen involved in such shootings are suppressed by the mainstream media, whether it be the Las Vegas incident, or the Florida school shooting. These are covert false flag operations that have only one purpose – to build pressure in the direction of banning guns. While the oligarchy or the Elite wants to take guns away from the citizenry, the civilian law enforcement is being militarized with rocket launchers, armoured vehicles, and military gear. One may ask why?
The overall effect of most false flag operations is two-fold – public anger is directed towards Muslims and the powers of the state are irreversibly enhanced overnight. The twin consequences then enable the NATO to increasingly attack and dismantle resource rich Muslim countries and plunder their resources, particularly oil and gas. The goal is to bring China and Russia to their knees after capturing all major oil and gas resources in the world and denying them access to these.
Israel remains the key in controlling and balkanising oil rich Muslim countries through American power. Once Russian and Chinese power is broken through war and/or intimidation, nation states will be merged into a global organization which will be under the absolute control of the international banking families, all of whom are Satanic- Illuminati- Zionists [19]. There will be no freedom of expression and even the very thought processes will be controlled by using advances in science and technology. Global population will be reduced violently to around half a billion, so that whatever is left of mankind can be governed with an iron grip by an Elite. Further, under the New World Order, there will be no freedom of movement – movements of all individuals will be tracked through microchips, etc.
The plan to preferably destroy or cow down and disarm Russia and China was framed in the notorious Neocon-American-Zionist-Imperialist (NAZI) deception called the Project for New American Century (PNAC).’ Georaid O Colmain writes [20]:
“The Project for a New American Century, the brainchild of Zionists and neo-conservatives, threatens to enslave humanity.  The state of Israel is at the heart of this project. For the state of Israel is perhaps the world’s most globalized state, with powerful branches operating in Europe and the United States, registered as lobbies but functioning as de facto shadow governments. Israel is a state but not a country. It has no official borders. It is a global imperial work-in-progress. The war on terror is a creation of Zionism. It is the tool with which Zion seeks to divide and conquer ’the nations’ (goyim) through takfiri proxy armies who mimic the Assassins of the Middle Ages, clearing the ground for the expansion of Zionist hegemony in the Middle East. Daesh and AlQaeda are and always have been the foreign legions of the Zionist entity.”
It was the profound Douglas Reed who had once written: “Conspiracy bred Communism and Zionism and the two took hold of the West in a pincer like clutch.” Zionism and Communism are both tools of the Satanic international bankers. There is plenty of undeniable evidence for this but this is not the place to go into the details.
The reasons for the rapid and predesigned erosion of democratic rights in the West since 9/11 were spelled out by the Elite mouthpiece and “thinker” Zbigniew Brzezinski in his 1997 book The Grand Chessboard [21]:

America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad. This limits the use of America’s power, especially its capacity for military intimidation. Never before has a popular democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being. The economic self-denial (that is defence spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilization.

Brzezinski has further observed [22] that the American “public supported America’s engagement in World War II because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour.” Similarly, the American public is supporting America’s wars against Muslim countries because of the shock effect of 9/11. It created a “sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being.”
Please note that the views expressed by Brzezinski represent the views of the Elite as thrashed out in various think tanks, and as expressed, first in journals like Foreign Affairs, and then in book form, books that receive raving reviews in the media, to give these brutal and anti-mankind ideas ideological respectability, acceptability and to make about the mind of general readers along the lines that the Elite desires. “Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilization” and hence must be done away with. Those who control America are busy bringing America, as well as European governments, in line – the democratic instincts are being replaced by the fear of an Islamic threat, in the manner pointed out by Cottrell.   All over the Western countries civil liberties are being rapidly eroded and the powers of the state enhanced by invoking the “Muslim” terrorist threat. This is a vast deception meant to enslave the American public and make the Americans cannon fodder for unending wars serving the interests of the One World Cabal.
False flag operations are the key to this “systemic destabilization” as pointed out by Professor Peter Dale Scott [23].  There is strong evidence that 9/11 was a False Flag operation that has simultaneously led, by design, to the eruption of American militarism and the enactment of dictatorial laws in the U.S. and elsewhere. The evidence that the U.S. government (USG) has lied about 9/11 is undeniable. The purpose of this destabilization, this strategy of tension, was summed up by “God’s Terrorist”, author of the Gladio manual, Yves Geurin-Serac in the following words [24] (emphasis added):
Our belief is that the first phase of political activity ought to be to create conditions favouring the institution of chaos in all the regime’s structures. In our view the first move we should make is to destroy the structure of democratic state under the cover of Communist and pro-Chinese activities . . . the same time we must raise up a defender of the citizenry against the disintegration brought about by terrorism and subversion.
Obviously we will have to tailor our actions to the ethos of the milieu – propaganda and action of a sort which will seem to have emanated from our Communist adversaries. [These operations] will create a feeling of hostility towards those who threaten the peace of each and every nation[i.e. the Left].
All one has to do is to replace the word Communist by Muslim Terrorist and the word Left by Islam to arrive at the present phase of Gladio subversion.
In its present phase, Gladio has become something more than merely holding the people of the West captive and spellbound in a state of terror that they may surrender their liberties and the Communists or leftists do not get elected to power, or the Western democracies dare not pursue a foreign policy independent of the Anglo-US-Israel group.  Gladio now provides the additional motive for wars abroad in the name of GWOT.  The present worldwide phase of Gladio subversion is to create pretexts for interventions abroad as happened in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and is happening currently in Syria. The hostility generated in the public mind as a result of propaganda that these acts of terrorism have been carried out by Muslim extremists makes foreign interventions easier for those who control the Anglo-US-Israel alliance.
Cottrell has also pointed out another important fact about Gladio subversion that is currently applicable to the “Muslim extremists.” Richard Cottrell writes [25]:

