The Euro crisis in Europe seems to be getting worse and worse. Fifteen nations in the Eurozone are on standby to get a credit downgrade. French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are proposing sanctions against countries that have failed to balance their budgets.
