Is Iran expecting an invasion?

I cannot help but wonder about the mass migration of ISIS terrorists to Afghistan and what it means

Iran is in more trouble than just protesting in their country but instead with military movement towards Afghanistan make one wonder if Iran is not expecting an invasion .
