Scaramucci is out after 10 days in the job

Dominating the headlines and pushing real news out.

Anthony Scaramucci RESIGNS 10 days after becoming White House Communications Director
The shortest tenure of a Communications Director in living memory.

31 July, 2017

In one of the shortest lifespans of a top White House official in recent memory and the shortest of Donald Trump’s Presidency, Anthony Scaramucci has resigned from his position as White House Communications Director just 10 days after agreeing to take the job.

The Wall Street big wig was a Trump supporter from early on in the campaign and was seen as a smooth operator. It is unclear why Scaramucci has resigned but speculation is circling that it is due to off-colour remarks he made about former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and White House Presidential aid Steve Bannon.

Scaramucci called Priebus , “A fucking paranoid schizophrenic” and asserted that he was different from Steve Bannon as unlike Steve Bannon, Scaramucci, in his own words, was “…not trying to suck my own cock”.

Scaramucci’s appointment resulted in the resignation of former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer who was immediately replaced by Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

White House had Scaramucci escorted off the grounds after his dismissal: report

31 July, 2017

Following his short 10-day career as the White House communication director, Anthony Scaramucci was escorted off the White House grounds by security, CNN is reporting.

Speaking with host Brooke Baldwin, CNN White House correspondent Jeff Zeleny described the man known as “The Mooch” leaving the White House.

We are told by our producers, our team, that he was escorted off. That’s not necessarily unusual. If someone is no longer working here, he has no reason to be here. We are told he was escorted off the property earlier this afternoon,” Zeleny relayed. “The question is what happens next?”

CNN later reported that Scaramucci will be returning to his old job at the Export-Import Bank.
