I normally stay away from things like this, but now I would make an exception for whatever is worth. Relatively recently, IMF President Christine Legarde made a strange speech in which she went into the symbolism of number 7 and turning points in world history.

Today, 7-17-2014 we have MH 17, Boeing 777, shot down at 17 PM local time over Donetsk (with the number of passengers first reported at 280).

This video made a prognosis of an attempted assassination on Putin, a "ritual event," based on Legarde's "code within the code."
