This morning on Radio New Zealand we finally heard from the attorney for Kim Dotcom who pointed out just how flimsy the case against Dotcom is.
We will have to see; based on legal precedent there is no way that this could ever succeed. If, however Kim Dotcom is extradited to the United States then I would say we have entered a new era, not only in the US, but here in New Zealand

The US lawyer for the MegaUpload founder Kim Dotcom says the case against him is politically inspired and American authorities are wrong on the facts and wrong in law.