A common stripe ran through all the urban revolutionary forces that arose in Europe. They were riddled with double agents planted by the secret intelligence services to provoke takeaway terror to order.

There is agreement among alternative history researchers that almost the entire gamut of “Islamic” fighter groups, from Al Qaeda to ISIS / ISIL, Daesh, al-Nusra, etc. have been erected by the Anglo-US-Israel agencies and “retired” intelligence operatives.  A declassified DIA document obtained by Judicial Watch reveals that the West intentionally supported violent Islamist groups to destabilize Assad [e.g. 26-29]. The DIA report shows that the DIA foresaw that this kind of backing of violent extremist groups with the intention of toppling or weakening Bashar al Assad’s regime in Syria would lead to the emergence of an Islamic State in Syria in the form of a “Salafist Principality.” This document may still be regarded as a smoking screen that hides the true nature and extent of the involvement of US agencies in creating, training, building and controlling these militant groups, all of which are serving the purpose of the Anglo-US-Israel empire building coalition. No wonder Professor Chossudovsky, who from his office, has waged an incessant war against the lies, brutalities, inhumanity, illegality and deceptions of these powers, wrote recently [30] (emphasis in original):
Al Qaeda and its affiliated organizations are creations of the CIA. They are not the product of Muslim society. Terrorist attacks are undertaken by jihadist entities which are CIA intelligence assets.
The Islamic State (ISIS) is an intelligence construct which is used essentially for two related purposes.
  1. They are the foot soldiers of the Western military alliance, the instruments of destabilization, recruited, trained, financed by the Western military alliance. The various al Qaeda entities are the instruments of destabilization in US-NATO sponsored proxy wars (AQIM in Mali, Boko Haram in Nigeria, ISIS in Syria and Iraq). At the same time, they constitute a pretext and a justification to intervene under the banner of a “counter-terrorism” bombing campaign.
  2. On the home front, the various Al Qaeda/ ISIS terrorist cells –supported covertly by Western intelligence–  are the instruments of a diabolical and criminal propaganda operation which consists in killing innocent civilianswith a view to providing legitimacy to the instatement of police state measures allegedly in support of democracy. These false flag attacks allegedly perpetrated by terrorist organization are then used to harness Western public against Muslims.
The underlying objective is to wage an illegal war of conquest in the Middle East and beyond under the banner of the “global war on terrorism”. According to Western politicians, “we are defending ourselves against the terrorists”. According to our governments, the bombing raids allegedly directed against the terrorists in Syria are “not an act of war”, they are presented to Western public opinion as an “act of self-defense”. “The West is under attack by the ISIS terrorists”, the ISIS is based in Raqqa, Northern Syria, “we must defend ourselves” by bombing ISIS.
Earlier, on 19 September 2014, the Harvard scholar Garikai Chengu had written [31]:

Much like Al Qaeda, the Islamic State is made-in-USA, an instrument of terror designed to divide and conquer the oil-rich Middle East and to counter Iran’s growing influence in the region.

