CORRECTION:
A lawyer I spoke with believes that the New York cases will go first to the Second Circuit Court before going to the Supremes.
Nonetheless, he agreed that it looks like the stage was being set for a Supreme Court decision that will unleash federal pressure on the cities and set a uniform national policy. -- MCR
