The human cost of EU-mandated austerity in Greece is being felt like never before. Cuts and slashes in spending have left hospitals short of medicine, workers short of cash and many ill Greeks out of luck. But, as RT's Jacob Greaves reports, the NATO chief's visit to Greece suggests the military may remain largely immune.