There is undeniable evidence that Western agencies, in particular the Anglo-US-Israel group, have been luring, manipulating and trapping Muslims residing in the West or elsewhere into carrying out activities that can establish that Muslims harbour terrorists. For the FBI activities one may see [32-34] and references cited therein.  In an article published on May 17, 2016, Benjamin Gilbert wrote [35]: “The FBI says it caught a terrorist trying to blow up a synagogue on the outskirts of Miami. But FBI supplied the bomb.”  Gilbert quotes Trevor Aaranson, author of The FBI’s Manufactured War on Terrorism: “These are sting operations where the FBI provides the means and opportunities to commit crimes. And the most disturbing part is that most of these people seem to be mentally ill and do not have any connections to overseas terrorists on their own.”  On Feb 3, 2017 Elizabeth Nolan wrote [36]: “A 2011 ‘terrorist plot’ in Kentucky is oft used to warn against Muslim refugees. But the only terrorist in this case was manufactured by the FBI.” The story of how this was done is described in the said article.  The two men charged were Iraqi refugee immigrants.
Many a time those trapped in the terrorism net laid out for them by the agencies, which guide and goad them through their undercover operatives, are immigrants. The world is now overflowing with immigrants. Gearoid O Colmain has made a very important observation [37]:
“The policy of Coercive Engineered Migration, whereby migrants are used as weapons by one state to destabilize another, is being carried out with ruthless efficiency by U.S. funded NGOs which are also linked to oligarchs such as George Soros and Carlos Slim. NOGOs such as We2Eu, Med…., Peng, are all linked to powerful US and Israeli financial institutions, while ORS systems, one of the main project management companies dealing with refugees in Europe, is managed by Barclays bank. The “refugee crisis” is big business and is part of a global class war which seeks to uproot humans from localities, languages, cultures and traditions, transforming man into an economic nomad eternally worshipping at the altar of commodity fetishism.”
Similarly, a terror trial against a Swedish national Bashir Behrin Gildo in Old Bailey, London, collapsed after his lawyers argued that British security and intelligence agencies were supporting the same Syrian opposition groups as he was [38,39].  Gordon Duff, Editor of Veterans Today has also reported that the ISIL leader Al-Baghdadi is a Mossad agent, whose original name is Simon Elliot. He is the son of Jewish parents [40].  In fact, as noted astutely by Anthony Hall [41]: “Netanyahu is cunning in his condemnation of ISIL, the hugely hyped Islamic group that tellingly wants only to fight other Muslim groups and strangely never wants to fight Israel.” As Barbara Honegger, who epitomizes the true American spirit of integrity, wrote (emphasis in original) [42]:
The whole purpose of the CIA-NATO-Mossad Operation Gladio was, and is, to frighten European civilians – in the “American Gladio” attacks of September 11th, U.S. civilians as well. In particular, according to NSA documents revealed by whistleblower Edward Snowden, American, British and Israeli intelligence worked together to create the brutal Sunni jihadist organization Islamic State of Iraq and Suria (ISIS; also known as IS or ISIL), whose leader is supposed to be Mossad trained agent Simon Elliot and which President Obama is seeking a new Authorization for the Use of Military Force from the Congress and billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fight. Stinger and TOW missiles used by ISIS are reported to be from Israeli stockpiles, and in 2014, Netanyahu confirmed that the Israeli Defense Force is supporting Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria through a logistics base in Golan Heights. And Netenyahu had the unmitigated gall to address a joint session of Congress in early March 2015, only weeks after the Paris shootings, in an attempt to rally the American public in the fight against “radical Islam.”
Reagan’s Assistant Secretary of Treasury Paul Craig Roberts has put the reality of the relationship between the U.S. and the “Islamic” terrorists in the following words [43]:
“The only reason Muslim terrorism exists is that Washington created it. Washington first used jihadism against the Soviet army in Afghanistan. Then against Gaddafi in Libya. Then when Obama’s plan to invade Syria on the trumped-up chemical weapons charge was blocked by the UK Parliament and Russia, Obama sent ISIS to overthrow Assad. General Flynn, who was the director of the US Defence Intelligence Agency stated this matter-of-factly on Al Jazeera. Flynn said it was a “wilful decision” of the Obama administration to send ISIS to overthrow Assad. This is why Russia’s hopes of a common front against ISIS never made any sense. Jihadism is Washington’s best weapon with which to destabilize Russia. Why would Washington help Russia to defeat this weapon?”
Douglas Valentine, who wrote a most comprehensive book on the CIA torture and mind control program, the notorious Phoenix Program in which approximately 40, 000 Vietnamese were tortured and killed, sometime thrown live from helicopters, has published his recent book in 2017. It is titled: The CIA as Organised Crime. The last chapter of the book carries the title: “The War on Terror as the Greatest Covert Op Ever.” Professor Anthony Hall, who was suspended without due process by the administration of Lethbridge University, Canada, owing to pressure and manipulation of the B’nai Brith (he has been restored after a long struggle) points out [44]:

“The 9/11 strikes were central episodes that created the core narrative and imagery for a multi-faceted psychological operation that continues yet. This 9/11 psychological operation has been frequently characterized as a global coup d’etat.  The 9/11 coup d’etat was engineered to entrench neoconservative agendas aimed at concentrating more power in the world’s dominant banking, military, media and academic cartels together with plutocrats who control them. In the Global War of False Flag Terrorism, ruling elites everywhere have attempted to entrench their regimes of fraud and corruption by characterizing their opponents as terrorists, as potential terrorists or as terrorist sympathizers.”

We now have the traditional Gladio units and we have the so called Islamic groups whose members can be used to create terror in the West as well as abroad. That “terror” is used to usurp constitutional freedoms and create a psychological environment in which hatred and fear of “Muslims” enables the bankers to attack Muslim countries with public support. All major terrorism in the world has to be analysed in this context. That is precisely why the official and mainstream media narrative in each and every such incident turns out to be false on closer inspection. The Charlie Hebdo incident has been analysed in detail by scholars and the book edited by Kevin J. Barrett has blown apart the myth that Islamic extremists as such were behind the Charlie Hebdo incident. The Paris attacks of 13 November 2015 as well as the San Bernardino incident have also been dissected by scholars in another book edited by Kevin Barrett with the title Another False Flag? Bloody Tracks From Paris to San Bernardino. The Sandy Hook school had been closed since 2008 dues to asbestos contamination. Nobody died there in 2012. It was just used for a two-day exercise by DHS beginning December 1, 2012, using crisis actor and a drill was presented as a terrorism incident [45]. James Fetzer and Mike Palecek have established that no one died at Boston either [46]. Their book with the title And Nobody Died At Boston Either, established that “There was noise and smoke, but there was no blood, which is a physiological impossibility. The blood only started showing up later and it was fake blood – Hollywood blood- and the smoke came out of a machine.” Similarly, contrary to the mainstream media stories, there were multiple shooters at the recent Las Vegas incident according to many eye witnesses. The same is true of the recent Florida school shootings on Valentine’s Day, 2018 [47]. Why is evidence about this shooting being withheld? Preston James writes [48]:

“The Zionists next move was to deploy more and more MK-Ultra type “lone-nut” shooters into high schools and then grade schools to frighten and blood-shock parents as much as possible, hoping to then be able to grab more and more guns, especially large capacity automatics. The Zios believe that unless America is disarmed they cannot complete their Agenda to destroy America’s borders, language and culture and completely Globalize America according to their secret Satanic NWO plan.”

MK Ultra, it may be recalled was the notorious CIA mind control (mind kontrol MK) program taken over from the Nazis. In the same article Preston James points out:

“The deployment of Gladio false-flag terror, real and fake, has been used to successfully stimulate mass subconscious survival fear in the American masses which motivate them to give up basic God given human rights and constitutional rights for more protection by the USG. This supposed increased protection always turns out to result in this increased USG power being turned against We The People.”

Preston James has summed up the situation in the following words (COL denotes City of London):
“All wars are engineered by the 60+ families that own the big blocks of stock in the defence contractors and COL franchise banks. All wars are engineered by the COL World Zionists and Israel has been their main action-agent and Cutout manipulating US Politicians while the USG has been the Zionists “main bitch” providing the unrestricted use of its military to wage wars. All American Mideast wars have been illegal and completely unconstitutional and have used good American soldiers as Israeli cannon fodder. Henry Kissinger, top Zionist stooge and Cutout referred to American soldiers one time as dumb cannon fodder.”
That Henry Kissinger can make such statements and remain untouched says a lot about the oblivious state of mind of America and the “Zionist” control of the physically most powerful nation in the history of mankind.
